The fed ex distribution center in Yarmouth Massachusetts should be prosecuted for falsifying records Can never make deliveries on time so like to put down customer requested a later ship date so they don't get in trouble with corporate. Once agian fedex drops off a package with signature required, does not even knock on the door let alone ring the doorbell and the driver just signs the pad themselves. I would pay extra money to not have to deal with fedex when I order products. Recently and not for the first time, fedex left one of 3 packages at one of their facilities and it got delayed by days. The address has a buzzer code and phone number. The delivery person came to the building but made no attempt to deliver the package. There must be quite a few lazy people working at FedEx. Literally the absolute worst service. They DO NOT even try to deliver your package and then mark it as "Delivery Attempted" and then just take your shipment back to the holding centre. I shipped an overnight envelope to a client on Saturday April 13th for delivery Monday April 15th. The pickup box had a 10:30 am pickup time and it had not been picked up yet at 9:30 when I put my package in the box. My package was not retrieved from the box until Tuesday April 16th. I filed a complaint with FedEx which went no where. Customer service is terrible.
We shipped our items in newly purchased heavy duty boxes and those were on very bad condition when received at destination. One of the box was even open from one side leading to loss of items.
Fedex is really good at trying to persuade you that your package was delivered to you, even though I'm telling them the picture they took is not in front of my house. If they would of simply came out to my address that's listed and compared it with the picture that was taken they would of saw that it wasn't my home. I even volunteered to send a picture of my front door. I still have yet to hear back from them regarding my missing package and the so called investigation they are conducting. “Terrible service to use”

These drivers absolutely Don't care about people's packages. The last two in case. They delivered a mini fridge that we found LAYING on the ground outside in the yard! We reported this unacceptable condition and were reimbursed by the retailer when we checked the inside condition and found it also be DENTED! One of my earliest childhood memories is fedex delivering Christmas presents late. I have never chosen to use this company since then. Unfortunately I ordered a product and they sent it via FedEx. Ever since the covid virus hit the Fed ex-service has been terrible. Some packages sit in their facilities for up to a week before moving on to the next site. Their tracking actually shows some items bouncing back and forth between sites in the same city. At least half say they have a problem with the shipping labels. I would never use them purposely, but I have no control of items bought on line. I feel sorry for those that got their Christmas packages late.

What a phone from spectrum was told I could change the signature required delivery. Try to do so to no avail. Over 8 hours on the phone with an automated system got a person three times within numerous phone calls. Was told I cannot change delivery only the sender can change. Spoke to spectrum again and they said this is not within their contract with them and FedEx has to change the delivery at my request. Can't get anyone to put a farm agent on the phone was told only sender can talk to them. Absolutely no customer support within this company.

If only I can give them a zero! Such thieves are milking my bank account without even providing any receipts or justification after I paid every fee on the planet to send "2 Epipens" for my 70 years old mother! I received delivery updates stating that the delivery had been "delayed" twice, without further elaboration. Only upon figuring out how to speak to a customer service agent (which, in itself, took 20 minutes of digging around their website) was I informed that attendance at the property was mandatory for delivery. No effort was made to rectify the situation by organising for delivery to occur today, rather I was told the most they could do was attempt re-delivery tomorrow (which they would have done anyway) without providing me with a timeframe. I am currently waiting on my 3rd delivery date because fedex is an unorganized and unprofessional company. I asked the rep if they could call their sister location in W. Virginia since my package has been there for 2 days with no movement. I was told that they could not because they don't know where it is because they don't track smart phones😳, company policy🤔. I suggest that every company that contracts with fedex perform an audit of customer deliveries and experiences and I'm sure you'll find that many people have complained about late and/ or missing deliveries and received no helpful assistance from customer service. Why every package or boxes for my instructions is not delivered to my door? Why have customers leave instructions on your website when the drivers don't look or they do look but don't care? I'm disabled, i had two boxes which are breakable inside, I had to try and hold one and kick the other one to my apartment. Leaving them in the mailroom give a person idea to steal. “FedEx really needs to improve its services”

I have had nothing but problems with FedEx for years. They deliver to the wrong address. They deliver boxes that are broken open. You can see sometimes they have tried to tape them up but other times the box has been open. One time they dropped the box in the middle of my front yard. That was after a complaint that I filed. “FedEx driver misdelivery, stolen package, denied claim.”

Their driver left my package, a handcrafted table, on the first floor of my building, under the stairs, where it was stolen. I live on the THIRD floor, away from the street. If he had delivered it where it belonged, it would not have been stolen. He even provided proof of his own misdelivery by taking a picture of it under the stairs, 5 feet away from another apartment. BUT, FedEx denied my claim, saying that he delivered it to the correct address... yes, you read that right. An almost $500 table that was stolen because the driver was too lazy to walk up two floors. All 520 units in my complex shares the exact same address; the only thing that identifies where a package should be delivered is the UNIT number, but FedEx allows their drivers to take the lazy way out. I guess he could have left it under the stairs at any of the 21 buildings in the complex because they would consider it delivered to "the correct address". They stood behind the lazy driver.
