Paid over £10 for an ankle bracelet including delivery. Delivery took over 5 days, definitely shipped from a non uk address.Cheap product arrived on the Saturday within 3 days the bracelet broke. I threw the product away when contacting the company was asked for picture evidence which I should have done but didn’t want a cheap product cluttering up my draws, the refund was refused.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - reviews on trust pilot says it all, I wish I had checked before wasting money

I have been waiting for my order for 3weeks! tracking has said label generated but it never changes! Its been in Buffalo N.Y. since I ordered! Do not purchase anything from this company as I am not only one having problems. Horrible customer service! I will start refund through my bank next.

I had my order delivered with no problems.So bought from them again. I have no idea what went wrong.You'd think they'd be grateful for repeat custom. But obviously not.I waited a month. Nothing arrived. I contacted them via Email, Facebook and Facebook Messenger. NOTHING. No apology, or acknowledgement of my emails and messages. So I contacted PayPal and they got me a refund.Then I went onto Ebay and found the same item cheaper.I wouldn't order from them again.Overpriced, considering that the items aren't even precious metals.

I ordered 3 items on 29th Nov for Christmas presents from the uk website. I had a dispatch email over a week later even though it claims on the site 24hr dispatch. The email had a Hermes tracking number that was not valid I presumed it was a genuine mistake but spend the next 3 weeks emailing about where was my parcel. Eventually I got on email asking for an alternative address to post to, really (?) does anyone have alternative adresses. They couldnt find my original address?? They have refused a refund as I have not returned the items, I havent received! and offered me a gift card for the amount. I have complained to Paypal and will wait until 12th Jan, that they have been given until to respond.

I ordered some items for my daughters birthday {she is disabled} on March 3 To this day June 14th - I've received nothing. Emails go back and forth with no resolution. Try to call the phone number it says it's no longer in service. I don't know how they can run a business and treat their customers the way they do. Apparently I'm not alone in this lots and lots of other customers with the same issue. They should be stopped. I don't understand how a company that treats customers like this and still be doing business. Not ever again will I purchase anything from this company and I will most definitely be spreading the word to friends and family of what a horrible company this is. I gave it a 1 star rating because there was nothing less than that which is what they deserve!!! Shameful!!!

I ordered 3 items from this site on 25th October. The website states 24 hr dispatch. It's now 11th November and still no items have been delivered. If you send an email enquiring about your goods you get a standard "we experienced higher demands than normal blah blah blah"!! I have items sent from China arrive quicker than this. I have since read other reviews where at least two thirds of them are derogatory comments with regards to failure to deliver the products listed or sending the wrong items then failing to reimburse the customer. A lot of people have suggested this is a scam company who are happy to take your money with little or no intention of delivering the goods. I will be placing a complaint with PayPal and trading standards as they are clearly placing false adverts with regards to shipping times etc.UPDATE: 27th November and despite 5 emails (3 through PayPal dispute Centre)I have not received goods or refund. I have escalated it to a complaint for PayPal to investigate and resolve.FURTHER UPDATE: PayPal upheld my complaint and reimbursed me. Please complain about this company and hopefully we can shut it down.

Faulty goods received through My Comfy Cardigan. Goods returned. Over three months later no refund received. Out of pocket by $80

I ordered 5 of the 3 sisters pins and only received 3. I paid for 5. I emailed the that my order was wrong and they asked for a copy of the packing slip. There was no packing slip in the envelope do I sent a pic of the envelope. I keep emailing because I want the other two pins that I ordered. I have not had any response.

I ordered a few things back in May. I received an email on the 31st saying it shipped but I still haven't received it. I've sent to emails and have received no replies and the number listed is not in service.

Ordered a men's ring size 11 after many weeks and emails they sent a size 10. I sent email after email with my receipt and copied order info. No response! No exchange or refund. It sits here with the tag still attached. These people are awful.do not do business with them and spread the word.

took 8 weeks to receive damaged, poorly built product. their return policy is 4 weeks. went thru pay paypal to return. I paid $50 for product. $9 to ship to me. and $16 to return and I am sure they are going to charge for the box that arrived crushed and overly taped that I had to cut it open.DO NO BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed and paid for my order on 7 April 2020 and still haven't received the items. I've sent numerous emails and heard nothing from them.

“Scam”

I ordered some bracelets on Nov 4,2016. It is Dec 12 and still nothing. When I email them, they send me a "form letter" (I know this because it says the same thing each time--I've received 3 of them) stating they will ship in 3-5 business days. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and will do so with my credit card company as well. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware). They are either not legitimate or at best, unethical.

Did arrive but needed 2 emails then received many emails back with took 10 days which is not bad but not 24 hrs as described. Mother and granddaughter moon necklaces sort of thing you would buy on holiday in cheap gift shop, even said on plastic packaging made it n China! But after all negative comments relieved they at least came. Would not us company again.

Tons of spam mail offering me coupons, discounts and first order has not arrived... shows scheduled for pick up since the 21st... this is one week later...! Simple necklace, not expensive, but certainly of little or no value if it does not come in a timely manner. So far, many thumbs down, and I assure you I will post anywhere I can..

After a consistent bombardment by email & FB messaging, my order has finally shipped and is at the Hermes depot! So relieved but won't celebrate until it's actually delivered. The route I took was don't give up just keep pestering them. I also found a 'phone number which went to a sort of answering service and I then wrote to the contact details that service offered. It might have been coincidence but worth a go. Happy Christmas fellow (angry) consumers.

I placed an order 16 Nov for two items. To date never received. Several emails and posts on Facebook. Facebook item deleted and one email replied to saying shipped however their own Web site says even though paid in full order is unfulfilled. Having paid with Barclay Card will be claiming against the Company using the full power of Visa. Don't buy from this Company it is a shame you cannot negative score them...

The photos are misleading on their site for sure. As for quality... I'm with the women who said she would have bought them at dollar store. Don't waste money. My christmas was screwed I cannot give these as gifts... unless it's a under 5.00 gift exchange or little girls under 5 to play with. If it's too good to be true... IT IS

I love their jewellery but had a problem with a ring that broke. Although it took several e mails to explain that it was a fault and therefore did not come under their 30 day return policy (or 60 can't remember). Anyway, they did understand and replaced the items for me. It's cheap for a reason I guess but I like their designs.

For the ones I kept, I had so many compliments that I had to order most of the items again as further gifts. Lovely bracelets and suitable for all ages - I have given them to aged 7 to 74 and everyone has loved them.
