The service is super fast and I needed the documents faster even though I have not paid for super fast but when I wrote to them they reply immediately and supported my requested immediately.i would definitely recommend anyone who wants to use their service and I would definitely use their service in the future. I wish I saw their website earlier it would have save me lot of energy time and money as I was over charged by other companies locally in brixton.

Absolute scam.. do not waste your money. I asked for a specific flight time and carrier.Messaged to ask if it can be done prior to payment. Assured me no problem. Sent an itinerary with different dates and time. And was told best they can do.. I have emailedRequesting refund and promised to fix the itinerary for my request but nothing. Now they won’t even respond to refund requests..SCAM DONT WASTE YOIRMONEY

I had made a mistake when ordering my itinerary that I, for some reason, only noticed on the day of the visa appointment. I unfortunately couldn’t amend the booking as the date had already passed. I ended up requesting a new one which I received within an hour or so, just minutes before my visa appointment!! it was a very stressful situation but the team really saved me. This was actually the second time that I had an issue with my visa appointment, and they resolved it timeously.

Trying to find the booking reference that they gave me on the airline website, I could not find! Cannot be trusted

I was in a hurry and paid urgent fees for 6-8 hours as i had an upcoming appointment the next day. They did not return the docs for 5 days after multiple mails. I am chasing them for a refund both on the support (which should change its name to unhelpful) as well as email for last 1 week, 10+ followups and no help. Im out 60$ and missed rarely available appointment slot all because i trusted the wrong company.

Very fast and reliable service. I needed a change in arrival date of a flight to meet some other visa requirements and it was accommodated in less than an hour and a new reservation was sent to me100% recommended

The response time was great, I used the 8-10 hours urgent service and I got an itinerary in 6 hours, I needed a small change and when I reached out via email the response was quick in about 20 minutes and I got the updated itinerary about 3 hours later. The quick response was greatly appreciated.
