Is foodspring.fr Legit?

I was trying to do B2B business with Foodspring.I sent tens of emails to B2B & service, all deleted before Read.stupid Bot on their chat on website.NO phone number on website.

Order placed a MONTH ago from UK website. No news from the company, not responding emails and the tracking number is not working…Their protein is good, but customer service not worth it

The product is nice tasting. Although I'd say it is probably not on the healthy side with all the sweetness involved. Customer service is awful! Please do not buy from this brand because everything is OK until it is not!I received a damaged product and have been emailing back and forth for over 2 months for a refund. They refuse to believe me (I forgot to take a picture), despite having spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years. Its been over a months since their response below. I was hopeful then but despite a number of email exchanges I can confirm they do not follow up on their promises.

I've tried several brands of whey and always had stomach pain, gastric issues and so on. But with Foodspring, nothing. The quality of the whey is not only incredible (easy mix + quick to digest), it also tastes really good. I've also tried BCAA, L-Glutamin and L-Carnitin which really helps repairing the muscles faster. Bye bye soreness ! So I'm highly satisfied and will not lose time trying another brand. Hence, they have very decent prices compare to what you find on the market.

I've ordered from foodspring quite regularly, before and after brexit, and have always had a great experience. It does take longer to get to the UK after brexit because it comes from europe but you don't have to pay customs and it's not really that long you have to wait. My orders usually take about a week, and the products are always great, would definitely recommend

After reading the reviews I was not sure about the company but still bought the pizza dough and protein creams. My items arrived pretty quickly, however the package was damaged and the pizza dough was spilled all over the box. I emailed the customer service with pictures on a Saturday, Monday I received an email that a replacement was sent out. I have no issues with the company, customer service amazing!!!

The tastes were good and also the quantities. I was quite supprise by the results in comparison to other brands. It's more expensive that other website but I prefer to pay by to get something better inside me. I'm using protein powder daily so I want to eat something healthy.

This is the only whey brand that I can actually drink. They have a wide range of flavours and it doesn't taste too chemical. I don't know why some reviews are complaining about the customer service, because they are very responsive and they always managed to sort my issues quickly. It's my favourite brand by far!

After having a bad experience last April, but still curious about their products, I decided to try put an order in. This time delivery time was on point and so it was the customer service. Delivery to the UK has definitely improved. Products are very good, and I was surprised on how healthy they actually are, mostly made out of natural ingredients. Happy to have given foodspring another try!

The product seems good. It has a little "spicy" back-taste but I like it.The shipping was not so great, as they told me the order did not get properly routed.Will give them another chance in a few days and post an update in case the shipping mishaps will happen again.

How I wish I’d researched before ordering nearly £90 worth off them!!! Order not arrived, multiple emails sent, tracking just shows delayed… I’m going to try and claw my money back via PayPal as I’m guessing it won’t arrive like everyone else’s!?

I buy whey protein from them, peanut butter and protein creams. Fantastic quality , protein easily dissolves and has nice taste, always looking forward to it after my workouts. It is in slightly higher price segment, but discount codes from fitness influencers they work with make it really manageable. The also have loyalty program, so later deliveries will be free for orders over 20 euros , they also sometimes share personal discount codes for their loyal customers, which makes it really nice to stock up on your favs. Never waited for more than 4 days for my delivery (Germany) , everything is always packed in the best possible condition , so there are never broken glass jars or leaked oil. Finally found the company I like so there will be no more disappointments

Purchased 2 of there advent calendars as my daughters had previously tried and enjoyed Foodspring products. Day “21” the biggest box of the whole calender had the girls both excited to open it. When they did they both found a money off voucher rattling around in the bottom! The contents list said it was a big bottle of chocolate spread. Total exploitation of peoples good will and trust in the brand. Two very disheartened daughters.

Ordered some clear whey and creatine on the 1st of July, it’s now the 13th. No emails about being delayed but on the tracking it says delayed, I emailed and no response. There’s no communication to say that it was delayed until I went searching for myself today, was marked as delayed in the 8th when estimated delivery was the 6th... I’m just hoping that they get their brains into gear and sort this out, but clearly there’s many reviews with the same thing happening…

They are a thieves. Just writing another comment here because it seems that they replied quicker the costumers reviews than the costumers emails to their direct costumer service. Do not buy products from them please. I had to contact my bank because after 1 month I ordered my products and they were constantly delayed they cancelled my purchase and guaranteed me I would have my refund within 3 working days and of course it didn’t happen. Absolutely swindle. Please food spring, don’t even bother reply this review saying some BS about how sorry you are and what bad luck I had.

i ordered a coupon, the key was invalid. since then (3 weeks) i wait for an answer from foodspring support. i contacted them several times over email, but no answr.poor company - null communication to the customer - i cannot recommend this company. product quality i cant say sth about, i bought the coupon as a gift.

Love their products! Protein pancakes, protein brownies and their protein cream! Omg! Just super delicious!And they a an awesome customer service! They always try to find a solution and they answer really really fast!

Until the beginning of 2023, protein bars (Protein Bars Extra Choco and the likes) used to be 65g (including 21g of protein). Now they are of 45g (including 13g of protein). That is a total decrease of product of 31%, including a decrease of 38% of protein!And guess what?! The price is the same.Foodspring = gang of scammers.Also, don't trust their website where it says authentic reviews can be posted; mine did not get through. Status = "Your review was rejected' ... Scammers ...and liars

I will not order ever again. I wasted hours sending messages to the SEUR which is the carrier chosen by Foodspring for deliveries. I have been sending at least 100 emails, in 2 months. Today I received a message from SEUR finally telling me the packet has been returned to the sender. I wasted my time ordering online. Then I wasted hours and hours calling and messaging SEUR. Them wasting time posting this review, but this is necessary because it's unacceptable to make people go through such hassle.I have been refunded by Foodspring. But no commercial gesture for the struggle, and most importantly for the fact I haven't received any product.

Im working for Foodspring and I love all the products I tried so far, the recipes and the workout on the website. Among my favourites products I name Whey Protein, Clear Whey, Porridge, Protein Creams with the Pancakes.
