Is firstfound.co.uk Legit?

Please save yourself an awful lot of money and DO NOT USE this firm.I have always done my own SEO work but with an expanding business this is no longer possible.I decided to outsource to these guys. Biggest mistake I have EVER made when it comes to my business. This is not an overreaction… in fact I have waited months to write this review to make sure that it was fair and balanced.I paid for a years SEO up front. The work that had been done is minimal and negligible. I was promised link building during the sales process (emails to back this up) This hasn’t been done. The only work that was done was by a non-native English speaking consultant who butchered the text on my page (we are a luxury service so broken English was not an option) meaning I had to spend time reversing the changes.Their monthly “work” appears to be them “monitoring” my site and then emailing saying my website appears on search engines. I know this…. I submitted myself and have had my business appearing page one of google for YEARS not to mentioned bing, duck duck go etc.To keep enquiries at a level similar to previous years, I have had to significantly increase my PPC budget.Please save your money and go elsewhere. An honest review from a very upset, and significantly poorer, client.

Firstfound put us in the right direction in the few months we've worked with them. They kept in regular contact with us and have made a big difference to our brand. Bunch of scam artists, sales team is A1 IN talking a load crap to get you to sign up, once you signed up the direct debit with them there whole strategy changes contact once with a small report, you are paying them for nothing, not happy , with how there sales team went they should be taking to court for false advertising, calling everyday to get me to sign up on private numbers mobile numbers, be aware of these lot,

FirstFound web training with Beckie Hough was excellent. Beckie was very knowledgeable of the web editing suite, walking me through a live screen-share session so that I could actually see the impact of what I was doing on my site. Her ability to handle my random requests was also very impressive as I called on features that are not often used, but it didn't seem like it. Truly impressive.

Just had an hour's web training on wordpress with Beckie Hough from Firstfound.co.uk, it was absolutely brilliant, Beckie was so patient and professional, not once did she tut or make me feel uneasy, after 'all' this isn't a walk in the park, especially when you have never seen the back of a website before, its quite complex stuff but she coached me through the basics with some success i think :)Thanks BeckieAndrew

Very comprehensive training session. Received training today by Beckie. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. We covered all areas and she even spent time on specific areas that I thought would be useful to me. Get the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble and, as complete novices, he has helped us understand the concept of SEO. Absolutely rubbish service. They talk a brilliant game when it takes to making sales, but unfortunately they did not deliver on their promises. I wasted around £600 and waited patiently for results thinking I was in good hands. My Google rankings tanked in the meantime, and I was in a worse position during the end of my time with them than when I first started. They took no accountability. AVOID!

I used this company for 7 months ( initial contract was 3 months ) but throughout the time I never heard from the company, every month they would email a report that meant nothing to me. When I chased for an explanation no one ever came back to me.. End result no improvement of SEO or website traffic

First found have done a great job helping my art business rank higher for specific keywords. I've been reading book after book hoping I could reach the ranks by myself for a while. I finally caved in and decided to invest in First found services. Glad I did because in just a few weeks they have delivered excellent results. I should have invested a lot sooner in them and saved myself all that time and reading!
