Avoid at all costs.Company based in Asia, no customer service, no refunds, misleading postage information and takes 2 weeks for a dress to arrive. Poor quality of clothes, overpriced and no company information in order to mislead people the company is based in the U.K.

Do not order from this website it is a scam! I had to wait weeks for my delivery after it was supposed to be “first class”. Then when it arrived they had sent me an outfit which was tiny and did not fit despite me ordering a bigger size up to allow for this. When I contacted them to ask for an exchange/ refund they said they would follow this up. It’s been weeks and they still haven’t got back to me with an answer. Don’t waste your money or time

Order took so long to arrive (don't be fooled by the name including "London", the items are actually from China!) When my order did arrive, the items were so poorly made and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. You have to provide photographic evidence of the faulty items before they will even give you a returns address, and with the communication barrier this is a long drawn out process - it took 2 weeks to get a return address from them. Then, you have to post with tracking to China which cost me somewhere in the region of £25. It's 8 weeks since I expressed my need to return the tatty items for a refund, approx 6 weeks since I posted the items back and they still have not refunded me. Total scam

I was disappointed when I saw the dress. The colours were dull and nothing like the vibrant dress displayed online. The seam/sewing is very untidy(overlapping in some areas) and the appliqué used is very cheap, on the whole, the dress is of very very poor quality.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE terrible quality, came from China which was unexpected from the name ' Fenom London '. I have just shipped it back in China ( took ages sorting forms ) and cost me £26. CON

Reading other reviewers it looks like we have all been conned!!Poor quality, wrong sizing and took two weeks to arrive. Then when, for the above reasons, I followed the return policy for a full refund, they wouldn’t allow a return or a refund. No explanation and just kept sending the same copy and pasted response that didn’t make sense.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I read the bad reviews before ordering. My item arrived faulty and incorrectly made (size was 3" smaller than stated)They do reply to your emails but its a load of rubbis, generic email fobbing you off they have no intention of refunding anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Do not order from this company - they make it impossible to return items and the customer service is patronising and bad. There is no London operations so you have to send items back to China and they admitted there are issues in them ‘receiving returns’. Dress quality is poor and they are cheap fabric. Massively overpriced for what they are.

You will only get your money if you do a chargeback or section 75 via your bank. I received my refund via my bank today after about 1 week since I flagged the purchase. If everyone did this (1% of sales) then Shopify will flag this trader and stop all transactions. Make sure that you collect evidence such as: • pictures of website and of item you received; and • email trail of you asking for a refund.When contacting your bank say the following: Item is not as described it's obviously a poorly made copy of a different product. Insert link to this trust pilot page as evidence. Firstly the description of the item in the fenom-london.com website states that the item is e.g."Crafted from high-quality, luxurious fabric...High-Quality Fabric: Made from premium materials" According to the label on the dress it is 100% polyester. This is not a simply not a luxurious fabric for the purpose of dressmaking.The sizing is not at all accurate to as described. I've since found out that all the photos, videos and reviews are taken from House of CB product page. It's clear that the dress they've sent me is not what was shown on the website as these are not their images, and the dress I've received is a poor recreation of the dress shown in the photos and videos.The retailer and I went back and forth via email where they offered me a free product, a partial refund %, and that I would be responsible for all return costs. I disputed this with them, but they didn't want to give me a refund and return label. The fenom-london website states: "We offer the customer that is not happy / wanting to return the option to get another item in a different size/model/color for free. They only need to pay a specific amount (for example 14.95) for handling- and shipping fee."The seller is trying to charge me a high cost to return the goods back to a wholesaler address in China, Hong Kong. The brand said it was British so this is clearly a drop shipping website. I'm not meant to foot the bill for it if the item is not as described.This is a business set up for drop shipping from Hong Kong, China.In the UK, it's registered as Centura Limited on companies house to an address for office space in Central London. Oh god we have all been conned - even the reviews on their site are FAKE!!! Spent £192 on 4 outfits for a wedding what a load of rubbish - pictures do not reflect what you get. They need to go in the bin. And no you never get a refund. I’ve been fobbed off by ‘emma’ a million times with gift cards and discounts and never given any address to send back to - I’m so sad that I’m down this money. How many other people have they ripped off. Shame on you. Pretending to be UK based when you are not. Your site says easy returns - LIE. Oh and then they block you from all social media.

Scam! Wish had done some research before ordering - comes from China and looks nothing like the pictures, awful quality also. No way of returning so I have now emailed and they are trying to offer alternatives such as a discount for my next order. No thanks! Would not trust again and from what I am hearing would cost me £15 to return anyway..

I have to leave a star becasue I have no choice. Trust pilot reviews were fake. The order took ages. I had partially read the return policy and thought I was buying from a London site; it's not. So mad that I didn't do more research on this. Dont waste your money, as the reviews say cheap fabric sizes are wrong. You have to pay for the order to be shipped to China. Im only putting a review on here to add to the compliments and hopefully something can be done against these con sites.

Wouldn’t allow me to return, still sent back to address and they still refused saying claim off the post office. Barclays have picked it up under fraud and FO.

Terrible quality and returning items made almost impossible.The product was terrible quality, very see through and ill fitting. Items came from China and took ages to arrive.Requested a return via email as there isn't a transparent returns policy online. The customer service team tried everything to stall and request additional information in order for my request to fall outside of the returns period. Yet to be told how to return despite requesting this for the past few weeks. I will also have to pay lots for returning and sending back to China.Very disappointed and embarrassed that I even shopped here.

I wish I could give 0/5!Recently ordered a dress at £50…they’ve since emailed me to say the dress is out of stock and not sure when it’ll be back in. So instead of negotiating with me to see if I’d like a refund or gift card, they’ve taken it upon themselves to assume a gift card is a sufficient means of refunding my money! When I’ve explained I don’t want a gift card, would like my money back, I’ve been told they cannot cancel the gift card! Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards are now in the picture. I’m sick of these con-artists thinking they can steal everyone’s money. STAY AWAY…DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!They’ve even copied and pasted a 4/5 Trustpilot rating onto their websites to make them look like genuine, reliable retailers!I have been blocked from all social media sites of theirs as I’ve complained publicly and they obviously don’t like that!Absolute scumbags!!

The company sent me a dress but it doesn’t look anything like the dress in the picture. It was a different material and different shade of red. I had to bin it immediately.

Trustpilot, they have copied your branding and claim to be rated 5 stars with over 1,000 reviews. When I click on the 'verified reviews' nothing happens.Unfortunately, I already spent £80 with them, and it arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and the quality is terrible. The fabric is shiny despite looking Matt in the photos. The seams are already coming undone. I also had no idea it was being shipped from China and feel awful about the airfare. It honestly feels like a scam and their customer service are robots over email. Avoid!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They make out as though they are a UK company. Items come from China, take ages and all 3 items arrived separately. They state they have a refund policy, however when I requested a refund (for items useless to me because they are too small), they tried to offer that I keep the dresses and have a 50% discount on a future purchase or a gift card for 50% of the value of the items! Not acceptable.

DO NOT ORDER! The photos are not real, nor do the clothes look like advertised. Crisp packets is the only way I can describe the quality. How this website continues to run with their fake photos and reviews I don’t know. But please do not order from here. It’s posted from China and takes 4 weeks. Not that that matters as you would never wear the clothes they send you.
