Is footasylum.com Legit?

Not only are the range of clothing and footwear great.This evening I went in the Edge Lane store Liverpool and each member of staff I spoke to ( the blonde bobbed haired lady on entrance, the young man who got the trainers for my son, and the young lady with the black curly hair on the till) where all very approachable and pleasant.Thankyou, I think just being nice people needs to be recognised. Well done Team!!

Easy to order online and fast dispatch. Order arrived next day as promised. Unfortunately, we had to return item as they were too small but the returns process was dead straightforward and painless. More companies should follow Footasylums lead. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with delivery.I used the chat function to contact customer service, after a lengthy wait (approximately 20 minutes) customer service agent Sam (Samantha) joined me on the chat.Sam was so helpful, she quickly understood the problem, offered several solutions and quickly resolved the issue.Worth the wait and I appreciate there being a human on the end of the chat instead of an AI Robot, like many other companies use.

Whilst searching in desperation with my grandsons for items what they wanted. Footasylum came up as a suggestion, this was the first time I have used them ended up placing 2 orders back to back, will certainly use again.

I would like to ‘shout out’ to your team at Milton Keynes. I treated my teenage son to a North Face Coat for his 13th Birthday, unfortunately the stitching was faulty.I returned to your store in MK on Tuesday 26th November with the faulty jacket and a female employee went above and beyond to find a replacement.Thank you so much for making my son smile, you guys are awesome. Ordered two monterrain tracksuits and there was a bit of a hiccup, cut a long story short I didn’t get my items Samantha from monterrain sorted a full refund for me. Thank you Samantha. I thought I was 300 down, now it has been resolved.

A girl called Ellie with long blonde hair was very lovely and professional and was so helpful she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience in store and was really helpful. I ordered trainers they were not delivered to my address I got in touch with Evri they said they have let foot asylum no. Footasylum more or less said tough we are not taking it any further I would nNEVER buy from thisBusiness again and I would advise anyone to stay clear disgraceful customer service

Customer service advisor Sam was extremely helpful and a real pleasure to deal with..I have experienced a very stressful few days trying to get through to someone to discuss my refund. This hasn't been easy but finally after Sam's help today she was able to help resolve my issue and get my refund processed as quickly as possible. Her communication was outstanding. She done everything she said and I am truly grateful. She provided excellent customer service. Can't say the same for the advisor on Instagram chat (Alex). I am just glad my issue has finally be resolved. Not sure if I would ever order from Footasylum again as my overall experience hasn't been great.

They have a great stock selection, especially Adidas, and the website is so easy to use. I found great deals for Black Friday. I always enjoy shopping at Aslyum.

Item missing from my order. Parcel arrived sit open and hence probably why item is missing. Cannot contact them through any of their suggested channels. No email, cannot get onto the web chat, left messages through social media, not replying. Awful customer services. Will not be ordering again

Amazing and quick service, easy when your a busy person and don't have time to get too shops, plus affordable payments accepted if people are low on cash at this time of year

Spoke to a few people on the chat that were a waste of time, eventually got through to a lovely guy called tyler who was absolutely amazing and sorted the problem straight away, the company need more people like him 😀

Always find great pieces of clothing at a reasonable price. Love the quality and choice that footasylum offers. Staff are always friendly and helpful. And deliveries are always sent out quickly which I love.

Easy order was placed on Wednesday, trainers where ready for collection Friday. Will be ordering again very soon
