The worst, they told me I got you. They sent an email were I should confirm all the information, and I confirmed . 2 days I was waiting for the delta confirmation. Called and and asked them for the booking confirmation. They told me we have no tickets for you. Shame, shame on them for ruin people’s planes, vacations

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a ticket from them and then airline cancelled my trip. So since I purchased ticket from them I had to request a refund from Flightnest. They told me I had a credit of $460 from an email they sent me. I just went back to them to purchase another fight and they said they didn’t recognize my credit even though I had an email from them. Please see other reviews before you do any business with Flightnest

HOW DO I MARK MINUS STARS?This website is a SCAM!! Their price was 15% lower than other sites. BUT after putting in my credit card, I noticed that the reservation was "in process" rather than 'confirmed". The next day after being contacted "to explain Delta Airlines basic economy restrictions" they revealed that they would NOT make my reservation until the day before my scheduled flight AND that there currently NO SEATS AVAILABLE at that fare class, and if none came available they would then refund my money and I would be ticketless the day before my trip! Wouldn't I rather upgrade to a higher fare with a guaranteed seat......In sales, this is called BAIT AND SWITCH!I have now lost the next lower fare from a legitimate website.

Albert White was patient and sweet. He even giggled slightly when I got frustrated ;) He walked me through several issues as he re-made my reservations. He added my TSA number so I don't have to call United and wait forever on the phone to get it recorded on my ticket. It's all done now! I'm happy with the patience and gladness with which Albert handled my tickets

Our family vacation would not be possible if not for Jenny Smith of Flightsnest. Booking a flight in popular destinations could be quite stressful but Jenny never gave up looking for the best deal, the best time and dates when I almost felt like giving up. She was very honest in explaining how prices are affected and why changes happen sometimes. She earned my trust and would highly recommend to all my friends to book with her and Flightsnest.

I appreciated the follow up that I was given. The agent Jenny was incredibly patient and worked through different flight scenarios to help me get the best intinerary for our large group. The initial prices shown are only a "base price". The total cost was a little less than I had found in other searches which was good, but the savings wasn't as significant as I originally thought it would be based on the initial comparative search that populated.

Dominic was most helpful, especially with flight changes that had to be made at the last minute. He was always patient and knowledgeable and helped us find the best flights to meet our needs. He called us when one of our flights was cancelled 2 days in advance and helped us find an alternative before a holiday when most planes were full!

Hugo was very nice but the lower priced flight I booked and thought I had was unavailable. It seemed odd, why do they allow you to book a flight and then call the next day stating you have to pay a higher price for the same flight? It originally was $254 cheaper, now $100 cheaper than if I booked direct but still unsettling when dealing with an online company for the first time.

Mark reassured me that the process of receiving the quoted rate and tickets would take a day to process. I received the tickets just as quoted the next day and was extremely happy. I was a little hesitant purchasing tickets from a website I'd never used or heard of before, with all the scams out there these days, you can never be too careful. I trusted the high rating it received from TrustPilot and went ahead with my purchase. A representative called me within half a business day to discuss my purchase and confirm it, and called again a few hours later to confirm my receipt of my confirmation and e-tickets. They saved me quite a bit of money from all the other sites I had searched on, and I got the airline and flight times I was wanting from the beginning. I'd definitely recommend them to others looking for a better deal on airline tickets, as they are essentially a "travel agent". In the future, I'll be checking here for my airline tickets for sure.
