“Wheels and tires package”

I hate this company,never,ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back,tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible,finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month,again never try fitment industry.

“No quality control or customer service”

Sent me $1000 worth of defective drag radials and refused to do anything about it. Notified them the day they were mounted and discovered they were defective. Provided documentation from the tire shop and pictures and they still refused. They have no quality control. Go somewhere else. Tip for consumers:They have no quality control. “Poor Customer Service”

I ordered a set of 1" wheel spacers. After waiting a week to arrive on the slowest shipping possible, they sent a set that was chipped, looked like it had been dropped. Also wrong size. They sent 1.5". After a week of slow communication, not wanting to wait another 3 weeks to ship the wrong part back and then wait to ship the right part, they agreed to ship the correct part if I signed a contract and paid a dollar deposit in case, I did not ship the wrong part back they could charge me. Reluctantly signed, then they stated there was an inventory issue and multiple complaints from customers on the same issue. It would take time for them to confirm if they are actually stockiing the right part. I let them know I was not impressed and wanted a refund. Ordered else ware and showed up in 4 days. Don't waist your time with these guys. They may have a quality part but would not know. Customer service is not oriented towards please customers. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Good luck getting your wheels/tires”

I have seriously been waiting forever to get my wheels and tires. First, they took my money and didn't even have access to the wheels I wanted. Now that I have selected a different set, it has taken nearly a month to even get them close to shipping. However, they have sat on a shipping dock for 5 days and haven't moved. I wish I had bought from someplace else. I could have ordered from the manufacture directly and gotten them a lot faster. Customer service is ok but not ok at the same time. They are all about Customer service when placing and making a new order but when you have issues and need to talk to them that is when the runaround starts! The biggest issue is the websites allowment of putting tires in your wheel and tire packages that are not the proper load rating. So you pay the price received what you bought they fit and then you realize you now drove on the under rated tires and are out of that money you paid for them! FYI when you buy wheel and tires from ANYONE be sure to make sure that the load rating of the tires are ok/safe for your car! I was clueless on the wheel and tire measurements and Aaron walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood the information. Since I have air suspension, and didn't want to change out my factory tires, I thought the process of finding the perfect wheel with a gloss white finish was going to be nearly impossible. Within 15 minutes I was able to identify the product I wanted, asked him if it would fit with no rubbing along the fenders or cause any complications with my suspension, and we were done! Spoke with Patrick and when I tell you this guy was professional and just so personable. He really made the purchase extremely easy. I do not recommend fitment industries because they have several problems one being I ordered all in stock parts and ended up having to order 1 of the rims. Secondly the shipping and tracking does not seem to update on the website. Last but most important they told me that I didn't have to wait to order my wheels and tires for the black Friday sale I could just call back to have the price adjusted if mine were on sale And I just got off the phone with them and they told me I was out of luck and they are charging me for extra shipping now! Stay away!

I've already once purchased wheels from them and it took two weeks to arrive at my house. The second set I've bought has taken over a month with a single update, and when they claim they will call you back they don't… today was the first day I've dealt with polite customer service, thank you directly,. Please update your customers with their orders, and call them back. I also can mention that after a month, just yesterday I was told the tires are on back order till next year, now I have to purchase more expensive ones. I understand it's out of their control but a small discount would be helpful for the ones in this situation as well… I can't be the only one. I purchased 4 rims and tires for my mk6 gti from Fitment industries about 3 weeks ago... March 5th so 20 days ago to be exact and it still says that the order has yet to arrive at their warehouse. I am not sure that it is entirely Fitment industries fault, but if i don't see any movement by once April hits I am going to find a way to cancel my order because it is kind of ridiculous how long this has taken. * Fitment Industries attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

“Incomplete order”

I didn't mind the fact it took 3 weeks to get my wheels. What bothered me was when they came the lug nuts were not shipped and I had to email about getting them. Again minor mistake. However I was shocked to see that they were not being next day aired to me. Furthermore, I put the wheels in my garage and one of the weights came loose from the wheel just from rolling it to the side of the garage. Not very pleased with this purchase.
