Is fitshop.co.uk Legit?

I recently received a leg extension machine and after spending 2 hours assembling it found out the seat was not straight and also the weight section was also not true. I sent photos to Nathan. I was offered a replacement bench already assembled and sent to me in perfect order so was very happy with the customer service I received

I tried the on line chat service to find out which type of cross training machine was more suitable for me. Spoke to an agent who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She managed to explain the differences between machines. She also directed me to my nearest Fit shop store where I can try out the equipment that I am considering to purchase.

Scammers, returned item on the same day, Holly claims they are damaged , I could’ve just ask for refund if the items were faulty but paid for courier £115 to return. I wouldn’t buy from them, dishonest not trustworthy.

I needed a mix of different kit for my personal training fitness studio and Leon helped me with everything i needed. Found me a great deal and even sorted the delivery out so that it arrives when i am ready for it.

We have previously used the Edinburgh store before you rebranded for our last Treadmill. The service and help we received today fromJoe was again brilliant , he was very happy to give us all the information we needed which helped us choose our new treadmill that and your amazing black Friday sale offer at the store sealed the deal , Thanks again Joe we look forward to our new treadmill arriving .

The seat base was broken on my 15 year old Bodycraft F602 bench and after emailing Fitshop asking if they could get hold of the parts Alisha messaged me and after a couple of days of back and forth messages sourced them for a very good price. I'm very happy dealing with Fitshop it's good to know you can get spare parts for such old equipment and don't have to spend hundreds getting a new bench.

Due to a reoccurring injury I had to make a last minute cancellation but my order was about to be despatched Jonty Woodward at Willesden made a few last minute changes and sorted my issue. Just another example of first class customer service by Fitshop

I tried to order 2 pieces of gym equipment on line, but had problems paying.I phoned the help number from the online order and was connected to a very helpful member of staff called Joe from the Edinburgh store, Joe reviewed the issue and then sent me a link to make paying easier for me.I then had to use the ‘help link’ online and was put straight through to Joe, who again sorted the issue immediately.By using the link, the Order went through without a hitch.Customer service was amazing and Joe was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

I visited the Chessington store today and found Liam so helpful. I called first and we discussed a few items I was interested in, he advised they were in stock and said I was welcome to come in to try out the products in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through each piece. I said I’d need to talk to my husband before purchasing and he emailed me a detailed quote which was very handy. Good customer service is so difficult to find these days, especially since Covid. I will definitely be visiting the store again.

Joe handled my query and he was excellent. Made the process really simple and thanks to him I ended up buying what I enquired about there and then. He was very helpful.

The FitShop UK website promised me certain features in both the specifications table and user manual, but the product I received did not have them.After reporting to customer service, they simply removed the manual from site saying it was wrong. How does this help me now!? You gave me misleading information at time of purchase and now refuse to compensate me.

I visited the Camberley store for a rowing machine, I was welcomed by Oscar and Marlena. As I wasn't sure which machine to choose their patience and knowledge was outstanding, after spending nearly an hour trying different machines and listening to their advice I left a happy customer, I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy, many thanks for the excellent friendly customer service and to Clair in the Glasgow office for her helpful advice on the phone

My wife and I are both retirees and wishing to stay fit and healthy decided to enquire about purchasing a treadmill for winter use. You can read lots of reviews online about different types of treadmill but we wanted to see the actual machines. So a visit to the Fitshop on great Western road Glasgow was the order of the day. On arriving we were greeted by Craig and when we explained what we were looking for and some guidance on treadmills Craig explained the differences and features of the treadmills. What we both enjoyed about this visit was that there was no hard sell from Craig he just wanted what was best for us. After talking and demonstrating Craig gave us a couple of treadmill models to look at, told us to go and look online at reviews in order to get feedback from other uses and if satisfied we could progress from there. As I said before no hard sell. We decided on purchasing a recommended treadmill by Craig and are awaiting the delivery. Many thanks to Craig and Fitshop for a pleasant and courteous shopping experience.
