Is fiitgshop.com Legit?

Excellent all the way around. Good quality, the right size and they didn't make me order a minimum amount to place my order. That was the awesome part about it. Now that I know the quality, I will definitely be ordering more and spreading the word. Just be patient with delivery, but mine came 2 days before my big vendor event and couldn't ask for better timing on my end and they're end. They did inform me that a third party was the hold up, so I can't put the blame on them. AWESOME!!!

When the delivery goes wrong you would not help blaming the courier for the mistake and making me chase up my packages. Finally got them. Love the clothes but service is poor and you don't take responsibility

We found this shop when we started our inline hockey team back in 2020. Since then we have ordered 4 different sets and they are all amazing quality, and the staff takes the nessecery time to make sure your design is exactly what you want. In our opinion, fiitgshop is the reason Cow Pies Hockey has a face. Great stuff. Fast shipping.

Ordered over 60 jackets for my organization (with plans to order more very soon). From the very beginning, Judy was amazing and so helpful. Very quick response times via text and email. We iterated on so many design options and she patiently gave me new iterations until I was completely happy. When the jackets arrived, a few of them had an error. I reached out to make her aware and we worked on a solution to have the jackets remade. Shipping was fast. Quality is great! Jackets are made with great material and fully lined. Colors are true to what you see on the site. They do run a little big, but the size chart is accurate, so please pay close attention to that. Everyone in my org who ordered a jacket is extremely happy (teens, moms and dads) and those who haven't are jealous. Will absolutely be doing more business with this company for many reasons and for years to come.

I bought a custom hockey jersey that costed me almost 100$ after delivery and tax. The jersey is super low quality and the cresting is very poor. They didn't send me a proof and the jersey us unwearable. Multiple attempts to contact them were unanswered. Avoid.

ordered 2shits & paid in full. months ago. get notified that you want another payment equal to full price payment. then tell me you need to contact mfg to even see if what I ordered is possible to be made. after several emails back and forth demanding addnl payment and still not verifying what was ordered can be made, I still have not received shirts nor verification that they can even be made properly, nor a refund! not a great experience.

The item I ordered had colors in it that did not meet the description or show clearly in the image thumbnail. The 5 I requested on the item was a 2 upside down. I contacted customer service twice to remedy the issue and did receive a reply. No refund or correction was offered. UPDATE:Their customer service finally responded after I posted the review above and offered to remake the jersey for a $6 discount if I placed another order. They want me to pay for them to remake something they made in poor quality. If you order from them just keep your fingers crossed and hope that you're satisfied because if not they won't take any responsibility for your dissatisfaction.

Promised a good value and over delivered. I ordered custom hockey jerseys and held my breath waiting to see what arrived. Each item was perfect: style, color, size, stitching, logo, names, numbers, etc. The quality of fabric and workmanship at this price can not be matched. Product actually arrive ahead of schedule which was a big plus.

I usually don't care for writing reviews, but the pull over I ordered was way better than I expected. The design and material came out perfect. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm definitely ordering another hoodie today. And the customer service was just as good. Thanks Judy

I am a returning customer having purchased over a dozen jerseys from footy shop. In my most recent order I purchased 10 baseball jerseys; pink & black. I had already purchased 10 of previously. They are for team photos. The new order came in and the lettering color is different. They sent me a light pink that does not match the piping of the jersey and does not match with the previous order. I emailed multiple times for a correction and no response.

The Fiitgshop store was very easy to customize and allowed you to design the gear you wanted. Excellent customer service and logo design, exactly what I was looking for. Great variety of gear available, from various jerseys and price points. This makes team gear affordable to any budget and gives folks lots of options. One thing that is unsatisfactory is that the express delivery is delayed due to holidays, but this is the problem of the express company.

Excellent quality and color. True to size so if you prefer a looser fit for your jersey I strongly suggest one size larger. The product ships from China and takes 4-6 weeks so order early. I was also pleasantly surprised at the great customer service and responsiveness. My emails received a response within 24 hrs and I sent 4 regarding estimated delivery.

FiitG is amazing! I wanted 2 sweatshirts and wanted to change the stock font to one from a different color option. After a single e-mail, their Rep., Judy, texted me immediately and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Ordered on Nov. 30th (with $25 upgraded shipping), received on Dec.10. 11 days from order, production overseas, and delivery to Wisconsin. I was admittedly skeptical because the quality, customization options, and price seemed like one of those “too good to be true” situations. I could not be happier with the results. I will be ordering in the future without hesitation. FiitGShop is legit and I couldn’t be more excited to rep our flag football team in my custom hoodie!

This customized jacket turned out amazing. Far exceeded expectations! All the information/choices were correct, the material is high quality and soft, the fit was spot on, and it looks great. It took a while to receive the jacket (about a month) and the shipping tracking was not in English.

They have a huge selection of jerseys and designs that can be customized. The representative was extremely helpful in getting my order done, working with me to customize my club's logo to look great on all types of jerseys. Great product, I don’t regret buying it, worth the wait. The product was better than I expected and for the price something I’ll buy again. The only downside is a delivery delay due to some reasons.

Best customer service anyone could wish for. Even after I messed up my original order, they were able to deliver exactly what I was trying to order after already starting my order process. Took forever, shipping information was completely incorrect, embroidery started falling apart after a gentle hand wash and air dry. Looks great, hence the extra star, but quality is suspect, and communication is absolutely abysmal. Not at all worth the coin.
