Can't Fault My whole experience.E tickets arrived the day before the game as promised .Great seats and the hospitality package was second to none . Expensive as tickets worked out about £350 each but my son will remember this for the rest of his life. Good communication from Saad when needed.Will use again

Purchased tickets for the Real Madrid and Osasuna game 2 weeks agoin Madrid. Not going to lie we were not 100% sure that it was legit but were willing to trust the reviews to make our son happy. My son and partner did receive their tickets and the match went ahead with great seats in the stadium. Please be careful to read all the print when booking. My partner thought he had agreed to meet outside the stadium for the tickets, however he had agreed to them being delivered to the hotel the night before. Mishap on my partner’s end and luckily the chap selling them responded to his Whatspp messages. Would purchase again from this site. Thank you!

Everything was as promised. Tickets arrived 24 hours before match and we had 3 seats together.Keep checking your match date because it may change and you won't get any specific notification. The emails are coming saying 2 weeks left, 2 days left but it may be too late for you if you made air tickets and hotel bookings ahead...

Very much last minute, flying by the seat of pants, experience. Tickets arrived 10:40pm the night before the match. Nervous wait for their arrival. Ultimately though, going to the Bernabeu was a great experience, our seats were in a really good position, so I'm grateful for that

Absoloute scam. Read the reviews and stay clear. They communicate until they take a payment then ignore you. The company has recently been renamed due to poor reviews. It was Football Road Trips and the new company The European Football Experience is owned and run by the same person, Kia Rigby.

A very good feature is the new sending the tickets as an e-ticket by email. There is only one thing to talk about: the internet portal is not very helpfull disigned. There are a lot of funktions without explanation and without confirmation about the saved input. Also we received a lot of unnecessary emails created automatically which only creat confusion.

Real vs Deportivo. Was a good experience, website worked well, tickets were expensive but service was great. As described, tickets were sent 24 hours before kick off so all very smooth. Would use again.

Overall an amazing experience! If I need something answered you would contact me very quickly and you guys would email me updates about the event closer to the day of event. I decided to get it delivered to my hotel and it delivered day before the event as you say it would and everything went smoothly and worked perfectly without any issues. Would definitely use football experience again in the future and would recommend to anyone who is interested in doing this

Actually I might not repeat the experience again. I bought two tickets worth of 380 Euros for Real Madrid x Osasuna at the Bernabeu. And the seats heatmap were supposed to be in a very good place. I was surprised with a seasonal tickets for someone's else and my seat were almost touching the ceiling behind the goal keeper. thats ridiculous for 380 Euroes.

Bought tickets for the FA Cup Final between City and United. We were two friends from the US and didn’t know how we could find tickets to this rivalry championship match but FootballExperience pulled through. Tickets delivered electronically via WhatsApp the day before the game. Thanks FootballExperience for a great time!

We booked tickets for the Real Madrid game as we had a lad’s weekend in Madrid. I waited till the game was confirmed on Real Madrid website with a Saturday evening kickoff then bought 3 tickets. Communication was excellent and clear regarding collection points etc . Unfortunately less than 2 weeks before the match the date and time was changed to 21.00hrs on the Sunday night., we couldn’t rearrange flights so didn’t attend game. We got No refund from football experience as was stated in Conditions that this could happen . I tried to see if they could resell the tickets but got no reply. Just be careful about dates as la liga do move games at last minute as it’s an expensive lesson.

Normally I do not buy tickets at third party sellers. For this PSG vs OM match there was no other possibility as several credit cards on PSG official website didn't work. Prices on the club's own resale site where even higher, so I decided to give football experience a chance.Everything was like described before. The ticket arrived even some time earlier than 24h before the match by eMail. So make sure you understand that you should have an eye on your contact details (if they don't deliver eTickets, you should tell them your hotel address) to smoothen the process of the ticket coming to you and obviously it will work out then.

I was nervous buying the ticket. Everything went incredibly smoothly, I could contact them via WhatsApp when needed. I received my ticket electronically for Barca v Porto and there were no issues at all. Less expensive than the official site at the time. I would use them again.

Bought 3 tickets for me and my 2 kids for Real Madrid vs. Granada, scheduled on Dec 2. Issue is we have to fly tomorrow to Madrid and have no idea if our tickets will be delivered in due time as nobody's replying to my WhatsApp messages. Just hope this will not turn into a nightmare trip...maybe they will react after this so that I can update my review...Update: I finally got an answer yesterday via WhatsApp and arranged to pick up my tickets this afternoon. They are located next to each other in a good sector, as promised at the time I bought them. All good now.

Went to a Manchester City match with my 2 children (age 8 and 10). Good seats and all 3 sitting together. Electronic tickets delivered the day before the match. All communication is by whatsapp (they always respond very quick). Electronic tickets delivered by Whatsapp. I was worried if everything would go okay, but everything was as they promsed. Next time I will order again at football.experience. Thank you one more time!

These guys Jose Luis and Saad were very professional all along the way. They answered all my questions promptly. They offered me a specific location in the Camp Nou and I received exactly the tickets for that location and all 4 seats together. We saw Messi yesterday take a corner just 200 metres away from us during El Clasico. An unforgettable experience to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. Thank you!

When I purchased a ticket I paid online about $400 Australian but somehow I was forced to cancel my trip to Europe. Therefore I try to find a way to contact the company for a refund of the purchase ticket unfortunately for days and days and days I tried to call them,at no avail.Then finally, finally as the game date was getting closer Try to email them that I need a refund because I can’t appear at the game in person. Once again, there was no response. The time came when the game started. I still had a ticket and Australia in my pocket. I lost $400 to lack of communication between me and the seller. I’m telling you I will not do purchase any more tickets from this company. Sorry to say this, but that’s truth.

Real Madrid v Osasuna Copa Del Rey Final:I managed to buy tickets from football experience last week for the copa del rey final and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was first contacted by Saad who ensured me that I will receive my tickets through a pick up location as I arrived in Seville the night before. David contacted me who managed to sort that out and when I arrived in Sevilla, I went to a courier service (MRW) whereby I gave my details and the tickets were in my hand. The seats were AMAZING. It may be a bit pricey but it is 100% reliable

I am surprised to read some of these reviews. I was due to attend a match that was cancelled due to Covid. Football Experience responded to all my WhatsApp messages immediately. I also received a voice message which was reassuring. Refund was sent once it was apparent there would be no match being played, minus admin charge, but I don’t begrudge them that to survive. The situation was of course no ones fault and we want small businesses to survive, don’t we!Their polite tone and quick responses was pleasing.

Good service. Tickets received electronically beforehand. Great seats. Maybe woulld have been helpful to be notified that the match had been changed from Sunday to Friday, but fortunately we arrived on the Friday and in time.
