Is fcmoto.de Legit?

This was my first time buying motorcycle gear with FC-Moto, I bought Alpinestars boots, a jacket and pants. All went well when I saved the products in the shopping basket. Within 24 hours, the team from FC Moto will follow up, once I confirm the order on 24/9/25, the follow-up was superb, and prompt until I received the products in Malaysia within the estimated time frame of 30/9/24, this is fantastic. The products' prices are still very reasonable after adding the local import duties, things are genuine, and quality, and all fit me well.

I have ordered several items in different periods, they all arrived within the period that was specified during the check out. for any question about an order or returning an item they are always available and helpful. totally recommended

First purchase was 6 months ago and all products arrived even before what they told. Products are packed separately well. When I try to use discount code wasn't worked but after purchase I send an email to customer service and they solved via refund discount difference to card. Now I bought new products as well because they have excellent price and excellent customer service on market. Whenever you need something you should defiantly buy here without searching anywhere.

New model Airoh Spark 2 received in 3 days to Slovakia. Impressed. I love the option to Pay on Delivery. I am glad I ordered it through fc-moto.de. Will order again :)

We ordered on 19th July 2024 to a value of 802,89 €, including DHL delivery to Spain. The delivery has still not happened, we alerted FC-Moto that DHL had said the attempted to contact us and attempted to deliver when they had done neither, we where then advised it was being delivered to a local collection point, and was ready for collection. We went every single day but the parcel was not there! We then got a notification saying we had collected the parcel on 27th Aug, which we had not! Since then we have completed the declaration that we did not collect the parcel or have it delivered, and now they just tell us to wait as DHL has not responded to them and they will not refund until they get the goods back or an answer from DHL. Appalling service, bought helmet and other goods from them before and never had this experience. Can anyone who had a similar experience tell me how you got it resolved, I simply want my new kit!!!

As a regular customer I find this site fast efficient, with excellent customer service by phone if for any reason you need to call them. On a recent order i made a mistake, and really found out how flexible, helpful and with good common sense everything was sorted out.

An absolute waste of time and money!! It is an endless battle so I can have my money 455,85 euros back from an order I have returned on 26/08/2024!! One month later they have the nerves to tell me they still didn’t receive the order back when the tracking provided by DHL says it was delivered!! From Portugal to Germany how is this possible??!!!

I have purchase item on the 05th of September 2024. It's almost a month and I haven't received . This is the third purchase. I have emailed FC moto but that was not useful. Tried asking for a refund but FC moto refused.

They are probably the most professional team in Europe. I have ordered multiple times and I had items returned(due to size) but there were no issues with the refund. So I highly appreciate them. Great work!

A good company is defined by how it responds when problems arise; otherwise, all online companies seem good when everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately, this company disappears when there's an issue, and you can't find anyone to help. It's been 10 days since I purchased and paid for the goods, and they still haven't been delivered. And it's supposed to come just to Milan, not to the other side of the world. I've been patient for 10 days, contacting and calling UPS and FC, but no one has responded. Shopping with FC-Moto is a gamble; your goods might arrive, or they might not. It's all up to chance.

I have been looking for a long time without success for some spare parts for a Berik suit I bought a few years ago. FC-Moto responded (unlike other retailers) proactively to my request by making themselves available and finding a solution to my problem and, surprise, they provided the necessary spare part free of charge and in a very short time. Recently ordered an airbag vest on a Thursday afternoon from FC Moto and it arrived at my house in Rural Ireland the following Tuesday, accurate tracking, enough emails to let you know what was happening not so many to be a nuisance, packaged properly to protect the product not to excess to fill your bins with waste. Absolutely superb service, the most competitive price available and trouble free shopping and delivery. Was my first order from FC Moto but I will not hesitate to order again. Thank you FC Moto.

I had an issue with my helmet and being outside Europe it seemed like a big hassle to get it repaied. FC-Moto was kind enough to provide me fair credit to get it repaired locally which is a great gesture and excellent way to make it convenient for customers outside Europe, and make a customer delighted.

It's my 5th order and certainly the last one. It has been my worst buying experience after many years on internet. The 09/04/2024 I bought the last and new Shoei helmet GT-AIR 3. I paid 51eur for a worldwide delivery with DHL and 2 months later still not delivered !!!!! PfffffffContacting the customer service : no answers or just a word tell telling you to wait, it's on way and will be dispatched soon (2 months later...!!!)I forgot to say that my order (immediatly paid) was processed only 1 or 2 weeks later after many mails asking what's going now !!!The internet shop : ok good price and choice but I'll never be back again and I'll let it know to my motorbikes friends...Fcmoto.de was good a few years ago, I don't know what's happened...It's easy to find others better store and who cares about it's customers !! 😔

There was a small delay in the delivery but after contacting the company they send me a quick mail and great solution. Overall good experience and great products! Would recommend
