Is floordirekt.de Legit?

Bad service. Very slow delivery. Three weeks later I received a parcel with missing goods. I do not recommend. Very unreliable company.

The product is of very good quality. I am giving only 4 stars because the delivery time is much more than advertised and it is really hard to reach out to the customer service.My order took more than 2 days to be process and my parcel took more than a week to be sent out. I received my parcel after nearly 2 weeks of waiting (very far from the initial 4 days advertised).

Received the wrong product, contacted support, haven't gotten a reply.Edit: Adjusted the rating as I got a response that they will refund me accordingly, but the whole process took more than a month

I ordered a kitchen bin on 27th September and eventually received it on 6th October. First it took them 4 days and a prompt from me before they handed the goods over to their German carrier despite their claim that "We process and dispatch your order within 48h of receiving it." Then in the UK the item was handed over to Parcelforce who failed to update their tracking system leading me to miss one delivery. Parcelforce then failed to redeliver on the date I requested and attempted to deliver again on a day I had explicitly told them I would not be home.Floordirekt did agree to refund the delivery charge which I appreciate. I would have given them 4 stars if they had used a different UK carrier and despatched the goods within the promised time.

Got delayed the incorrect product and contacted them immediately(March 2021) and asked for shipping of the correct item and return of the incorrect one. Nothing happened until yesterday (23June2021). Yesterday I got a payment reminder for something I never received. No chance to reach customer care. I would strongly recommend to buy not at this shop.

I ordered some flooring from this company on April 18, 2023. On April 19th I received a GLS tracking number for the shipment. On April 21 I received a message from customer service telling me that they cannot ship the order because they don't have my address and they need this to ship with DB SCHENKER. I gave this right away even though they had all of my details on the order itself. I did not hear back for days so I began to call their customer service. At that point I was told that my order was 'custom' and would take more time to fabricate. I demanded more details and then received a message that my order had been lost and was cancelled on their end and that I would receive a refund in the days to come. I purchased the material from another company and placed a claim with Paypal since I did not receive a refund. Paypal came back to me with a tracking number noting that Floordirekt reported having shipped the order. This is clearly an either very incompetent or very dishonest company. I hope this review will save others the trouble of trying to do business with this company.

Ordered a carpet that was supposed to be gray based on the pictures, it turned out to be brownish. They refuse to take it back, claiming it is the right one and the pictures can be "a little bit" different. It's common sense that it might be a little darker or lighter, not different color. So apparently the pictures they display are just a Photoshop product and nothing close to reality. Never again from shops like this.

After poor communication and delayed shipment, I finally received a package. Unfortunately, the contents (metal finishing strips) were unusable as they were bent during shipment. Very poor packaging by sender. Would not recommend and hopefully I can get a refund or new strips.

Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews about this company before ordering. I ordered 2 mats on 21-01, I have mailed them several times about an update, everytime I get the answer that it was sent already and that they're going to check the delivery and contact the freight service company. I even asked my money back, but since these are "custom-made", this isn't possible. Since it's over a month now, I'm going to ask my bank to withdraw the payment and hope that will work. I would advise everyone not to order at this company, it really feels like a scam.

If there was 0 stars I would do it - absolutely appalled by their customer service which never answers your questions but gives you the run around. After 3 weeks (so much for their claim of “24 hours shipment”) still no product. ***Update 2/2A funny coincidence that after I wrote the above scathing review I received my order. It’s sad to think that it took a furious review to get a product, but perhaps might be helpful for the (many) others who have not had a good experience. It still is shocking that their customer service claimed the product was shipped (when it wasn’t) for weeks and then a product magically arrives after an angry review.

Awful experience. Had to wait for a longtime before to receive my handmade carpets and had to throw them away after just some weeks, worst quality I've ever seen.

“The shop is a fraud, the didnt deliver my package, and start sending the same emails lying.”

Do not order from this shop. They would not sent you your order. In my case, i had a big order more than 200 euro and Waiting 1 month for a delivery which in that time the company lied to me several times, mismatched orders so i resignated, till now i dont have my money back. IT IS A FRAUD AND SCAM.
