They have refused a refund as I have not returned the items, I havent received! and offered me a gift card for the amount. I have complained to Paypal and will wait until 12th Jan, that they have been given until to respond.
I ordered some items for my daughters birthday {she is disabled} on March 3 To this day June 14th - I've received nothing. Emails go back and forth with no resolution. Try to call the phone number it says it's no longer in service. I don't know how they can run a business and treat their customers the way they do. I ordered 3 items from this site on 25th October. The website states 24 hr dispatch. It's now 11th November and still no items have been delivered. If you send an email enquiring about your goods you get a standard "we experienced higher demands than normal blah blah blah"!! I have items sent from China arrive quicker than this. I have since read other reviews where at least two thirds of them are derogatory comments with regards to failure to deliver the products listed or sending the wrong items then failing to reimburse the customer. A lot of people have suggested this is a scam company who are happy to take your money with little or no intention of delivering the goods. I will be placing a complaint with PayPal and trading standards as they are clearly placing false adverts with regards to shipping times etc.UPDATE: 27th November and despite 5 emails (3 through PayPal dispute Centre)I have not received goods or refund. I have escalated it to a complaint for PayPal to investigate and resolve.FURTHER UPDATE: PayPal upheld my complaint and reimbursed me. “Scam”
I ordered some bracelets on Nov 4,2016. It is Dec 12 and still nothing. When I email them, they send me a "form letter" (I know this because it says the same thing each time--I've received 3 of them) stating they will ship in 3-5 business days. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and will do so with my credit card company as well. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware). They are either not legitimate or at best, unethical.

Did arrive but needed 2 emails then received many emails back with took 10 days which is not bad but not 24 hrs as described. Mother and granddaughter moon necklaces sort of thing you would buy on holiday in cheap gift shop, even said on plastic packaging made it n China! But after all negative comments relieved they at least came. Would not us company again.
