Is fly-go.it Legit?

The flight was not clean, the flight attendants were not friendly as they should be, but I advise you from now on to get people who are very professional who know how to do their i.

I have paid for a flight ticket from Milan to Paris. They have never issued me the ticket but they took money from my account. I have sent them several mails but they are responding and also their contact phone number never replies. Thry keep you on waiting for hours and nobody responds. It seems that this is a fake website.

Don’t ever prenotate on this site.. we book our tickets 1 month before in Sardegna, 4 days before our flight we tried to check in because it said in the itinerary that we could check in… For that four days of trying to check in until at the time of our arrival we haven’t check in we tried to contact them but it so hard to contact.. we payed double because we had this ticket penalty.. JUST DONT TRUST THIS SITE!!!

I’m writing this review to let other people and internet users to avoid this ticketing agency. To explain all better:1.We are trying to reach out their customer support and after a waiting time of 20 minutes nobody is picking up the phone;2. We bought a flight ticket from Milano Bergamo to Alghero and the check in it is impossible to be done despite all the steps being forward as per the instructions we received via email.3. We are at risk to pay an additional fee in the Airport since the check in cannot be done.

To be honest I was quite worried when, after 14 days from my reservation, my ticket wasn't sent...reading other comments I told to myself 'here we are, I'm done they gamble me...'so I called them and, of course after a prolonged waiting a really kind and skilled woman solved my problems an sent my tickets. I suggest people to be patient, the Company is not a fake, they should get better in some fields but they are serious.

This seems to be a fake website. I made a reservation with them and they have not issued the ticket but they have charged my credit card for 258 euro for a flight from Genova to Paris for two persons. They asked me to send them copy of my credit card and it was very suspicious to me. I have tried to contact them many times and they don't pick up the call. I have sent them also many mails and they don't respond to my mails. It is not clear how and if I can ever get my money back. I plan to go to the postal police to make a denunciation. Please avoid to use this website.

I just bought a roundtrip ticket for a friend and I.At first I was a bit concerned due to the lack of quick response containing the information I expected to receive (flight number etc)But after a polite request submitted through the site bot I was confirmed with an email and everything seems to be ok on the flight companies sites.I understand it may be frustrating at first.But they are probably overwhelmed with tons of requests.Be kind and they will solve your problem.

I just wrote to them that I will publish them because they are so frivolous. They don't respond at all. I have been waiting for a month for an answer regarding the reimbursement of the baggage fee, even though it was included in the ticket price. This is a criminal organization that collects money from clients in this way. As far away from them as possible!

I tried to buy a ticket with this thieves companies but fortunately I blocked the payment with my bank as I see on websites many reviews are just complaining and advice anyone to not buying anything for this company! Also play attention the telephone number they provide is never working and they NEVER reply to the email they put on their fake website.!!!!!! WARNING about FLYGO!!!!

Hello good morning everyone I’ve booked 3 tickets from Bologna to Paris last week till now I didn’t receive anything and fly go took money from my bank account i am trying to call but no response yet. this is a scam please everyone be careful don’t book anything with this platform they are scammers eveone report to google..

My parents booked tickets with WizzAir flight through this company and I had really hard time helping them to get check-in online done which wasn't successful. The problem is that you don't own the booking and you get very limited access to it. We even called WizzAir support but they said the booking is made with another phone and email address so they couldn't verify us and couldn't help. When reached their support and got a standard instructions on how to do check-in with wizzair which was helpless. They didn't respond to our further inquiries. The flight booking kept showing check in online is not available, login with the same account you used when booking the flight. In the result my parents had to pay 85 EUR for check-in at the airport twice on the way there and back. My parents didn't get they were booking their flight through an aggregator and realized that when it was too late which could be the case for other people. Avoid them.

I did not book a ticket yet, but the sistema gives me a flight from Thessaloniki to Bari with British airways that on the British airways does not exist. So I believe it is a scum based on the other customers commests

Ci sono volute 6 settimane dall'ordinazione dei biglietti a questa singola email di FlyGo!!Ladri!!Attention! Don't trust FlyGo! After trying to contact us endlessly via email or phone - no response. After we informed the Austrian authorities and instructed the bank to arrange a charge-back, we received a single email from FlyGo stating that there had been technical problems and the booking had been cancelled. It took 6 weeks from ordering the tickets to this single email from FlyGo!!Thieves!!!

I bought a ticket to olbia and return back to milan, 431 euro, I didn't get my ticket nor refund, please refund my money, or I go to the police to report fly go, this is stealing and scam...useless company

Bad experienced with this agent i been purchased ticket on 23th Jan and my flight is early in the morning 24th they didn't send me ticket only confirmation my booking 107951578 then i trying to contact them for so long and nobody answer phone call and even on chat!!! Now i losting my money 163.72€ and need to buy a new ticket directly to airline such a 100% sureNow i trying to get my refund money. Until today 25th Jan still no one answer my phone waiting over than 30 min

Website easy to use and price comparable with the other competitors. No problem with the booking.I contacted the help desk after receiving the booking of the tickets to have got the confirmation about the purchased luggages in the hull and the answer was clear and prompt.By now no issue, so good!
