Is feyral.com Legit?

I ordered the new eye necklace and the quality was horrendous, the image is off colour and way darker than the picture I sent and they didn’t even remove a reflection from the picture which in this day and age is pretty simple. When contacting them explaining that I would like it changed and that I would even send the original back to them I was told that there is nothing wrong with the item and that I am not entitled to a replacement (even though the website states 100% guarentee of a refund/replacement if unhappy. I am now being ignored by Francesca (the person I have been back and forth with) and feel that the customer service I have received is extremely poor. Do not recommend the eye necklace at all.

I requested two products based in two of my cats. The process to create them was quick, the only delay was the delivery since it was free (If I knew it would take longer, then I would pay for the delivery, I’m from Mexico btw). But after the delivery arrived, it is really worth. The jewels looks similar to the cats and my sister love it because it was a surprise for her. I really recommend Feyral :)

Excellent products, they are so true to the likeness of the photographs supplied. Great customer service as kept informed throughout the whole journey fromorder to delivery.

The company website is very easy and simple to use, the up loading process is easy to get your photos online also.They kept in touch through every process and when it was dispatched and it came quickly! The item itself is genuinely like the photo I took, especially in the silver! Looks amazing and my partner loved it as a gift 😊

Our cat was sadly ran over recently so I wanted to get my wife a little necklace of her. I must say, the work is fantastic and she was so happy with it. She's been wearing it every day since and showing everyone.The picture is not as detailed as I'd hoped but this was no fault of Feyral, it's just because the cat was mostly White and of course, this doesn't show too well when being etched in to metal. Overall though, very pleased with the purchase and the communication with the company.

I wanted something to remind me of my cat who sadly died last year and this key ring was perfect. I ordered the stainless steel silver. It’s such a good likeness and quality that I’ve ordered more for the family of a different pet. They keep you updated on the process as each stage is completed so you know they haven’t forgotten about the order. Delivery to the uk was really quick once it was made too.

This is a true likeness of my dog the company informed me of every stage of preparation and when it was dispatched. I loved it so much I ordered one for my sisters birthday of her dog and now my niece is going to be ordering some as Christmas presents would definitely recommend

Ordered a keyring but the quality was too good to use, so ordered a necklaces. The quality again was excellent. But I would recommend another chain, as the excess chain scratches the photo when wearing.I also ordered my sister the same as her beloved pooch had passed away

I bought a feyral keychain for a colleague at work who recently lost her pet. I was referred to your website by my cousin who ordered a keychain of his dog. I was in shock and amazed how realistic the engraving is. My colleague told me she ugly cried when she saw the keychain and how much she loves this reminder of him that she can carry with her every day! I will definitely order a keychain myself, since I also recently lost my furbaby, once I find the perfect picture ! 😊
