Is festive-lights.com Legit?

Would have given 5 stars as the service from Festive lights themselves was good. However, as is often the case with Evri, although we live within the same Wigan area our delivery was delayed by them three times after it left FL!! In the end it took three days to travel just a few miles.

Purchased the Indoor Traditional Classic Mini Christmas Fairy Lights - Multi Coloured, late 2022, so they've only been used for one Christmas last year. Went to add them to the tree this year and after about 16 minutes, the lights became extremely hot and half of them blew. And it's not worth the money to replace the bulbs. Compared to my previous set that have lasted at least 10 years, these are a major letdown. The were stored in the original box and packaging and used for no more that 90 mins an evening, for 31 days.Not recommended if you want lights that will last more than a year.

Quick & easy delivery, excellent quality lights, very pleased with my purchase. I ordered 28m of warm vintage white icicle lights, a 10m & 5m extension lead & 2 x starter cables, sounds expensive at £320 but worth every penny once up!!

Very misleading advertising on their black friday deals - lots of discounts shown, texted and emailed to me. But when you follow the links, it seems they only want to give the discount on specific (not popular) colours, so trick you into paying full price having advertised the discount (with discount + product + other colours all shown).

Oh em gee. The connectable range is brilliant.Just what I needed. And the fact I didn't order enough is no issue. I've just ordered an extra 5 meters.Plus another 5 meters for hubs' outside bar he was that impressed.They came within 3 days I think it was.Great service. I'll definitely be ordering more. Delivered quickly, well packaged and good value for money. The lights I ordered are beautiful and in the proper traditional colours. I love them!

Although my delivery did not arrive when first advised, due to the courier having a problem, when I queried the lack of delivery the company were very quick to respond and advise me when to expect delivery. the product itself is perfect for what we need.

Once I’d spent a few minutes on the website I was able to work out what I wanted, which by then I understood wasn’t just fairy lights! I ordered on the phone because I had a few questions. The woman who spoke to me was helpful and very efficient. Lights arrived in a tough paper sack with a few days. Each item was separately bagged with instructions. I watched a few videos on YT about adding lights to trees, then got on with the hardest part of the process. I added 35metres of lights (1x 5M plus 2 x 10M) on a tree in about three hours, which I felt was pretty good. I had to go out to Screwfix to buy cable ties (1 bag of 200mm plus another of 380mm) which were essential. At some point I realised I’d not bought a long enough extension cable from the plug unit to the tree so ordered that the following morning. The lights look beautiful. They appear to be really well made, excellent quality and well worth the price. If you are looking for outside lights that will perform well and look as though they will last for years then these appear to be the ones. 100% satisfied with the service and the product.

Good communication and great delivery by Evri.Tested lights, all look good, will know more when they go up in the next fortnight.

Good customer relations, prompt dispatch and, most importantly, the adhesive fixings that Festive Lights supplied were not widely available in the usual Christmas and hardware outlets. I was particularly pleased for these to secure to facia boards without drilling and the Christmas are already in place. Thank you.

Can not fault.Have used Festive Lights for a number of years now & even my 1st ordered lights & transformer back in 2018 are still going strong. Easy to use website,great communications including tracking information & items sent well packaged & in a timely manner.

Not cheap but a 5* product so you get what you pay for. New lights twinkle and look very pretty - very soft effect, not flashing. Pleased we paid a little more for the new twinkle ones. Highly recommended. Plus super speedy delivery.
