Beställt här ifrån ett antal gånger och har aldrig haft något strul. Samt snabb leverans.Utöver det så har dom ju den överlägset bästa sidan för just fiske. Nybörjar guider och hela rubbet.

Sämsta butik jag handlade från! Köp inget från Fiskejournalen! Köp ett vindoverall xxl Ordernummer 100141019 den var som men fick en som det känndes xl i storlek. Skickade e-post och berättade. Fick lämna tillbaka. Länmade hos DHL den 14 sep, skickade 2 brev tills idag godkände de returen men drog av 39 för posten och sedan 171 kr till.

Det står fri frakt över 699kr men man får ingen valmöjlighet och därmed så debiteras en frakt på 39:- trots att summan gott och väl överstigit 700 kr. Vilseledande reklam från deras sida. Ett fall för konsumentverket att granska.

Verkar inte som de kan leverera beställningar. Inte hört ett ljud från dem o har fått inhandla utrustning på annat ställe inför fiskeresan. Inga uppgifter i orderbekräftelsen hur man kan kontakta dem.

Beställde ett helt fiskeset ifrån Fiskejournalen. Med ett helt fiskeset menas spö, rulle och lina. Dröjde 2 veckor innan jag fick paketet och då innehöll det endast rullen! I samband med att paketet med endast rullen var levererad markerades allt som lämnat och betalningen blev genomförd via klarna.Hörde givetvis genast av mig till deras support som dröjde 3 arbetsdagar innan dem svarade, som enligt deras egna hemsida endast ska ta 5 minuter. Deras support svarade de skulle skicka spöet men linan var ”borttagen”(trots att den står med på följesedeln) ur varukorgen och därför inte påspolad. Nu har det gått ytterligare 1 vecka och står inget om att något spö ska ha skickats eller levererats.Fiskejournalens E-handel rekommenderas inte att användas.
