Is foodhub.co.uk Legit?

Can’t complain, no issues at all. Hasn’t got all these add on charges like other platforms

Absolutely pathetic, I usually make a point of calling takeaways who have foodhubs laughable ‘app’ so I don’t have to pay the useless robots a dime. I let it slip this weekend and of course immediately regretted it. For context, find my review of ‘Adam’s fish bar’ Whickham. I bought scampi which was NOT scampi - it was white mushy crap- not langoustine tails. Contact foodhub and get through to the very well trained robot crystal. She has obviously gone through food hubs training courses as she really excelled in pasting standard responses about food hub being a third party and was an expert in doing precisely nothing. Thanks foodhub for reminding me why I stopped using you 👌🏽*Just read through some more reviews from others and honestly it’s absolutely hilarious how many responses from foodhub are along the lines of ‘this is not our usual standards, please waste a little bit more of your life emailing us to highlight the issue you’ve already highlighted but that we can’t actually be arsed to check and deal with and we’ll hope you just go away whilst we try and give the impression that we actually give a damn. LOL

Easy to use. Food available from chosen venue within given timeframe

My last couple of experiences have been poor, resulting in me deleting the app and will be deleting my account as soon as my refund goes through. No loyalty to people that are loyal to them. Had an awful day made worse

App is good, customer service shocking!!!. Had problems with a restaurant delivering to the wrong address. Waited 2.5 hours for restaurant to redeliver order. Then, I had missing items. Complained to customer services and offered a £5 goodwill, which I never got, never got a refund on the order or missing items. Absolutely disgusting service from start to finish. I used foodhub a lot for orders over other delivery apps but will no longer use foodhub for lack of responsibility for service.

I recently ordered from Foodhub, and I’m beyond satisfied with the experience! The delivery was right on time, which I really appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. It’s refreshing to have a service that respects the delivery time they promise.

ZERO stars should be given I ordered food the restaurant then calls me to state they are shutting and I chose pick up (which I didnt) I stated to restaurant ive had a drink of alcoholic beverages and possibly couldn't drive, restaurant stated extra fee they'd deliver I agreed. hour goes by I contact foodhub because restaurant is not answering for food hub to tell me the restaurant states food got delivered just before but yet restaurant put down I picked food up!! if this ain't blatant lies I don't know what is but good old customer service Maya thinks a daytime problem for me to contact in daytime. Out of pocket No food BRAVO foodhub. God help daytime staff your getting passed the buck

Absolutely useless, my payment went to gateway then timed out, checked my bank £ 31.75 came out rang "oh yes well you have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund". Difficult as they can't find my order anyhow..... Left starvingI don't expect that will happen

Awful, don't know what the point of them is except to stop you from being able to contact the restaurant. Ordered through them but wanted to cancel the order. Told i needed to contact the restaurant myself, first red flag about why use a 3rd party if you do all the work yourself, contacted restaurant and they said they couldn't cancel unless it was cancelled through the website, which is not possible and you are told to contact the restaurant. Doesn't give you any benefit at all to use this stupid company

Absolutely shocking, ordered the donner kebab meal deal from Peter Pan in gorse hill, meal was supposed to be on naan bread but came on pitta, barely any meat in either of them, no chips, no dips just a dollop of mayo on both kebabs that we didn’t ask for. Tried phoning for over an hour phone was picked up and put back down on several occasions so I gave up, safe to say won’t be going back😂

FOOD HUB - EXCELLENT website easy to use - cheaper than Just eat even for the same take away making Food Hub brilliant value for money!

Easy to order and good selection

Easy to find local takeaways. The site is easy to use and navigate. An email is sent to confirm the order and then it's up to the takeaway to deliver. Never had a problem with the order going wrong.

My experience with Foodhub was horrible.I had to delete an order and it took me more than one hour of chat on their website. The lady there (Rhonda) , kept asking me confirmation for things she could easily have and in the end she confirmed that she could not even do the fully refund but only a coupon. I would not recommend

It was very easy to order, the delivery was great and perfectly timed, and the food was excellent! I'm very happy and will definitely order again.

Over 2 hours to deliver. Pizza was lukewarm, the wrap was freezing, partner put in a foul mood due to it being so long and inedible when it arrived so I've had to deal with the bad mood. Restaurant refused to send a driver out to collect the food to get it returned and refunded when contacting them and foodhub and claimed the food was perfect (had been over 2 hours wait when website stated 50 minutes) food was definitely sat for some time. Offered a measly £8 in coupons from foodhub (£3 for the long wait and £5 for the cold inedible food I've spent £22 on) not impressed and this was my go to restaurant in ponty, however being told our freezing cold inedible wrap was delivered perfectly acceptable I won't be returning. Such a shame as I thought I found the restaurant for us.This may be the only time this has happened, but when mistakes happen I'd expect them to say sorry or something and acknowledge we're offering for the food to be collected and returned to be refunded, but they straight up declined and said it was perfectly acceptable when delivered (again after 2 hours where the food was probably sat for a while). £22 wasted, £8 is coupons offered, but as I've said in this review this restaurant was the only one I've really only ever trusted in ponty, so £22 wasted. Can't recommend this place anymore due to now having wasted money.

Been waiting for refund for 2 weeks, no answers to email, use cash, avoid the crappy middlemen Please remember guys to leave a bad review on here if you havent received your refund, after 6 emails, no reply, no refund for nearly 3 weeks, it miraculously fell in my wallet the day after I left a review 😊
