Is flixbus.de Legit?

Good experience.Took my first FlixBus. I did not appreciate their automated e-mail offering me another connection I looked at, but the bus ride itself was quite alright. The technology behind FlixBus also seems pretty good, no hiccups there. Pretty good price.Small improvements are possible. There was no toilet paper on the bus. Wifi did not work very well. No coffee or water on the bus.

The bus was modern, very clean, the driver was well dressed and clean...so I was positively surprised as in Germany Flixbus has more the reputation of a student's alternative means of transportation.Here I had more the impression of a real coach-journey.Very nice indeed!

The empathy of the drivers and the effort to arrive exactly on time! Thank you so much! It was a long drive, but everything went perfectly.

Uncomplicated booking, good bike Service, friendly Service on Board, just in time, enough time to get in and out of the bus Unfortunately there were no possibillities to charge mobiles

Delay: The bus started 2 hours later although it already arrived 70 minutes before. No air conditioning, it was horrible hot and humid inside the bus. Personal reading lamps didn’t work. In Addition two the delay of 2 hours of departure time the driver lost another hour due to a senseless stop in Kopenhagen for bus cleaning actually without any cleaning(!), a second stop to refuel. That could have been done in the break between arrival departure in K‘hagen. The driver moved very slowly, couldn’t communicate neither in Ebglish (poor knowledge) nor in Danish or German (no knowledge).

Terrible service all the way - both ways!!!We pay for 3 big luggages (20kg each - total 60 kgs) and 3 hand luggages. We take 2 big luggages (one 28kg and the other 18 kg) total 46 kgs and he made us pay another 12 euros otherwise he won't take us up. He was very rude and arrogant. And he doesn't speak any other language except from German. Showting at us in German without even trying to understand what we were explaining (i.e that we paid for 6 luggages).Incredible!!Arguing with other Motor vehicle drivers and honking the horn and also took a very sudden break, he almost hurt the passengers. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Terrible experience and very arrogant drivers!! (It wasn't just one driver because it happened to us to and from the airport - both ways).

Very pleasant Journey, nonstop from Hannover to London!Always friendly, helping and experienced Driver! The stops are out of any posibility to buy a coffee or Snack, thats a shame!And at a Trip of alltogether 30 Hours, the toilet has to be cleaned and dreyed at least times!

One of the worst experiences of my entire life. Bus was late for 30 minutes to begin with. AC and wifi weren’t working at all. Bus was hot like hell. Bus reached Nottingham 1 hour late. A horrible experience overall and NEVER AGAIN!

Although there was a lot of traffic and heavy rain, the driver was relaxed and calm. A loud group with music over loudspeaker were travelling in this bus - this was really disturbing and I wished someone would have said something.

**FlixBus Review**I recently traveled with FlixBus and had a generally positive experience. The service is commendable, and they seem genuinely concerned about passengers' comfort. They take responsibility for any inconveniences that arise due to unforeseen circumstances, which is reassuring.However, one area that needs improvement is their response time. It can be quite slow, which can be frustrating, especially in urgent situations. Additionally, while their lost and found service does eventually locate and return lost items, the process takes longer than it should.Despite these drawbacks, the overall service is good.

Used Flix for years, been all over Europe and done journeys in UK too.Yeah, we've broken down, coach impounded by French Police and been late a few times.However, this is the world of bus travel, cheap, cheerful and generally reliable.If you're gonna moan about being a hour or two late, then get a train next time, or better still, a private jet.......

Good driver but too late . Pls install LED Panels where you can get the Information at wich gate the bus comes with destinations

Comfortable, Quick and a fair price!While Swiss and German train companies were having a major collapse due to the rain in Germany, Flixbus took me in a few hours back home to Munich! Perfect alternative! Will probably not renew my Bahncard and use Flixbus instead!

I travelled to the Netherlands with FlixBus, the arrival time was delayed by over one hour. My return journey to the UK was cancelled and I had to purchase another ticket to return to the UK. Initially, I purchased a return trip with FlixBus but changed my mind and cancelled the ticket. I thought I would get a cash refund for the cancellation but soon realised that they only paid vouchers as part of their refund policy. I find this quite draconian as I believe I should be entitled to my money back. I eventually purchased another ticket with FlixBus and on my return journey the bus was delayed again in Calais for over 2 hours. Travelling with FlixBus was a terrible customer experience. Therefore I would not recommend Flix to anyone travelling across the channel. Absolutely greedy company who has refused to give me a cash refund instead of vouchers, which I have no use for anyway. The response from customer service was took over 7 days and was only a ‘we are sorry for your experience’ but no amendments or satisfactory resolution. I would have been happy with getting a cash refund for the cancelled ticket since I ended up travelling back with FlixBus anyway.

I travelled couple of times with FlixBus in the past 8 years. Sometimes it is unreliable due to Flix Train. Bus even sometimes there is a delay due to road constructions or events in the destination. The driver is reliably going to the expected stop. They use to provide infotainment and now they provide free WiFi. They are making it more crazy with the prices and charging for seat reservations. Which is not good. Seats need be reserved for people travelling in the bus and no seat reservation is chaotic. Also I recommend having a no bus list as some travellers are creating mess and could not behave in respectful manner.
