On 23 November, I ordered food through your app from KFC, but I received the wrong order for another person's order. I was forced to take a taxi to KFC, return the wrong food, and take my food. I want to complain about this behavior and get compensation for it. But you do not let me write my comments in the app.I sent email to foodora support, after some days they said you received so much compensation, but I did not received anything from Foodora. Thank you for your understanding!"This is the response of your live chat or chat bot.Really you do not have a person to check emails and chats. It is just some bot that respond.You did not deliver my food and I want my money. Also you should pay my taxi costs.
I ordered and actually added tips for the courier at 18:00. Not much, but still.. foodora said "45-50 minutes until delivery"Fine. I made the instruction, as always, already available for the driver to "call the port telephone, call my last name and then on the lift to press the floor X"I keep watching the app and saw that the food is still being prepared but all of a sudden it was CANCELLED. The driver has texted me 17 minutes after 18:00 when the app shows he is still nearby the restaurant and said "I am downstairs" (Later i know from the customer service that he even stated that he cannot find the door! Which apartment downstairs is the driver?) I contacted the Customer service, "AsX", which was just polite, but made me very frustrated. AsX said the driver cannot even locate the door. How on earth he dared to say the driver is downstairs when I am following the driver on the app and it still shows the Gotgatan area???? And this was around 18:19 when foodora said that the food will be delivered in 45-50 minutes and the payment was made at 18:00??? My husband is downstairs at 18:19!!! He said he doesn't see anyone. How come the driver and the customer service comfortably say that its my fault when the App says its not even close, the driver does not even give any proof, and i did not get any call from the port telephone??? I live right on the big street where the sign of the door is almost 1 meter in size. Right on the street. And why didn't the driver call the porttelefon as instructed if he actually downstairs??And of course they do not want to refund my money as its my fault. Just... go for WOLT and UBEREATS! PRETTY AMAZING! My friend also paid for the foodora pro and cancelled after a week as it is pretty crap. WOLT has amazing and more options of restaurants too.
Ordered with a +43 phone area code. The delivery guy never called or wasnt aware he had to put in the +43 (idk). Not ordering over the app but the website apparently doesn’t give u any „messages“ from the driver. Contacted the Helpcenter at 11:30pm and they told me it’s my fault since I didn’t pick up the phone and there won’t be a refund. The most insane thing is that there is some guy/girl sitting on their computer, telling me I didn’t pick up my phone, while I am staring at it with no missed calls. I even went outside for 15 minutes at -4 degrees in shorts to wait for the dude. So all in all foodora.se successfully scammed me out of my McDonald’s order.
Picking out food with my fiancée, she's using her account without PRO to scroll through the menu, I'm using my account with PRO. To my surprise, without PRO the delivery would be free, with PRO they'd charge a reduced fee. That restaurant had no other PRO benefits, all other prices were the same. Very interesting, paying for PRO to pay more...? And the customer service was just "Yeah, it is what it is" even though I had screenshots.
I actually think Foodora SE is working well,... until it doesn't. Received an hour late delivery, which was ice cold. Sent in Feedback and wasn't offered any compensation. I understand it's hard to prove that the food is cold , but since there was communication since the start of the delay, it should not have been that hard to be on the customer's side and believe that it's cold. Especially since they can see your whole account history, where no such complaint was ever made. Wolt is way better when it comes to making things right (and cheaper at certain times anyway) so this was a push towards them. What a shame
I also got scammed today i made an order and made sure that my address was correct. Just about 5 minutes to reveiving my order, I realised that the address of delivery wasnt the one I had stated during ordering. I however received a call from the delivery guy (who was very rude) and I gave him the correct address which was about 100 metres away from where he was, he gave me a different number(his personal) where apparently I was to text my address since he couldn't see it on the phone number he called me with at the beginning. As I waited, I received a text that my order was delivered and I wondered as I was still outside waiting for my order. I had waited for the guy over 20 minutes for him to deliver to the right address and when I didnt see him I called him and he said that he had cancelled my order and that I should contact foodora for a refund. I contacted them through the chat and explained everything and I got was that they couldn't redund me. I felt scammed and I will never order through foodora again or recommend to anyone. I was ripped out my money.
Unserious customer service without problem solving process on place. They don't help and close the chat without any consideration and understanding of the problem. I got several orders wrong. My last order was delivered with only half of the products and they did not want to help send the rest of my products alternatively refund me the money although it was their misstake and i paid a lot of money. Their answer was unpleasant and not nice at all and they refused to reimburse me the money. If you can't rely on their correctitude and help, what is the point of using their service, which is many time full of misstakes? I have uninstalled the app and recommend others to avoid. I have a question, it takes about 10 seconds for the resturant to accept the order, and there is no visable cancel in sight when you sent the order.Then reaching out to customer support, that is kinda diffusely put under profile.. Then you say you can't do shit, not even put in a discount code. What is this?
Extremely unprofessional. Though my product delivered was broken and yoghurt was pouring from the bin, customer support reply was that they cannot do anything because they gave me compensation vouchers more than to other customers. After that chat was automatically closed. I received 2 vouchers in the last month for repeated delays, orders cancelled and missing items (which were paid). Strongly recommend to choose a different food service delivery. I also add that in the last one month I ordered every one day, so I used to be regular customer.
Food never arrived becuse driver could not find my adress apparently. Support said they left it outside (?!) - so how did they do that If they did not find my adress? No pizza, no refund, I had to go to pizzahut myself and buy another pizza. 60€ for my pizza that never arrived and my new one. Dont use this service, absolutly useless.
Why is it that foodora meal prices are 20% higher than in actual restaurant? Why is it that there is also service fee, and a delivery fee that rivals the price of the meal, all on top of that? Well, I will tell you why - incredible greed. And wolt, instead of competing, follows suit. Only in the Czech republic, I guess. In the post-covid time when gas price is almost back to normal and every other car is a hybrid, it should be borderline criminal to charge X3 delivery fee compared to grocery services like rohlik or kosik. We need laws against these thieves, and soon.
They straight up just ripped me off. I paid for food and never got it. They just said we could not deliver it and wished me a good day. And could not refund me. Higher Prices than on their menus at the stores. Also Foodora PRO is a scam, raises prices on delivery fee once you have it, then decreases again when you cancelled it. 2 Stars because customer service gives refund when delivery don't show up. You have better prices and delivery fees on WOLT also Wolt plus is good because you get almost no delivery fees at all, at almost all restaurants.
I ordered food and when it showed the delivery person was near, I received information that the delivery was canceled. It took talking to 2 different representatives to find out that the driver allegedly called me (I have no record of any contact via site, email, app, telephone or sms) and took a photo of where he left the food. With the photo provided by the 2nd representative, I went around the neighbor hood and had to check 5 other buildings before if found the location in the photo. Despite the driver dropping it off in a different location altogether ( I had 4 deliveries this week and dozens over the last few months arrive without issue), a 3rd customer service agent repeated that it was my fault for not answering calls I never received. There was no acknowledgement of the driver delivering to the wrong address, no confirmation of what foodora did to try contacting me aside from alleging they called, and no tolerance for trying to discuss how to handle driver mistakes moving forward. Rather than trying to address the situation, there was a clear and strong push to tell me that I would not receive a refund regardless of the errors on their driver's part. This service usually works well, but this situation is enough to make me reconsider if I continue using this service at all. P.S. I explicitly asked 2 of the service reps for a way to contact a manager to discuss this further to ensure that there is appropriate follow up on how they are handling incorrect delivery and discuss how this could be handled better but they disconnected refusing to give me any other means of contact.

I’ve been using Foodora for a while, and things go wrong often enough that I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times. Now it seems that once you’ve complained too many times, they blacklist you from any future support. You can still order, but if something goes wrong (and trust me, it often does), you're completely on your own.When I reached out about a recent issue, customer service straight up told me: “Our hands are bound, our system has picked up that you had similar cases, so I can't offer you any compensation or discount code.” They’re basically punishing loyal customers for their mistakes. How is this even legal in Sweden?It’s ridiculous and honestly outrageous. If they can't deliver properly, they shouldn't blame the customers for it.PS. No, I don't have multiple accounts, and please spare me the standard Foodora reply. You know very well you're running blacklist practices against customers who report issues too often.

The delivery times are almost always off by at least 30 minutes, which inevitably means cold food upon arrival.I also find it troubling that all delivery drivers seem to come from the same demographic, raising concerns about labor practices. I feel like there’s a need for better oversight or action from the government. In a country like Sweden, we should have better, more reliable food delivery services. Delivered bad sushi from two so called “top” reviewed restaurants. Uneatable and had to spit out some of it because tasted really bad. Forgot to deliver miso soup etc. unacceptable small portions on side orders etc. Customer service totally unprofessional and treating you like you’re making it up. Seems like part of their strategy is to take even good restaurants crap food and send home and since they’re gone when you start to eat and won’t listen to complaints they can sell almost anything with crep quality.

Emelie and Victoria have a vile attitude and should never work in service sector. It seems to trickle down from management as is evident by lack of email responses.Company gladly takes money for food orders, but refuses to recompensate when said goods dont arrive.Avoid! Undvik!
