fixi.bike Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives fixi.bike a low-to-medium trust score on the platform: 45.9. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 45.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to fixi.bike's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert. tags above. Long story short, we caution you about using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning fixi.bike, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between fixi.bike and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of fixi.bike. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of fixi.bike, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. fixi.bike is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether fixi.bike has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether fixi.bike boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, fixi.bike.

I booked pick up and delivery service as my bike tire exploded on spot on Gamla Stan. I paid, booked timing and waited on the sun for two hours for nothing. Not a phone call, not even a reply to messages I was sending via the booking system. Extremely bad experience. My money was returned the same day as I requested via customer service email, and their excuse is that business model is changing and this caused my misery. No one though, explained why they never replied or called that the service is not possible. Let alone an apology. What a joke!!!
I booked once before and the booking was cancelled with no warning or explanation.I’ve then tried another time for today and nobody came at the agreed time and there has been no communication. The phone number on their website doesn’t work, and the emails talk about a chat function but there is no such function.
The costs for repairs ended up very expensive and they changed the delivery date last minute.
There are companies that provide the same service cheaper. The reason I tried them was because I had a discount. From pickup it took them 9 days to fix a puncture and perform basic service.
Nothing wrong with to company who fixed the bike, they did a great job. However, Fixi did not deliver on their promise. At first the pickup was booked 10-12, at 10.30 I got a call that my bike won’t be picked up. I sent an email about this, the email was never replied to. Later the same day it got picked up at around 20. A few days later the bike-shop called and wondered where the keys were The driver from Fixi should have informed me that they always should be sent with the bike, witch he didn’t do. I had to fix so the shop got the keys. Due to the lack of information from the driver about the keys the repair was delayed. I eventually got a text giving me options when the bike would be delivered. I choose 16-18 and sent a mail that I wouldn’t be home until 17.30, so they can deliver after that. At 12 the same day of delivery Fixi called and told me that the bike won’t be delivered as promised. I was offered a delivery the next day, before 14. Of course that’s not possible because I’m at work during the day. Since it’s now been 14 says since the pickup and I need my bike I choose to get the bike myself. I asked for the fee to be refunded witch he agreed to after a while. So, if you can wait 2 weeks for your bike and are ok with both pickup and delivery being cancelled and delayd, go for Fixi. If not I would find another option.
Bad service, paid first and then they did not pik up the day they promised! When they changed it twice and wanted to cancel it all 🥲
Had some issues both on pickup and delivery as they only have one driver in Gothenburg. For pickup they needed to change the date bc of sickness - all well of course since they contacted me to confirm, but when the same happened for delivery I didn't get any email, call or anything until I emailed them. All in all, I think it can be great as they grow, and for people without any bike shops nearby.(Very happy with the actual service done on my bike!)

I let the bike for a review, and i received the messages one after the other, we have your bike, we are working on it, it is done, all in less than 30 minutes. So it seems there was a visual inspection, maybe a ride, and done. I was expecting some oiling, and minor adjusts in the brakes. Since the dust was all there it seemed untouched...bike was ok before and after!
My bike was well fixed, but why didn't you pump the rear tire also?!
Simple interface,Instant updates.Only improvement is the missing feature to rebook a time for drop off.
My only complaint is that you didn’t pick up the bike as agreed. Other from that, a good service. 👍
Job done. I had requests and all of them met, maybe bit expensive.
It worked pretty well. Thank you.
Excellent service from start to finish! Easy and quick booking where you also can choose your place of service. Super friendly and helpful pick-up and drop-off driver. The bicycle workshop also called to ensure what needed to be done, what would be extra and what may not be feasible (due to an old bicycle where spare parts are no longer made). I will definitely use this service again!
I'm really satisfied with the service! Their booking system was easy to understand and I like the whole idea of not having to drag my broken bike to a service station miles away. However, you shouldn't expect the pick-up time to be as exact as it says on the website. Due to heavy traffic and lots of bookings, they arrived at my house an hour later than expected. Nevertheless, they dropped my bike off in excellent condition only 2 hours later! All and all, my experience was great!
Bike picked up for fix and servicing in Uppsala. Friendly communication regarding pickup/drop-off times, and bike looks good! This is my second time using Fixi, and I still recommend it. Tack så mycket igen!
Fantastic service and great pricing! Pick-up and delivery was very smooth and on-time (set by the customer in 2h intervals!). The bike feels like new again, so big thanks to both Fixi and Sjöstaden Cykel :-)
Date of experience: August 15, 2022
I rarely write reviews but my experience with fixi and the level of service I received from Rafi was exceptional. Always fast on replying with great support and always in a very nice way with the best solutions to adapted to my needs. I highly recommend fixi’s great service.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Protect Your Online Browsing From Installing Malware

We have two more powerful fraud prevention tools that you should know about. We've been asked over and over again about the most effective ways to stay safe online. After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.
