Is floraprima.de Legit?

Didn‘t arrive on time. The flowers looked like nothing as advertised! I ordered many years but they are completely useless now. Very disappointing!! When I complained they told me the bunch was for „self-assembly“ -but even as a skilled florist one would never be able to “arrange” the handful of flowers in a way that they look like advertised! Won’t use again

Big disappointment. The driver is not able to find a clear address, he was supposed to enter the business building, the number is clearly displayed outside. But no. Not even after several calls he managed to find it. And the money will not be returned! Why should we pay for your incompetence?

I ordered the flowers for birthdays 2 weeks before to make sure that will be on time. Unfortunately today's birthday are without flowers from me. I am a bit worried what condition of flowers will be if will be delivered next day? Not recommending.

Good service. But too bad they can't send my order for the date i requested. I choose a date where the recipient is home all day but Floraprima send and its delivered a day before, where the recipient isnt at home. At the end he had to go to the store to pick it up. Kinda disappointed. But overall not so bad.

We ordered flowers for my aunt in Germany and the flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the picture AT ALL. The company resent the order and they were exactly the same. I can't believe they'd send old dead flowers but they did! Absolutely hideous!

Ordered some flowers for my sister. Arrived later then expected and so the flowers looked ugly and not fresh anymore. Definitely felt embarrassed when got a picture of then. Will not order here again for sure.

Very low quality flowers vs. what it was advertised on the website. I paid 25 euro to get something that I could buy with 5 EURO from Netto. Super disappointed.

ordered in 2022 for a sick relative in a hospital, flowers never arrived and refunded using paypal, and they have the audacity to send debt collectors after me for years barking like sad dogs. You will never get a cent from me you scammers.

KEEP AWAY. Absolute rubbish!! Absolute insult!! The product quality is rubbish, low quality rubbish. The package came 3 days later, the vase was broken, full of broken glass, it was a mess, the message was printed on flip page of the bill, on flimsy paper, absolutely unprofessional rubbish, my wife just threw it away. And company say "we did all good" bla bla bla... disgusting. Ruined the day. And once i complained to paypal they threaten me with Conflict Fee !!! KEEP AWAY.

Ordered flowers for home delivery in Mannheim, Germany. Flora interpreted the incorrect delivery date PLUS they never delivered the flowers to the address. They ordered the recipient TO PICK THEM UP! Based upon the FACTS, my bank cancelled the charge pending investigation. Instead of responding to the bank inquiry FLORA turned the charge over to collection at double the amount and threatening court. Quality of service below U.S.A. standards by a large margin. Order # 505186050. Lastly, the flowers, not home delivered as contracted and days late, were NOT as pictured but contained only 4 blooms. There is a clear pattern here among most reviews.

Turns out that the recipient of the flowers was very happy with the delivery i. e. the quality of the flowers, the selection of the vase, the diligent packaging, the speediness of the delivery and all that at a very competitive price

Would never recommend this company. Birthday flowers never arrived on the requested date, whcih is bad as it is.to top it al off, they did not even attempt to apologize, nor offer to deliver the day after, instead asked me to pick the flowers up from the nearest post office, despite me having paid for delivery. this company has lots its vision /strategy of who is actually paying their bills.

I use Floraprima regularly for deliveries to my mum, who lives in a caring home, whereas I live abroad. Deliveries are always on time, quality of the flowers is always very good. The delivered bouquets look exactly the way I order them. I will definitely continue using Floraprima.

Excellent customer service! Especially for solving of customer's problem! I use FloraPrima since some years and only once it was issue with DHL regarding "last mile" in delivery chain in Corona time. That was not the problem of FloraPrima, but customer service of FloraPrima solved this problem very fast. Thank you for the excellent service. I will order flowers here again!

We ordered flowers “eleganzia” but received flowers “nix is da” . On the website picture it shows far over 20 white roses. The delivered bouquet was with 3 white roses and a lot of decorational green stuff. We also were offered a 6Euro discount on our next order. We feel so embarrassed to our nephew and his wife that received the bouquet for their wedding.
