Is fezibo.co.uk Legit?

Firstly, we already had 2 of their desks and to be fair their products - when working and complete - are actually good.The risk comes with the ordering process. We ordered another L-shaped desk which had missing parts. On emailing we were given a long list of evidence that they required before dealing with our complaint. (Clearly hoping we had binned packaging and instructions and would not be able to provide required information.) once we had supplied all the information their response was basically sorry we can’t supply the parts - now just ignoring emails- terrible customer service - we now have an unusable desk and the hassle of having to go through CC company for refund - AVOID!

I had the misfortune of purchasing two desks from this company, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Both desks arrived with glaring defects, including at least four panels drilled incorrectly, missing floor mounts, and the wrong screws. Their "solution"? Offering replacement parts that required me to disassemble and reassemble the desks—an impractical option that would have compromised their structural integrity even further.After spending my own time, effort, and money to correct their mistakes (including purchasing replacement screws and mounts), I received a laughable offer of £60 as compensation. This amount doesn't even cover the cost of the replacement parts, let alone the hours of labour I spent fixing what should have been a simple assembly process.It is painfully clear that this company has little regard for quality control or customer satisfaction. From the defective products to the lack of accountability and insulting compensation offer, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. If this is how they handle mistakes, I shudder to think how they treat other customers.Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind its products or value its customers. My experience will be a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing from them. Avoid at all costs.

Order #FZ-UK29295 (included to avoid any denial of the order):After 13 emails back and forth with customer service regarding a damaged item, I feel compelled to share my experience.I was excited to assemble the table, but when it arrived, the box was visibly damaged. I hoped the contents would be fine, but unfortunately, the item inside was badly damaged. I sent pictures to customer service, expecting a straightforward refund process. Instead, I've been met with endless negotiations: first a 10% discount, then 15%, and now 20%. It’s been incredibly frustrating.My advice—avoid this company. It’s not worth the hassle.As of now, my refund request remains unresolved. I'm more than willing to update this review if the situation improves, as I aim to be as transparent as possible.

Bought this desk in Feb 24, its great and wished I wouldve done it sooner as I work from home a lot. HOWEVER, if things go wrong, its a headache trying to sort it out. There appears to be no coordination internally whatsoever so I feel like Im being passed about and fobbed off (one lady Karen is helpful but then I get mixed messages about what I need to do next from others). I have now had a flashing rST E-1 code since 29 Oct 24 and am still waiting for Fezibo to sort it out. My desk is now at its lowest point which is not good for my working posture. Not impressed at all and doesnt fill me with confidence buying from these people.

I was very apprehensive about buying one of these desks after reading some of these reviews.1. The desk and legs are delivered separately, both of my packages turned up the same day.2. You will have to assemble yourself, follow the instructions and you will be fine.3. Mine looks the part, I have only had it a few days but no issues yet.4. The online chat was fine for me when contacting customer services. Paranoia got the better of me when the first package arrived in the morning. Customer services confirmed the second package would arrive same day and it did!

We purchased 2 desks in June 2024. 1 was fine, the other one's predrilled holes did not properly align and the desk could not be put together. We contacted Fezibo and it took until late August to get them to agree to send a replacement. Once they agreed, the replacement was on back order and we did not receive it until late October. Only to have the same issues as the first desk. At this point we requested a refund, but they are unresponsive.

Ordered a standing desk on Amazon, got delivered just fine, assembly was fine and the motor was working, literally 6 hours later on the day I received the desk I lowered it before bed and the motor stopped working.

One leg is clearly broken. I have filmed 3 seperate videos for them and exchanged about 30 emails. Still nothing. They just keep asking for more ionformation and more information. Most of the time I've already given the information. At this point I believe they do not want to honor any warrenty and just want to keep me talking for two years until they legally have no responsibility...

I purchased the basic 2 stage frame with the control unit that let's you save preset height levels with no top as I wanted to use my own. Total cost including delivery was £161.49 using the 5% off discount code welcome.Ordered Monday arrived Thursday. Even with my much heavier oak (40kg) desk top the movement is super smooth, really given the price compared to others there is absolutely nothing to complain about, bought for the misses who works from home, she can't wait to bet back to work now.

Excellent desk, looks very posh and is very sturdy indeed (I bought the spliced). TBH, I hesitated to buy when I saw the really bad reviews and low score in trustpilot but took my chances and I was rewarded! Looks like the company has taken these comments seriously and improved their service massively. Having said all that, I received email responses instantly and the product was shipped swiftly. The packaging was awesome, all came nicely protected in very smart packing sleeves and impact protectives. Instructions are ridiculously easy to follow, easier than IKEA. 5 stars for everything!

I ordered an L shaped powered deck just before the new year. The top arrived within 2 or 3 days....impressive. The frame was despatched but seemed to get held up/lost/who knows. Another was sent and arrived about 10 working days from original order. Throughout the process the Customer Service team kept in contact, even offering my money back. Desk assembly was clear. V V pleased with the final result, looks great and operates as it should.

Do not trust the glowing reviews from "Verified Buyers" on their UK website which are supposedly British customers. Many of these British customers have posted photos of their desk set up at home... Yet weirdly, not a single one of them use UK plugs and sockets. If a website thinks it's ok to fabricate reviews, what else will they do?

Ordered a Fezibo desk on Amazon ok n Black Friday for my partner's birthday gift. It was meant to be delivered within 5 working days, two weeks went by without the desk being delivered, and partner's birthday came and went with no desk. On Amazon my order status changed to "Delayed" so I contacted Fezibo through Amazon as required to request the order be cancelled and refunded, and was told that the desk has already been dispatched (if this was true, why was it marked as delayed?) and I couldn't cancel or get a refund. Another week went by with no desk or status update, so I was able to cancel and refund through Amazon. Overall a bad experience.

We ordered a stand and frame. They delivered the wrong frame. The remote controller was missing. Dealing with customer service has been an absolute nightmare. My boyfriend and I want to return the parcels as per legal right - 60 days guarantee and free return and refund if they sent the wrong parts - they keep asking for images and pictures and it’s been 3 days we have been sending emails back and forth. My bf is a lawyer and it’s appalling how they are trying to stal the return for a mistake they have done.

Avoid at all costs. Bought a standing desk - they sent without the machine keypad to raise the desk. Their response initially was they would knock £20 off price - obviously refused as we ordered a standing desk that would provide no purpose without being able to raise it. They then offered to send a replacement part but it would take four weeks. Once it arrived we then started building the desk to find that not all screws are provided so we are now unable to attach the desktop to the base as screws weren’t provided. Absolutely shocking. My advice would be to use a different company.

great desk, courier service isnt the best.. Yodel.Customer service, absolutely shocking. Definitely advise senior management to look in to this, this side of your business is letting you down. I can see from the other feedback you have received also, would be 5* if it wasnt for the team you have in place right now.

So far it’s a very nice desk, works well and looks good, quick delivery. Had to ask a few questions of customer service and they were responsive (unlike some earlier reviews suggested). Glad I wasn’t put of by negative reviews. One minus that it takes time to assemble and there were no screws to attach desktop to legs! We had to buy them separately

From order, to communication, to delivery (yes, separate parcels 2 days apart but not an issue), assembly and use, I can’t fault Fezibo. Assembly instructions were the best I’ve seen, vey clear, and all hardware was supplied (most fittings had spares). In use, it’s simply excellent. If you’re worried about cables looking untidy, simply buy a cable ‘basket’ that hangs under the desk and a cable ‘wrap’, works perfectly. I have 10 items plugged in to an extension lead held in the basket under the desk, and a single cable to the wall socket. Overall, extremely impressed with the desk, and with Fezibo overall, I’d recommend from my experience.

Bought the triple L shaped (reversible) stand and table top with drawers @160cm. The product itself is of good quality and arrived quickly (4days) but some of the pilot holes will be out of alignment. I would also suggest you look at the wiring diagram before mounting the power pack. The configuration shown in the instructions isn't quite accurate and if followed you will likely have problems..I didn't need to reach out to customer services. Screws for mounting the desk came with the stand so didn't have that issue. All in all a pretty good experience for me.

TL;DR their products have a tendency to break a lot and they are a pain/never will honor their "5 year warranty". Do not buy.I bought a standing desk form them and it worked for a few months before getting an error. I contacted customer support, submitted several videos and images at their request, and they said they would send a replacement part but it needs to come from china and would take several weeks (the original product took much less time). After getting the part it was clearly not going to solve the problem and they again asked for several more videos and images. At this point I just assume I'm never getting this fixed and they have no intention of honoring their warranty. From what I have read on reddit and other places this is a common occurance.
