Is flysoccer.co.uk Legit?

Ordered 6 football shirts with names and numbers, arrived without names despite being charged for that. They then said I didn’t put the name when I clearly did. No response at first and when they eventually did respond they said they would either replace 2 shirts or I have to send all of them back and pay £50+ for delivery cost. Totally unprofessional, no refund issues, they stopped replying eventually so wasted money and now have shirts I can’t even use.

Fantastic company, bought two sets for my grandson, there was a slight delay with the delivery. I contacted the company who answered and resolved my query very quickly. My grandson was singing and dancing all day on his birthday, thank you so very much, will definitely shop here again.

I was hesitant to buy from here as I hadn’t heard of this company before but my experience with them has been great. The kits are perfect and arrived really quick. I had one query and they were really helpful and extremely easy to contact. I’ve already placed another order with them and will continue to use their services.

I ordered my item, but I can't track it because the truck number is incorrect. My attempts to contact the company are not possible, no one responds. Terrible attitude towards customers. I do not recommend!!

Recently an old friend passed away who was a really big united fan, especially Cantona in the 90's. Came across the site for Fly Soccer and placed the order for a number 7 replica sharp football shirt and paid additional delivery costs. Received the order confirmation and can see the money has left my account, but can't track the order through the system or gain access to the account that was setup. Tried to contact the company without success so next port of call if they don't contact me will be legal action.

Good communication. Shirts were good quality and well made. Obviously not kosher but excellent for the price. Speedy delivery for the fact they are coming from overseas

Fast delivery when I open it the quality is really good . Was abit worried about the size has it a christmas gift got scared . But check with other t shirt and not really that big thanks again buying for other family members

Every part of the process was plain sailing. No problem was too big and there was constant interaction from start to finish.If I couldn't find an item on the website a quick message was all that was needed and the item would be available for me to look at.Will definitely order again.

This website is great! The products are great value for money and the customer service (via WhatsApp) is amazing! The delivery times are slightly longer than others but it's well worth the wait. The football shirts are perfect for gifts especially compared with the clubs and sports shop prices. Highly recommend 👌

Ordered a football shirt. Took three weeks to arrive and when I unpacked it was damaged on the stitching. When I contacted them they said I could repair it. No offer of a replacement. Absolutely abysmal service. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE

Brilliant! Only took about 10 days to be delivered, fantastic quality and I'm glad it is recommended to order a size up, many a time I have ordered elsewhere and had to send back so thanks for the tip. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered 4 shirts for me and some family members…. Leeds utd tops of course!! I miss read the delivery timetable which is roughly 3weeks (10-15business days) so upon contacting them after 2weeks of my order, asking what’s happening etc, they responded within the hour, informed me of the delivery which I felt slightly daft for not double checking myself 🤦‍♂️. The agent who was responding to my questioning was extremely helpful and also apologetic (even tho I still had roughly 1 week to go before I should be raising a concern) and the next day my order had arrived anyway (honestly felt like such a Karen for complaining due to my own negligence/arrogance)5stars just for that haha!!
