SCAM SCAM SCAM Beware of Fast Easy! I was charged $60.00 on my credit card without my permission, all because they claim it’s an “automatic sign-up” for the next month—something I never agreed to. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Every agent I spoke to seemed like a robot, completely unhelpful, and their responses were always irrelevant to my issue. Their support team is garbage and provides no real assistance. Peter and Alex, in particular, were the worst—totally useless. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!

I have tried other diets in the past but I find this one the best. I enjoy how I don't need to stress about my eating. It gives me a structure easy to follow and I can see results. I have asked a question and received a positive answer. Looking forward to loosing a bit more weight.

like it does count steps as well as track food and drink. \Would like uk measurements of liquids and weight needs to be in kg or stones abd lbs.I find it difficult to keep logs within the window if I have long evening meetings or early ones there is no way of doing it in retro.

I like the fasting countdown I like the step counter but there needs to be a way to add your own steps for when you can't have your phone on you. (I don't own a Fitbit). It would also be good to document activities other than walking. Logging meals was hard until I started logging and adding it in a notepad app and copying and pasting it into FastEasy app.

SCAM SCAM SCAMI thought I was getting the plan for a reduced price of around £3. However, I was charged £15.19 which I did not authorise. I have never accessed the plan, so I have not used it. I have emailed asking for my £15.19 to be refunded but to no avail.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This App is a Con they give you an add on for free then when you go to cancel the app they say you only cancelled the add on and charge you for another 3 months DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I don't like the section regarding food type eaten and their calories. In other apps you can select a type of food and qty and get the number of calories.This app focus only on calories regardless of whether they come from carbs or fat. There is no focus on how my protein and/or fiber is consumed.In addition there should be better options to add physical activity of various kinds

SCAM!!!!!I bought 1 month £15.99 and was charged an extra £15.99 on the same day for an optional extra that I did not authorise. I was then charged a further £38.99 and £30.99 the next month (supposedly this is I the small print that your introductory offer signs you up automatically for the next month.) It must have been extremely small print as I did not see it and I have no way of checking what I actually signed as the App is now closed. (The subscriptions part of the App gave no further info about what you had signed up to) and there are no email confirmations to check). A company that misleads. I have huge concerns for those who do not notice the extra payments going through. I am currently in dispute asking for a refund of the extra charges and am shocked that FastEasy would prefer these complaints, reviews and disputes than to refund unsuspecting customers.

I use FastEasy to help me keep track of fasting start / stop times. I also use FastEasy to keep track of hydration. I do not like the suggested meals. The suggested recipes appear to be totally vegetarian. I asked for low-carb, but all the meals have no meat and look like would take an hour to prepare.

I fasted for a whole day stoping eating at 22:30 on Monday. And not eating Tuesday. At 7am on Wednesday morning went to stop fast and it was still on Monday. Really cocked up. I find it very difficult to set it back up. Well I failed. Very difficult to navigate through everything but I love the concept seeing my fast counting down on front of my phone. Have my meals I can just click into. It’s a shame it not quite right.

Reminders are good. It would be better if it was possible to log our steps personally.

Signed up for 3 months. Was charged 3 months AND 1 year subscription. Full refund offer, is a joke... I was not refunded anything. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP.

The Reminders and tracking are so helpful. It helps me see when it’s going to be time to fast and when it’s gonna be time to eat and encourages me to stick with it.

I have only recently started using Fast Easy I'm finding it extremely useful and helpful. Provided are meal plans the app includes being notified of the fasting time one has left as well as workout plans along with many other tools available. Kudos to the Company for creating a terrific application such as FastEasy

It was easy to use and follow. I liked the reminders that come across. It seems that the app works well but sometimes it does not update on the screen saver

Do not even LOOK on their website. By the time you’ve answered questions about your lifestyle, body etc, you apparently have already signed up. Then they just take your money over and over and refuse to refund it. BIG BIG SCAM. Stay away. If I could give them no stars I would. So far they have stolen over £200 from me

I paid for a year upfront and 2 months now there taking a payment Iv emailed them to cancel it i wouldn’t recommend using these

The ability to access information at your convenience, the logging of data to keep you up to date on your progress.

The app makes fasting easier, not easy. One still needs to fast and to limit one's intake during non-fasting periods. One thing that I missed was a table of calories per food item. This info is often on the package, but having the app fill it in would be very easy.
