I have made the biggest mistake of my life by ordering water purifier from Flipkart. They sent me 6 years old model and after requesting for the replacement, they rejected my request for the replacement me refund. They have non sense exchange process just to make customers fool and in the end customer will get nothing after waiting for many days. Worst customer support. They are frauds and thugs.I suggest go for Amazon blindly. A worldwide trusted brand and indeed the best one.

The concern raised with CC by chat (option to call , mail to Customer care has been removed by the Firm in the name of Covid Care response) since 3rd of this month has not yielded any result, in fact there is no response at all. Bad experience with return policy, I have purchased a realme mobile and it was stated on their website that it can be return within 7 days. My mobile feel very hot in hands and I placed a request for return. Then Flipkart shows its true color and say it can be replaced but not returned and refunded. And only with certain conditions like mobile temperature needs to be 48C to 50 C.

This company is not ethical, like many other Indian online websites. They offer huge discounts on their products during sale to attract the customers. After the sale is over, they cancel the orders of those products which were offered on huge discounts. Thats the pattern I have noticed since last 3-4 years of using this website. In contrast to this, Amazon is very ethical in this sense. Flipkart's Customer Support is very bad, and the executives are there to seek apology, and not to provide any resolution. Being an Indian, I should support Flipkart, yet I dont find any reason to support it and not Amazon looking at their services.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with.I recently ordered a toy on 19th Sept for which Delivery was showing on 26th Sept, 21. I recently purchased three laptops from Flipkart, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the laptops had a touchpad issue, and that's where my ordeal began. To my dismay, they washed their hands of the matter, insisting that I must obtain the Defective Confirmation Letter from the Brand Service Executive "at any cost." When I relayed this back to the Brand Service Executive, they argued that the team had not raised the appropriate ticket to generate the required letter. This ludicrous back-and-forth between Flipkart and the Brand Service Center left me in a maddening loop of blame-shifting. Despite being a premium user of Flipkart, the company failed to provide any meaningful resolution. The lack of coordination between their own teams and the refusal to take responsibility for the defective product has left me utterly unsatisfied. In the end, I lost all hope of getting a replacement for the faulty laptop. This experience has not only wasted my time but also tarnished my perception of Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company of this stature fall short when it comes to addressing genuine concerns of its premium users.
