Is findmyelectric.com Legit?

Brian was very helpful in assisting with price advice and in dealing with a scammer who reached out for an autofisc report. He also helped out with the AutoCheck report which didn't populate correctly, but Brian made sure I received on to share with potential buyers. Will recommend this site to friends.

It actually did send a lot of leads my way and I ended up selling the car to one of those leads! Another user told me about this site, otherwise I would have never heard of it. So maybe only suggestion would be market more so more buyers come looking.

I got a decent offer from a dealer and sold the car to them. I received no private offers for the car and do not think it was worth the $49 to list it on the website when others require a lot less money for a public listing for a private sale. Having said that, the added cost does promote the car with greater visibility on their homepage. That can justify the higher price. Overall happy I listed it here. I can be faulted for limited patience for expecting a quicker response. The communication from the company was timely and thorough.

I did not get one person ask about the car, despite paying $50 for premium service. The site probably just doesn't have enough hits.Edit: FindMyElectric refunded me after seeing my review without me even asking for it. Gotta give them credit for that. They were professional throughout the process, just didn't get any hits.

Getting the photos and setting up the car was easy and manageable. Big differences from the free version in the views that I received. Wish I could have taken more advantage of their services. Did not receive that many inquiries but it may have been due to the season and Teslas competitive offers.

Sold! If that's not enough for you, our R1S was listed on several platforms--FME was the only site to generate interest from legitimate buyers. During and even after the listing period, email support was very fast and very helpful. Well done, FME, and thanks! Possible improvement: This seller believes the capability to post more than 20 pictures could be useful to both sellers and buyers.

Valuable comparative EV insights. Easy to use, reasonable price to post and have your listing be featured. Nice to work with EV experts. Would highly recommend for both private sale and purchase of EVs.

The instant offer system is great. There are actually real dealers who take time to contact you, ask specific questions about your car, & send you a solid offer. The auto robo offer sites were way off base for an EV. This system was much better & accurate to the current inflated EV marketplace.

I was hesitant about listing on this site, not even knowing it existed before finding it with google. The reviews were encouraging so I paid the modest price for a Featured Listing. The site is nice and easy to use. Very few inquiries were received from interested parties compared to inquiries from Facebook Marketplace where I also listed, all of which led nowhere. I got one serious offer thru Find My Electric after 3 weeks which eventually led to the private party sale. I'm happy with my experience

The absolute best site to buy or sell a Tesla! The listings are in a great format and display information specific to electric vehicles, which is hugely valuable and seperates itself from other sites that also list ICE cars. There is no format that caters well to both ICE and electric so Find My Electric is the best place to shop if you're looking for an EV.

I’ve been considering buying a Tesla for a while but haven’t been able to decide which model is the best fit for my family. I like the fact that FME is geared specifically towards finding a Tesla & not just another boring used car site that’s tough to navigate. I had a ton of questions & reached out to directly to the site. Brian responded quickly & was very helpful in narrowing down my choices. I was also really impressed with his knowledge of the market as well as the specific models & their options. Based on my experience, I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to buy!

Current Automotive made a fair offer on our 2020 Model S Performance and we accepted it. They payed off the bank and picked up the vehicle timely. They said that we would receive the equity check within 2-4 weeks but we actually had it in hand just 4 days after the car was picked up. What an awesome experience!

I first reached out to Find My Electric via the 800 phone number listed on their site and to my surprise, they answered on the 3rd ring! Someone (don’t remember their name) answered every question I had about the buying and selling process. I eventually had multiple interactions with Find My Electric and each one was surprisingly good. Seems like they are building a great thing here and helping make EVs accessible to those who aren’t willing to (or can’t) pay hundreds of thousands for new. Based on my opinion and interactions, I’d definitely recommend them.

From the onset of placing my ad, I was very impressed with FME. Brian contacted me immediately and we discussed pricing of the EV market and he assisted in setting the price. I received numerous inquiries and ultimately sold to a private buyer for full price. I was also contacted by a couple of dealers approved by Brian that offered me resonable offers that I would have taken if my sale did not go through - will use FME again for sure.

Placed an add on Find My Electric and immediately had numerous inquiries. Sold the car within week. It's easy to use and works!

Got a quick and good offer from one of the dealers who work with the site. I was offered 5k over what some of the other traditional places were offering, like CarMax, cargurus and Kelly bluebook.

When I had a technical problem with the site, my email was answered promptly and the web site fixed within hours.In terms of the experience, I didn't receive as much interest as I would have liked from buyers, but I'm not sure if that's the site is relatively unknown or that my price was too high.

Find My Electric didn't produce many inquiries, but it did produce the eventual buyer who knew about EVs. It seems to be a site taken seriously by real buyers who know what they are looking for. I would recommend it as a niche site for the EV market. Thanks!

First off, as a software engineer myself—I have to commend FME for building such a solid system. It’s VERY well thought out, implemented, and easy to use.Additionally, I found their support team to be just stellar. Zero complaints here and nothing but praise!
