Is food.ee Legit?

Foodee has stremlined our office lunches and made my life so much easier. The meals being individually packaged and labeled makes organization easy. Every one of the delivery drivers I have interacted with have been gems and could not ask for better service all around.

Foodee has helped automate our lunch ordering process. It's hard to predict who's coming into the office; but with foodee, we don't have to worry about making sure everyone gets lunch.

Everyday is a struggle to think of what to eat but thank God! Foodee is there to help me. I love the way Foodee is handling my team's meals everyday. There are a lot of choices to choose from. I like their Build Your Office Meal Program wherein I can get a personalized recommendations for every order based on my team's preferences and favorites. The support team is very reliable and helpful. If I can give more than 5 stars for the great services we are receiving from Foodee.

Very easy to order from this platform.Trustworthy did not have to call and confirm my order after the fact like most other companies.The food order was 100% accurate.The staff member that delivered arrived a few mins early and was very polite!!

food.ee is great to organize group corporate orders. they provide great suggestions, always are receptive to special dietary requirements, and have a good system where each person can self-order (with a budget max)

Service is good overall, sometimes they have technical glitches but the support team can always responded swiftly. some restaurants markup prices are too high compared with what you order directly from them, hence reducing one star. Overall you are paying for their services rather then the food so its not a budget friendly option.

Our company has been using Foodee for our daily meals for over 2 years. Service overall is pretty good after resolving delivery issues. It’s been consistent and things are going well. There are a variety of meal options available. However, we have a set budget for our meals, so some restaurants are not within our budget which is a bummer as their menu options are awesome. There are times when we have technical glitches, but our sales manager is always on top of it. She is a joy to work with. This type of service is convenient and meets our needs.

Whenever I've had a problem, I just had to e-mail my customer service representative at Foodee and he took care of it immediately. Or in his absence when he was away, his alternative customer service representative was able to help me just as quickly. And when you're dealing with an office full of hangry staff at lunch time, speed is of the utmost importance.

Literally the worst company ever. Food is always cold, orders are late nearly everyday, and the food looks like it's been sitting out to dry for hours. How a company overcharges each meal just to send food to your office stays in business is beyond me.

Our team always looks forward to making a Foodee order as the service from placing the order to receiving it is easy to use. The food has been exceptional.

Food consistently late, poorly labeled, cold. This is the restaurants fault to be sure, but Foodee selects the restaurant to partner with and should communicate their expectations if they want to be a successful business.Additionally, Foodee adds a 15% upcharge per item in addition to charging $5 per user, on TOP of the restaurant's own upcharge. This stretches your individual meal budget to the absolute limit. They also offer no option to cover the difference to the individual user, so if you've got a $20 limit, and your Burrito plus a drink is $20.01 (this happens with frequently), you're out of luck, you can only get the burrito or the drink, not both. Great way to sink company morale by leaving everyone only half fulfilled. $20 should be more than sufficient to feed someone, but you'll find yourself spending all of that just to get 1 item and having to leave $5 on the table because the pricing doesn't fit.
