Customer service is excellent and it was quick and easy, but it wasn’t as easy to get semaglutide as it is in other weight loss clinics. I was prescribed Metformin which has helped me, but isn’t as effective as semaglutide!

I have had a wonderful experience with Sunrise so far. I just started my second week. I have been with sunrise before and lost 25lbs. However, I had to stop in the middle of my therapy because of family issues. When I was ready to return they were so wonderful to me. It was like I had never left other than having to start all over again with the lowest dose which I understand. Would never trust this company. I put all my information in and they prescribed the medication under my husband’s name. No explanation about anything. Tried to contact someone regarding this and other issues and received no response. I canceled the plan less than 12 hours after I signed up since I was having so many issues already. Received a text hours later and they said the fee, $149, was non refundable. It doesn’t say anywhere that once you sign up it is non refundable. They said they are sending the medication to my address. That is one of the issues as they do not have my full address on file and it is prescribed to my husband with my info. I asked where it says that it is non refundable and I still have not received a reply. This is such a scam.
My overall experience has been great. Customer service replies can take a few days but that's to be expected with a large volume of customers. They always take care of any questions or issue I have. I would highly recommend this company. You certainly won't find it cheaper elsewhere.
The support team has been nothing but helpful and responsive the entire time I have used this service (since Jan 2024) including helping with pre-auths through my insurance which was one of the things I was most concerned about. Interactions with doctor are minimal which is fine. The $149 charges are auto billed and this is obviously stated multiple times when signing up for the service.

I went to the site and reviewed the details. On the site they ask for your payment information before disclosing there is a 149.00 monthly fee . You think you are paying 49.00 consultation fee. Once I put in my payment details … THEN I saw the details of the 149.00 charge. I NEVER had a consultation , I never chose a medication .. so I assumed that was it. Also the 49.00 fee was never taken from my bank account. It was pending , but then fell off. So again I didn’t think I finished the process. I was charged 149.00 today without notice and my bank account is now over drawn. I immediately contacted Customer Service and they refuse to refund my money .. knowing there were NO services provided . Stay away from this company . If you are looking for a better company try Sequence. They are more affordable and they don’t just hand out meds before getting your lab results . GOOD LUCK !!!

Correspondence goes well. The issue is the FB advertisement show all 3 major brand options. In reality you are steered to one generic product by the attending physician. Or they tell you the cost is $1000 to change
I was interested in this program and I did the quiz very well but the unfortunate part is the doctor started say ( are you unwilling to lose weight) I was confused at first and I try to say yes and I got (we reviewed you’re case and unfortunately you are not a good candidate) like tf do you mean I try saying yes I wanted to lose weight and start the process so I texted back and no response. If people wanted to join that program don’t you think that they want to lose weight. I need a response now.

Absolutely accurate review. Definitely a scam. Company lies to consumers, is of dubious clinical value and includes other well known brands to imply affiliation. Thus is misleading and fraudulent. They are rebranding as pine medical. The new site is simply a duplication of the findsunrise site and thus would deserve a similar or more aggressive consumer warning.
