Is findatopdoc.com Legit?

This is a scam and it makes me so sad that someone has made this company for the potential for monetary gain, clearly without thinking about the implications of what it's doing. Anyone who works in health care knows that the general public has no idea how over trusted medical providers are, and how many disappointingly bad ones there are out there. This company is contacting providers at random and offering to put them on their website as a "Top Doc" and give them all these awards and recognitions, for a price of $2,000, which then was reduced to $1,000, $500 and $189 when I continued to say no. I can guarantee you, any medical provider that is even mediocre at what they do is NOT in need of more patients. The only people that are accepting this are for one dishonest, and for another probably the most incompetent in their field. It's honestly heart breaking to think that people in need could be using this :(

This company is an absolute money making scam. Having worked there I know they are not affiliated with any medical community .They are a marketing company with Gorilla marketing tactics . They will lure you in with a letter that looks like an official and verified organization . Once u fill it out it’s game over.They will call you and promise you gifts from God and that in Gods eyes you are the king of your profession.

In a routine "Google" search, I found findatopdoc.com website advertising me as an Addiction Medicine Physician. I have never procured nor used findatopdoc's services. I am NOT a physician nor am I an Addiction Specialist. The site is publishing false and misleading information about my professional credentials and area of expertise. Their treatment towards you as an agent will base on the total of sales you get. They will get sarcastic when you ask for a time off whenever you're not feeling well, they will even bring up that you haven't had any sale since n days. Also had a colleague who's house got affected by a fire destruction, but they didn't bother to ask if my colleague's okay, lack of compassion.

This company is very fraudulent. Their website doesn't even receive good traffic that will benefit your practice. On top, they will charge your card thousands of dollars without your permission and claim your permitted it.Run for your money and don't give them your credit card details.

Hello, I used to work for this company, it is a scam. They mistreat employees, misadvertise, and lie to potential customers. I felt like a fool doing this job. I requested time off to see family, they told me no that I wasn't working hard enough, even though employees are guaranteed 15 days of vacation time. Two days before my trip I was fired. Good riddance. Don't work with them, use their services or buy their products. An awful company that deserves to sink.

It’s a Scam They embezzled thousand of dollars from your credit card without prior authorization to advertise for the Doctor. Claim a charge for 13 $ for the work they do and you find out that they did get a fraudulent charges on your card with out notice. They should be Reported to the BBB and law enforcement agencies

The whole website is a scam. The company operates as a telemarketing operation, that sales fake reviews, fake plagues and fake awards to anyone with a working credit card. Many of the doctors with awards, are desperate to draw patients and cover up prior issues.I would not trust a single review on this website. They truly are misleading the public.Oh -- and their mailing address, is a cheap virtual office. So much for trustworthy.

This is a total scam. I was charged 7,000 usd for no service. It is fake advertising and charges credit cards without authorization or receipts. The whole website is a scam. My husband is looking to get someone to start a full class action lawsuit. This is totally worthless and unprofessional telemarketers scammers.

Pure Scam. I tried to order a plaque, and they signed me up for their "media blast package" without permission, charged me $720, which was completely unauthorized. I called them and they told me, "we know you are very busy, you probably forgot that you signed up with us"...They offered me a $300 credit, on a fraudulent $720 charge! I filed a dispute with the CC company.Stay away, unethical business practices.

The site was extremely easy to navigate, allowing me to find a doctor within my insurance in under 3 minutes! I was able to learn a bit more about my condition in a straightforward manner thanks to the surplus of articles available. They have a section where you can ask a doctor a question directly, which I took advantage of, too. I’m anxious to see what he/she says in return!

I’m thrilled with findatopdoc.com’s web page for answering questions. I am super busy and don't always have time for in-person visits for simple questions, so having a website where I can post and receive an answer by email is awesome. I have also found some great local doctors in my area.

My family doctor recommended that I should find a cardiologist for some issues I was having, and Dr. Timothy Martin helped a bunch. I was able to set up a meeting quickly and easily, and my visit there was great, and finding him through findatopdoc.com was easy. My only gripe with the website is if you're trying to find anything other than a doctor, scrolling and finding the right article you want is a pain, and feels rather cluttered and unorganized, and the search feature doesn't always work in a way you'd like it to.

All they want is your credit card number. Once they have it, you are in for a wild ride of charges, fees, memberships, and hell you did not sign up for. And when you dispute everything with your credit card company, they will accuse you of the fraud they perpetuated. There is no legitimacy to any "award" they offer, and the whole company operates fraudulently. Just Avoid.

I love how findatopdoc.com has all of the information I need at my fingertips. The ease of use when paired with location services is fantastic. I am able to enter my insurance and search by specialty, and then read in-depth profiles about each doctor, allowing me to be confident in the providers I choose for my family. The medical library section has some really great articles, making finding the information I need to know so much easier than any website I’ve used in the past. All in all, I’d highly recommend findatopdoc.com for any health research needs!

If you're anything like me you probably spend a lot of time looking up health info. So I really liked finding find a top doc because I can get answers to my health questions from actual medical professionals. And it's easy to use and navigate, with everything well-organized and easy to search. I haven't used the site to find a doctor yet, but if I need a new doctor I'll probably try it out since the rest of the site is so well-done. Overall though I definitely recommend the site!

Confusing Map FeatureWhen searching for a doctor- there are blue circles with a number inside and it takes about 3 clicks to get to a red circle which finally relays doctor information based on the location. There are also load time lags for going back to a previous page.

The website was easy to use. It's pretty easy to find a doctor in my area in minutes. However, I was disappointed that I could not filter out doctors based on my insurance policy (Ambetter) because it was not an option in the drop-down filter. It can be hard to find doctors in your network. I think that can be something Findatopdoc continues to improve on.

I found Dr. Mezzafonte on this site and have so far been super impressed with how she has handled my husbands care. I truly believe that he is one of the most skilled interventional cardiologists around- but beyond that I was so impressed with the attention he have us and the time he tol to answer every question in detail. Glad we located him and i absolutely will be passing his information along to family and friends. My only issue is sometimes he is booked a whole out which makes getting an appt challenging - but he is worth the wait.
