Is fondtravels.com Legit?

Very helpful and patient, he spent almost half an hour trying to help us, and we got what we needed. I recommend this guy. I wish if all customer service representatives like him. I don’t usually give reviews but he deserves it.

They are scammers…they are unethicalThey are scammers…they are unethical. they asked me to pay them a cancelation for tickets that were not purchased from them, they promised refund vouchers and when my friend advised me to call the airlines directly the airlines said only the issuing office could refund the tickets, the cancelation they asked for it was about 3000.00,

My miles were used by someone else who apparently accessed my Breeze Account. Eddie with Fond Travel did a superb job of helping me with part of the loss I incurred. My plans were necessary for me to change due to my partners death. Eddie was concerned and did as much as he could. His follow up on this issue was remarkable. He restored my faith in Breeze Airlines.

So I book with American Airlines and I get the most exceptional receptionist Harvey!! 💯He was very attentive and supportive he customers service skills was a 10/10 I would definitely use him again whenever I am traveling 💯💯💯!!

I have got saveral issues with them but one thing for sure. They do their best to make your experience better. Sherry was amazing. She was helpful. My issue was a duplicate reservation causing double charge but it got taken care ofI am writing this for sherry because she went above and beyond

I dealt with Jonathan and he was super helpful! He even called me to follow up and submit my insurance claim and sorted out a couple issues I had in the beginning. He made the whole process so much easier. It was great having someone to walk me through this it made the whole trip easier with this peace of mine!
