Is fashionova.com Legit?

I ordered products and when received, the items were not the right size. The response was quick when needing to return and received the credit to be able to reorder the items I wanted. One downfall is wishing that I could have received the credit back on my card (which is faster), because items do sell out fast and was waiting for my credit to be able to reorder.

I have recently received a pair of boots that are the completely wrong colour and size. I contacted customer service immediately to advise the issue and to request a return label. I have at this stage given the website a five star rating if they provide this and a full refund as requested. If they don't then this rating will change very negatively very quickly.

I had to return several shoes that I wasn’t expecting to return during a sale event. The shoes that I purchased to replace the shoes that I had to return were honored in a transaction based on sale prices! I don’t feel so torn away from my initial transaction.

I love shopping on fashion Nova! They always have an array of different styles of clothing. I Can be on the site for hours just browsing and loading up my shopping kart. They always have discounts which is kool. Definitely recommend Fashion Nova to anyone looking to fill up their closets!

There was a sale and I got some good stuff, plus there was or has ever been any difficulties finding what you need and checking out. Reason why a 5 star wasn't given is because the processing time is too long.

The sale indicates buy one/get one free however it is not accurate. All items I purchased is marked BOGO in same category but not given credit- paid full price on all the more expensive items.

I ordered probably about 500 items from Fashion Nova and probably about 5 of them or either damaged or not received. Fashion Nova refused to address my claims because they stated that it was too many claims back to back and it appeared fraudulent. This was frustrating because of course I will have more claims than usual if I just PURCHASED MORE THAN USUAL. No matter what evidence I provide they will not address my claims. I have been going back-and-forth with them via email for days, providing all the evidence necessary. They are making excuses just to avoid accountability for their mistakes. Terrible customer service and company.

All my items received from Fashion Nova is excellent and I always get a lot of compliments for my clothes. My only bad review is their carrier UPS, they do not deliver your items to the door, so my package has been stolen twice. But Fashion Nova rectified it with a credit. Other than that, they are a good company

your system has some reason to play with the order when not looking. So I have to really watch the system and what is on my order list

I like the easy to check out and the pay in for 4 for higher purchases. I like the sales going on although I'm not a big fan on finale sales. I dnt believe money should be wasted that way we should be able to atleast return for a FN Gift Card for other items and the never having stock everything's always os . “Incompetent AI workers”

I love shopping at fashion nova. The quality of the merchandise is amazing. I ordered a top in extra large and I got an email from fashion Nova stating that the blouse has sold out and we will refund you your money. Therefore, I went back to the site and just ordered another size. A few days later I get both tops, I explained to Fashion Nova that I want a store credit since they don't give refunds. After the third time explaining their mistake, I get the same responses from AI customer service. There is no way that a human cannot solve this problem that they created. I will no longer want to shop at fashion nova. Tip for consumers:They should let people know which items are not returnable for exchange or refund. So they didn't scam, I finally got my order tho almost a month later. However, I was extremely satisfied and it all fit, so I don't have to try to quickly return because they were Christmas presents. Customer Service has redeemed themselves, I was missing a small item, they quickly responded and rectified my concern with an apology. “Terrible customer service”

Fashion Nova sent me a damaged item and after asking me if I'd like a refund or credit for it, I chose refund and they sent me a credit anyway. Part of my order was used with a credit, but more than the refund amount was paid with my own card so why give me the option to begin with and not honor it? I'd have to spend way more money to use the credit and get free shipping than being given my money back for an item they sent me ripped? I'll never be shopping with them again. This is why they don't even give the option of being able to speak to someone on the phone, you're only able to email. Their reps would be cursed out all day by how poor the customer service is. The worst customer service. Their size chart are erroneous. Then it's strictly online from there. Website itself is also not friendly and directs you to the company's desired outcome and your frustration.

So my return got lost in the mail and initially Fashion Nova told me in so many words "too bad, nothing we can do'. I advised them I would leave negative reviews and I did just that. “Fashion Nova is very dishonest”

I have two complaints about Fashion Nova. If you make your purchase by 12noon over $100 & live in Los Angeles area you can receive your order the same day. I selected same day to be received by 8pm and when I received my confirmation it states next Monday and today is Wednesday. My second complaint is I tried to exchange an item that was not final sale at the time I purchased it and they would not exchange. I am pretty much done with this company. Their business practices are terrible and unacceptable. I see other complaints of people placing ordered and never receiving them and can't get their money back. An item was left out of my order I was told it was out of stock and I went right in line and placed another order for the same item. “Stains on clothes is 100% unacceptable”

I have been buying clothes and spending MY hard earned money for years on this company and when I return home from burying my mother, the Dress I bought has a stain on it, which is unacceptable meaning someone either tried it on or you guys packaged up a dirty garment. I sent them a picture and they told me because of the timeframe they won't be able to do anything about it, which is unprofessional as hell considering the tag is still on it and I would never wear anything that looks like it has a stain on it from someone else's body. If you're selling used clothes, just say that. But you could at least credit me. “Terrible”

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the customer service. I placed an order and an old address automatically was entered when I used Apple Pay. I contacted fashion nova immediately. I asked them to edit my address they were unable to. So I asked them to cancel the order and I'll just reorder. They refused to cancel my order or even try to work with me. They sent my items to the wrong address. I even called the carrier to edit address they told me if fashion asked them to they can. Fashion nova told me no. They are to big of a company to not have Better customer service.

“Fraud”

Someone used my compromised card to buy… Someone used my wife's compromised card to buy stuff for 850 USD on sunday early morning the 28 of April 2024. Although I wrote immediately to the customer service to stop the order and refund it, ( they confirmed my complain and escalated it to review, also on sunday) they did not stop it and refuse to refund. I even cant get the intended delivery address or a tracking number. This company is a scam and a fraud Obviously not the first time either. Fashion Nova why are you doing this to people. If i had come to review section i would never had wasted my time to buy from you. I bought from fashion nova in Feb 2024 and expecting delivery on the 4/03/24 and till date no show. There was no Order number generated for me after payment. I purchased a few pairs of jeans, some heels, along with some other pieces from Fashion Nova, and I had an overall great experience with my shopping trip. Everything that I ordered came in looking like I had expected and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend Fashion Nova for shoes! I only ever buy my heels from there. I also love to buy jeans from there, however the sizing can vary with each style, so I recommend to check measurements before buying.

My last order was canceled due to the discrepancy between the shipping address and the billing address. ( *******) they said that it takes 7 working days to get your money back and now it has been more than a month that the money has not returned to my account. I asked for help through customer support, I sent the bank statement documents to prove that the money was not returned, but after more than 1 month, all i have is robatic answers "the money will be returned within 7 working days or talk to your banker" after years of shopping from fashionnova i am really disappointed.

I have an order that is missing a dress and one came damaged. You have to email for customer service and it is horrible. They don't respond, if they do it's a day later and still no resolution. I email right back and never hear anything again. The worst customer service, I will never order again. It seems like they only care about posting celebrities all day rather than tending to actual paying customers! They provide you with unhelpful answers which makes you wonder if anyone is really at the other end of the line. Plus, they use unreliable delivery services. I wanted to use the 40% off but code but then the system somehow didn't apply it and I was charged full price. I tried to cancel or modify my order within seconds after receiving the confirmation email. The quality is not the best and then You have to pay for returned items and they won't give you your money back, only credit. There is no express delivery. They are just charging you extra money. Then your items will show up in the regular time frame. Forget what you needed them for sis.
