Luv luv my Biggie's Memory Foam Seat Cushion. My hips were always aching but so far it’s been fantastic on our latest caravan adventure.

Although I could not keep/use the product your customer service was excellent.

I ordered 2 items from this company . Unfortunately they weren’t for me but the quality was fabulous as was the service. The order arrived quickly and the returns process was quick and seamless. Such service is a rare commodity. I can’t stress enough that the products were very well made and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Fine Foam products to others.

The pillow has helped tremendously with the back of my legs from stop aching on long distant driving. It is very comfortable, a little high to start with but will settle down with more use.

Quality is good only reason for not 5 stars is because the flight pillow doesn’t fasten tight enough under my neck and my chin pushes through. So until I use it I’m not sure how effective it will be

I am a Dialysis patient spending 7 hours in a , 3 times a week while receiving treatment in the specially designed chairs, have tried many cushions, some provided by the hospial, and some I have bought. I decided to order my seat cushion from Fine Foams because it is an Australian owned company, and the description was of a well made cushion. I had the option to order a cheap product made in China, there are many available in the on-line market, but I've bought them before, with only short term satisfaction. Not only are they cheap to buy, they look cheap. I think it is important for us to support Australian businesses offering unique quality products. Yes, it is more expensive to buy from an Australian business, but the money we spend stays on our shores, building a stronger economy for all of us. My cushion arrived within 5 days, and does not disappoint. The cover is beautifully made, and the density of the cushion is obvious. I like nice things, and my Fine Foams cushion, is very nice !!!!

I purchased the Titan's & Majesty Combo - Total Pressure Relief Cushions. Amazing product, it really does help my lower back and hip especially at computer. I paid express post, Auspost let them down majorly but they were amazing following it up. Sadly Auspost would not honour their late express post refund policy as Fine Foams had paid for it and the process back to FineFoams who could not claim it under their contract. This was a total fail IMO, they did offer a voucher, which I likely will never use. Buy the product, it’s excellent, don’t bother paying for express post though.

I recently purchased the Titan’s seat cushion. It is very good and comfortable for my particular problem(spondylolisthesis). It sticks to the chair without slipping and I am extremely pleased with it. I also purchased the Majesty lumbar support but this product doesn’t work for me. It may suit other people with different back issues and a different chair with which to use it. I am impressed with the friendly and prompt service that this company provides.

Product arrived well packaged & on time. I bought this product to help my partner's back whilst driving all day. Unfortunately, he doesn't fit behind the wheel sitting on the cushion, it is too high. What a shame as he said it was very supportive sitting on it in the dining chair.

I made the purchase fairly close to Christmas and wasn’t sure it would arrive in time but it did and I was very impressed with the prompt response. The cushion is very well made and very comfortable and my sister~in~law is very happy with her gift especially since a recent fall which landed her squarely on her backside. I bought two cushions as the deal I was offered was too good to miss, I have lower back problems and felt I could benefit from the cushion and I must say I am delighted with it’s comfort. Delivery was quicker than I had expected. Well wrapped. We ordered 2 cushions, one for the wife who has back issues, one for myself as I spend quite some time at a computer. I am really happy with mine, the wife is an occassional user, sometimes on, sometimes not. I use mine all the time and am satisfied with the extra comfort I get.

I first saw this product and thought it looked good then realised that the seat cushion I was using was not working properly and causing back pain and hip problems. Since purchasing it has helped my back and the hip pain has improved it’s comfortable to sit on. I have ordered another and a lumbar support.

Paid a huge amount of money for a cushion that gives no support whatsoever. Have had to carry it around Europe with me and every time I look at it I want to scream. I am a disability pensioner who was gifted a trip overseas and needed a cushion with support. It's wanted my money and my time and what little energy I have to cart it along with me.

Firstly the customer service was excellent. Delivery was on time. Price was reasonable. The cusion/pad sits in my car permanently. I have spondilosis in the spine which has made driving a nightmare. I have tried so many different cushions that l was almost about to give up. Fine foams was my last attempt to find relief. Oh how l found relief. I broke my coccyx 40 years ago and it still causes pain mainly when sitting on hard chairs or driving my car. I bought the Titan pillow because of the money back guarantee, believing if a company is willing to stand behind their product and offer a money back guarantee with no questions asked, this product is worth trying, so I did. Wow it is life changing. The level of comfort is like nothing i have ever experienced in my life. There is now no pain radiating up thru my lower and upper spine. I 100% recommend this product. I will be buying another to keep in my car for driving. Maybe even a few for different chairs in my house as i also use my titan on my lounge chairs with great success. I do need a few pillows behind me to fill the gap on the sofa though. Great product and great company.

Other cushions contain the words “memory foam” in their descriptions, but are usually just referring to a single thin layer which makes little to no difference. The Fine Foam cushions are memory foam from top to bottom, and the difference is hugely noticeable. I’m 120kg and I bought the biggie cushion for use on my office chair at work, and I’m now able to sit the entire day and not be in pain the whole time. I’m able to carry it to and from work in a large backpack, but due to the size I would not say it is recommended for people who wish to travel with it regularly. I might need to buy a second one for home. The nonslip coating on the bottom really works and keeps the cushion in place all day. I highly recommend paying extra for the top quality you get from Fine Foams, rather than doing what I did, which was to continually buy cheaper cushions in the hope that one of them was going to work.
