So, I decided to confirm from both hot wallet and cold wallet what's going on. Luckily, they replied me and they told me the same word that the transaction/token that I sent was a no value token and a fake smart contract. After these, I sent a screenshot to Mr. Alex to tell him what the wallets told me. And he told me a lot of explaination to convince me and asking me to pay for gas fee again to the network gonna move. And couple of weeks after, he emailed me that he was busy and they transferred him to other department and someone called me named "Adrian". He was convincing me to pay for the gas fee so that I could get my money back right away. Same word from Alex from the beginning. But I didn't give any cent again because they gonna do the same, they will make it a fake token and they gonna say the money is in my wallet. Where? The zero value token that you made? If this company is really genuine, you will not gonna asked more money from the victims, hence, you gonna help us and after that we recover, then we can pay you whatever process you tell us. In the beginning, you should be honest and don't say flowery words to victim is victims. It is really disappointing and stressful to meet people like this.
