Is firstflytravel.com Legit?

My first experience I had was great. I needed two tickets to CR 🇹🇭 with different return dates and I was taking two cats with me. I called Alaskan Airlines, braising myself for a nerve-racking experience. I talked with RAGNAR and he immediately calmed me down and was courteous and very professional. In no time he had booked my flights for me, my friend and my cats.I was very happy indeed!Now I’m back in CA. I have booked another return flight with Ragnar and he will forever be my go to when I need to book a flight. I’m beyond thankful 🙏😃

You should notice that virtually every good review for First Fly is from someone who has never reviewed anything else. This is because, like First Fly, they are frauds. They pose as other airlines by using phone numbers very close to the phone number of an actual airline, and then bilk people by charging them hundreds of dollars for non-existent tickets or for tickets that actually cost less than what is charged. They stole $500 from my mother claiming that they were Delta Airlines and that she had to pay for a new ticket to rebook a flight that had been cancelled. Delta charged $0 for the change, but a charge for $489 was put through to her credit card. Absolute criminals. I have reported them to the FTC and the State of Delaware, and I encourage everyone else to as well.

We are we’re traveling to Alaska and our 1st flight out of Newark was canceled. I called united airlines to get an alternate flight. They transferred me to Anton He was able to get us alternate flights from a different airport. However when we got to the airport THAT flight was canceled. He worked very hard to get us onto other alternate flights and hopefully we’ll get to Alaska today! Anton was extraordinary. I give him 10 stars!

I was facing several problems modifying my mother’s flight, regarding finding a flight and also the name problem on the ticket. Ms. Elyte Greene has been extremely helpful and provided me her full attention and effort to get my mother to safety from my country. She has been respectful, well articulate, helpful and genuinely cared about the situation i was passing through. I confidently say that my family and I will remain loyal to the airlines especially after Ms. Greene helped us through this tough and complicated issue.

They pretended to be KLM Airlines and ripped me off for $1,600.00 telling me that they were going to refund the $7,300 I spent on return airline tickets, after they received my money the women named Jayde sent me a text and said that they could not refund my money for the tickets because I didn’t have a refundable ticket ? What was she talking about, why would I have tried to get my money back from her if I had bought a refundable ticket ? If something doesn’t make sense, stop and think before giving them money. They are total scammers, don’t be fooled.

There’s something fishy about this company. I became suspicious 10 minutes into the conversation with someone who answered the phone. Although I was told my flights were all available, no problem, I realized that I wasn’t speaking with the airline like they had led me to believe. I told him, “I changed my mind”. He asked why I just wasted 30 minutes of his time. Suspicious! I hung up but he keeps calling me back asking when I will be able to give him the money and again, why I wasted his time. After I blocked the number, he calls from different numbers. When I called the real airline to book the same flight, it was cheaper, but NOT AVAILABLE on all the legs. I wonder what my 17yo son would’ve done if he was stuck in another country with bogus airline tickets!

My familly was faced with the shocking news of a war breaking out in Israel. Having spoken to my son which was studying abroad, he expressed his fear and desire to return home. As he just turned 18, and was was never exposed to such horror, we tried everything to make this happen. Trying all types of routes to get a flight... none were possible. On Oct 8th, we got though ElAl consolidation number and spoke with an Angel, her name was Susan. With reassurance, kindness, patience she managed to find the most reasonable flight back. While faced with incessant questions and back and forth she stayed very patient and was available to answer every one of our concerns. She even check up throughout his journey. I was lucky to have fallen with such an amazing agent.

I missed my return flight to Las Vegas, i tried to confirm it at the airport but no one helped me, so i looked up online airline help desk and dialed a number somehow i was get connected with First fly travel. I ask the agent to find next available option for me. He just went ahead and found a very decent flight timing with a reasonable price where other agents were asking more then 5k. Overall its an amazing experience with First Fly Travel. I really recommend there service. Thank you again for saving my day!!!

I wound up using this service via ITA Airlines. I needed to change my ITA flight and their number came up. The employee that helped me, Shine, was like a booking angel. Her customer service was superb. She was helpful, sweet to work with and an excellent problem solver. They offer better customer service than airlines and I would use them again.

I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS COMMUNICATING WITH ALASKA AIRLINES. OUR FLIGHT WAS MISSED. I WAS MISLED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. I WAS CHARGED 1692.42 SERVICE CHARGE ( OR SOMETHING, I COULD NOT GET AN EXPLANATION. ) IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE TICKETS. PLEASE CONSUMERS, BE CAREFUL.

Stuck in London my passport maybe locked in a closed cafe and London BA offices closed for the night. Called BA in San Francisco and fell into the hands of Nicholas. After four hours on the phone Nicholas calmed me down issued a new ticket. Cafe opened found my passport and was even seated with my partner. Never would have happened without Nicholas’ skill and patience. Thank you, Nicholas

Shine, knew I needed help with my reservations, as I need to see my very ill friend. I wanted to book a flight from my original destination in SF, to Fresno. The company is a scam!! They are not associated with whatever companies they pretend to be. My partner though she was calling SAS but I’ve been seeing many comments about them posing as a mediator for whatever company. It’s a scam. There is no doubt. Do not trust the positive reviews here, they barely even makes sense when you read them.
