Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between flightxpert.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of flightxpert.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of flightxpert.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. flightxpert.co.uk is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. - Score: 3.3
They are scammers, we paid over £3760 on 5 tickets to go to Sri Lanka and after they booked and confirmed the tickets on 13th of October through email. Afterwards, they cancelled the tickets and we confirmed with the Airline companies that they cancelled the tickets kept all the money from the refund. They are not to stereotype, but Indian Scammers that use white sounding names (in this instance, Jennet, Samuel and Peter) in order to gain your trust and then hook you in with a good price. The reviews they have that are 5 stars are written by them as can be told by the non-fluent sounding English. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is total fraud company. Customers are duped to pay more and asked to pay extras as on the context of payment not gone through. I did online booking request and after doing card details, next page said your booking request has been declined as payment not gone through... and I didn't receive any confirmation text/call from my card as well. However, after few hours, this transaction start showing up on my card account !! Total fraud .. I have reported this to card company. As expected flightxpert not talking call and after 6th call, a very rude customer care person take the call without much help as expected from them . Never ever buy ticket from this site .... cheating people on the pretext of cheap tickets .
Scammers and thieves. Utterly disgraceful- they better hope karma isn’t a thing. As the other reviews say, they advertise false ticket prices to hook you in- wait a few days- then tell you the flights were not confirmed by the airline and are now available as a significantly augmented price- then they don’t include luggage- then the price has gone up again….What a shame. We have lost a tonne of money (5 tickets - family trip of a lifetime). But I feel sorry for them- what an awful way to make a living. Revolting.
Samuel was patient throughout the transaction. He kept giving us options until I found the one that suited our needs. We will have a wheelchair and everything we need to be comfortable. We were able to select the option within our budget and he stayed with us when we both got sick and wished us a speedy recovery even before our transaction was finished. He was kind and caring. Above and beyond…he was even available to me on his day off. He has promised to stay in touch before, during and beyond this trip for all future travel needs. Highly recommended.
Kevin was our travel agent and he was excellent and please see the review notes above.Kevin was our travel agent and he was amazing!! He was on top of things and communicated always in a timely fashion. He was patient with us when we kept changing dates. He was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable about everything and we felt like we were in the best hands. We will recommend Flightxpert and Kevin to all of our family & friends. It has been a pleasure to work with him. Give him a BIG raise. We also left him a tip of course for all his hard work.
The company is a scam. They show low price deals as a trap to than get more money from people telling that this deal is not available. I purchsed tickets and received confirmation email and later received a call from customer services just to be told that nothing is finalised when on the other hand they received all my details to charge for something which is not even available. An utter disgrace 😡. They are scammers, please stay alert of the false advertising of low deals trap to get all your personal bank details and than call to get you to pay alot more.
Better that most search engines JUST BECAUSE it compares BOTH Low cost airlines and national airlines !! Fair prices as well and transparent!!will definitely use again and would highly recommend
We were having trouble finding a premium seat on a flight between London and Bangkok on-line. We previously had worked with Peter on to India with excellent results.
We didnt get tickets, but they charged us over 3000 GBP. We called them to get the money back and only heard excuses, like the refund has been issued, the refund was declined by your bank. We started a charge back through the bank and now they say they cant refund the money because the charge back dispute is in place... This company is a scam. Stay away from their site.
Janet was so incredibly patient with me and my many emails. He answered all of my questions, even the ones I asked multiple times. The airfare we got was better than any I could find on my own, and we were able to use our points to help pay for the trip
Janet help me so much thank youI bought an international ticket and all I have to say is that Janet help me with all my questions and concerns, very professional and got me the best deal after checking other websites, the amount of money I saved is incredible and I mean it , I never write reviews but the service I received deserves one..thank you Janet looking forward to buy more trips in the future.
I would like to thank Janet for the remarkable way he handled booking flight for my injured mother to take her back to Canada. In a time is of great stress it was nice to have someone at the end of the phone working competently.Thank you also for securing a seat for our brother to assist us with mom on her way back. I appreciate all the help you provided.
My experience with flight expert was great. The guy who helped me booked the ticket was really supportive and he assisted me through out the process of booking. I would like to thank him for helping me.Thank you
Ria the customer service rep was very polite and friendly. He was able to compensate me for any worries that i may have with regard to using the agency in the future.
My experience was excellent. Both Michael Smith and Austin were most helpful. Michael assisted me with the boarding passes. I was very impressed with his helpfulness.
UPDATE (01/10): some days after I posted this, I got a call from "Simon the manager". He begged me to remove this review and absolutely confirmed me that a refund (with a confirmation email) was on its way. 11 days later, as expected, no refund, no email, no communication from these scammers and when you phone them, they just give excuses and blatantly lie in your face. Scammers and thieves.I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. Despite initiating a booking process that was ultimately declined, over 3000 GBP were still charged to my account, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or tickets. They refuse to give me a refund.Over the course of three days, I reached out to customer service multiple times and was repeatedly and very rudely given excuses and told to wait. Eventually, I was provided with a new booking reference and assured that my tickets would be confirmed within 48 hours. However, the new itinerary was completely different from what I had originally chosen. While the destination remained the same, the new flights had different stops and were far less convenient than the initial ones.To make matters worse, the booking then appeared as cancelled on the airline's website due to lack of payment. No tickets were ever issued. The company’s Terms and Conditions clearly state that payment will only be taken once the booking is confirmed, but this was not the case. I have been left with no tickets, no explanation, and my money held unjustifiably with them refusing to give me a full refund.Based on this experience, I strongly believe this company is a scam. I have reported them to the Fraud Police and Citizens Advice Bureau. Avoid at all costs.
Do not book flights with this company they are fraudsters they stole my money, booked a flight and haven’t received any tickets but was asking me to pay more money. I keep calling to get a refund and they cancel my calls they now blocked me on watsap.
Very bad company. They are all scammers. I booked a flight but there was no ticket. Then they didn't refund the money. They kept asking you to pay more. They didn't let me refund the ticket. They are all scammers. They are not answering my phone calls now. They have already taken my money.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
