Is flowersbyflourish.com Legit?

Very poor value for money , sent the same plants and sent one plant for £20 that was clearly only worth less than half that price ..I sent them for a birthday and the recipient was disappointed as was I .

Thought I'd found the only place that had Dahlia- David Howard in stock, sent within 48 hours. All other companies said out of stock. Many days later I contacted them to ask when I'd receive my order only to be told they're out of stock as they're out of season but due in next year. I repeat next year. I asked them to cancel the order only to be told I cannot, as per their website, cancel bulbs that have been ordered. Even though they'll not come until next year they cannot cancel them. No explanation as to why. Even items that are out of season, which I didn't know they were, are shown as 'in stock'. All other companies show out of stock until 'in season'! Each email from them gradually went from friendly to straight to the point........cannot cancel the order!!Please do not use this company. The Managing Director should just slightly change his surname as this sums this rip off company up.Told them I would not accept the order and it would be returned to them each and every time they send it, oh and to keep the money!

Ordered a hydrangea plant for my sister's birthday. Delivered on time but not the colour I ordered and not entirely at its best. Won't be ordering from this company again.

I needed sunflowers for a special occasion. Flowers by Flourish were the only suppliers (after a long internet and local search) who could guarantee these particular flowers, in late February, which is well out of season. They arrived in perfect condition, easily the best-packaged flowers I have ever received, and in very good time. The recipient was thrilled and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you. UPDATE: half of the sunflowers are still perky two weeks later. Marvellous.

I ordered two Dahlia - Blue Boy tubers on the 15th June paying the best part of £12 for a quick delivery, contacted them by email no reply they are a waste of time, space and my air ! Phone number rings out then cuts out so avoid this tin pot lotWatch what you buy and spend with these lazy jokers26/06/2024 magically been contacted today and told they out of stock so were they two weeks ago when I paid ? Get a grip

I did leave a review somewhere but it looks like not on your actual website… apologies. I am absolutely thrilled with the Valentines calla Lilly arrangement I received ….. the best part is … it’s the 17th March and they are still beautiful! A month!!!! Lovely smell fading and foliage just about going, but nobody can believe the flowers are still alive! Incredible! Very securely wrapped as I recall too. Amazing. Thank you!

I purchased a 12 month subscription as a gift for my Mum who is 80 and has everything she could ever need but loves flowers & plants. Mum has had 3 deliveries so far and has been delighted with the selection of plants. She is a keen gardener and says the plants arrive in perfect condition and are healthy and ready to be planted (weather permitting). The added bonus is that I can get delivery to Northern Ireland at no extra cost. A brilliant service which I have recommended to several people.

I had to contact Flourish by email and they were super quick to respond, put my mind at ease straight away, I was really impressed. Flowers sent to my Mum were absolutely beautiful but slightly different to what I had ordered (eg there were no lilies in the arrangement at all - it could very well be for a good reason eg that it’s the wrong season etc in all fairness, but nothing was mentioned to me about it.) It didn’t matter as arrangement looked stunning and obviously my Mum didn’t know any different so that’s why I’ve still put 5*. Thank you very much for the beautiful flowers anyway!

Ordered long stem roses and spend £72 on 2 sets of 10 roses each. Flowers arrived and there is nothing long about the stems, they are average supermarket roses, poor quality, short buds and look old. Really disappointed as I could have bought better in the shop next door for a quarter of the price. Customer support is also poor. Replied that this is what they sell and the roses look good to them. Totally ridiculous, not even funny as a joke!

The flowers I receive monthly are always unusual and last about three weeks with frequent water changes! I absolutely love the choice of each months selection - truly beautiful and oh so colourful. Joyous! Thank you :)

Had been let down by usual supplier, I needed a large bunch of daffodils for an Easter display and found flowers by flourish online.I was very pleased with the price and quality of the flowers I ordered, they were just as shown in the photograph.I will order from this company again and highly recommend them for quality of flowers and customer service. Placed order, 2hrs later it had been posted with tracking. Brilliant! Unfortunately Royal Mail then let it down by not fulfilling their next day delivery, in fact the tracking read returned to sender as incorrect address, this was a lie because they delivered the following day . The flowers looked lovely still, but despite following instructions, the peonies died after two days. ☹️. I hold Royal Mail responsible for this. I felt the company was outstanding in its ordering service and the bouquet looked liked the online picture. I would order from them again.

Although I did not see the flowers that I had delivered, the recipient admitted they were beautiful. They arrived within the time frame as per your confirmation email. I thank your staff for all their efforts and rest assured I will be using your services again. I have another order awaiting delivery and I am sure this order will be met with the same excellent service as before.

Avoid like the plague.I ordered pink gerberas and ( with no warning ) they sent a mix of different colours.James Hunt, md refused to refund and said read the small print : it doesn’t matter what you order, we will send whatever suits us!

The flowers arrived a week after the proposed delivery date ... Apparently the flowers got lost in the Medway Royal Mail depot system and a replacement bunch was sent out which is why they were so late. Since the recipient didn't know they were receiving flowers it took a long time to sort out but Flowers by Flourish tried their best.

The Orchid was superb! Great colours. Well nourished. And super eco and beautiful packaging. I was going to go with Waitrose for this Mother’s Day gift and then I thought I’ll just do a quick Google, just to see. And up they popped Flowers By Flourish. They were cheaper, website was easy to use aaand, when they didn’t have the flower I had ordered in stock, they text messaged me pictures of alternatives that were even better than the original!

Living in england and not able to visit my mother on mothers day i sent flowers from your company she was most delighted with the flowers and vase she rated them better than the normal interflora that i normally send. Thank you

Placed an order, every single thing about it was incorrect. Was offered a refund; asked to send my details; then after sharing my bank details was told it was not possible.

I found the website very easy to use. It was also helpful about when to order to achieve the delivery date. When the flowers were dispatched I was kept fully informed about their journey and expected delivery time. This enabled me to tell the recipient when to expect the parcel. The flowers were perfect, the recipient was delighted with them. They continued to be beautiful for the next three weeks

Flowers were great and lasted a long time.The only issue is that the Royal Mail delivery is a let down. Shame as I have experienced great customer service from Flower by Flourish and would continue to order flowers from them, however RM delivery is rubbish compared to any other flower service I have used.
