I paid for a cardiologist consultation with Dr. Jeannin in Feeli France. We provided cholesterol test, electrocardiogram, and other documents. The Dr. at first seemed totally lost, he did not read our questions or anything regarding our consultation. The Dr. said that he saw the tests and recommended us to be calm and when come back to France. He was clear in not taking any medication. A week after his consultation, my husband had a heart attack + a cardiac arrest. He is currently on the ICU. I believe this situation could have been prevented if this doctor were more serious about his job. His only recommendation was to keep calm. This is a very bad practice from this company. If you do not wish to provide medical help, please do not do lie to clients.

When discovering that it is a purely text service, I requested to cancel and to be reimbursed.Feeli never reimbursed my money, and especially which is unacceptable, never replied to my several tentatives to get in touch with their "customer service".I suggest you looking somewhere else—> suite à votre message, je viens d’ouvrir une nouvelle (et dernière) réclamation. Got in touch for a repeat prescription while in France when no doctors could see us on Saturday . Paid E30 . Got a supposedly secured prescription but the pharmacy told us it was not recognised by the French system. Than despite the pharmacy best efforts nothing was sent . In short we got scammed out of E30 . Do not trust them . 😱

Dr Pauline Foti knew where she was going and what she could do. Unfortunately we had a language problem and it took me a while to understand, especially the last two transmissions where she set up a prescription for an antiinflamitory that I needed. My 20 year old Larousse Francaise-Anglais Dictionary was not able to cope with some of the terms. Fortunately your agent who signed me up (in English) had the foresight to tell me where I would find things on your site. It took just under an hour for Dr Foti and I to finish (and my apologies for not recognizing that she did leave me a prescription at the end). I know that you may be culpable for any miscommunication by a doctor, so that a doctor not fluent in a language used (other than French) may not care to use it. But in my case as a foreigner racked by pain that affects thinking and with few resources for addressing illness (and on a weekend at that), it would have been much easier for me in English or Spanish. In short, Dr Foti had the only answer needed to address my problem and you all have provided an invaluable service so that now, a day later, I feel human again. Having your service at my disposal makes me more secure that I have another way to address any health problems. Merci beaucoup!
