By This Travel Firm For A False & Bogus Round Trip Flight From:(BUF) To:( MNL ) By 2 Of Flyfair Travels Indian Agents, Using The Names: Mike Anderson & David Worden. Upon Them Acquiring My Credit Card Info On: 6/06/2024. I Was Informed Repeatedly Upon Calling Flyfair Travels Main Customer Service Phone Line That No Record Of A Flight Reservation was In There Data Base. When I Asked To Speak With Both: Agents: Mike Anderson, & David Worden I'm Always Put On Hold for Very Long Periods Of Time Then Hung Up On Each & Every Time, Until Now They Refuse To Refund My $800.00 For Their Fake Ticket Reservation Charged To My Bank Visa Card. This Company Is Operating Offshore In India, while Fraudulently Scamming Customers Out Of Money For False & Non-Existing Airfare Ticket Prices.

I worked with Anderson Smith to change flights previously changed by the airlines without notifying me in advance. He was patient and very helpful. He asked for needed info and waited while I retrieved some of the info from my files/computer. He also verified my name on my passport and credit card for security reasons. He always told me when he was putting me on hold and checked back within a reasonable time. He also called me back when he said he would. He arranged new flights on another airline, handled the cancellation with the first airline and helped to get a refund of the first airline charge. Anderson was professional and pleasant to work with.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Anderson Smith. After a trip cancellation, we were left with $700+ in flight credits, which he assured us could be used on any airline at any time. We paid over $200 in cancellation fees and trusted his services for our future travel needs. Upon requesting tickets to Hawaii, he seemingly booked them but then withdrew the payments without any notification. When we discovered the tickets were invalid, we attempted to contact him multiple times. Despite repeated promises over a span of nearly four months, our issue was never resolved. We have now been forced to consider legal action. I strongly advise against using this service—it's been nothing short of a nightmare.

Specifically, they unlawfully took $1158.20 of my hard-earned American Airline flight credits. This act of theft is not only unethical but also illegal, and it has left me feeling cheated and betrayed. What makes matters worse is the deceptive manner in which this travel agency operates. When I originally called them thinking it was American Airlines due to their Google logo that day, as they are a Travel Agency, I was shocked to hear them answer the phone as "Thank you for calling reservations, cancellations, and changes." This response had nothing to do with a travel agency, but rather posed as the airline itself. This deliberate attempt to mislead customers is both deceitful and unprofessional. The fact that this travel agency disguises themselves as the airline is deeply concerning. It raises questions about their integrity and credibility. If they are willing to deceive customers from the very beginning, it is difficult to trust them with any aspect of travel planning or assistance. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and responsibility displayed by this travel agency is appalling. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and retrieve my stolen flight credits, they have shown no willingness to rectify their mistake or provide any form of compensation. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this Fly Fair travel agency for any travel-related services. Their dishonesty, theft of funds, and lack of professionalism make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. I hope that by sharing my negative experience, others can avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.
