I saw this website got prefer by one of the famous TikTok er. Saw all the positive in here and decide to purchase. My packet never came I been emailed back and forth with them more than 20 emails but still got the same answer, no solution no refund. Buy at your own risk.

My most recent experience was great - I ordered 3 items, but only 2 arrived. I emailed the team and had a very quick, helpful, accurate, honest response that my other item was in transit as well. My daughters are fan of kpop ans wanted to buy some Black Pink clothes. We followed the advice concerning the size and chose one size bigger : each of the clothes are perfect ! Moreover, one article was not available but the customer service helped us to order another clothe with the credit so that was perfect.Only thing is the delivery timing which is a bit long.

My daughter found this website for clothes that are just like her k-pop idols. I was a bit sceptical about the quality and whether the clothes would arrive but I've been blown away with everything about this online store. Not only do you receive exactly what you have orderd, but also are the products in a high quality. In addition is the support team just awsome, extremely helpful and polite! really like to mention that you are always updated about your order no matter if it was out of stock and therefore delayed or on time.

The $100+ dress I ordered was cheap and low quality. The material looked nothing like the images and the stitching was stringy and half-done. It also didn’t have shorts like the images suggested which was really misleading. When I left a bad review, they took it down and instead, opened an inquiry demanding proof and an explanation(???) meaning THEY WILL NOT PUBLISH BAD REVIEWS! What a scam!

Ordered the brown lace up corset back in February and told it would be shipped out when it was restocked. Four months later I never received a refund or the product I paid for. Avoid this company at costs a lot of items differ greatly on quality and the craftsmanship doesn't reflect the inflated price you pay. When you have an order of multiple items they will often not tell you about out of stock items before your order is shipped out. Overall just take your business elsewhere.

The delivery time was unexpected fast, especially considering it had to go all the way to Germany. The clothing is high quality, great fit and the price to quality ratio was not disappointing!

I’ve ordered from Fashion Chingu twice now. On my second order, there was a quality issue with one of the items due to a change in their suppliers. Upon reaching out, the customer service representative was able to work with me and offer me a full store credit refund. The items I’ve received have all been fair quality and as pictured on the website. Just make sure you check the size chart for each individual item, as returns are the customer’s responsibility.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the clothes that they have. It’s so identical if not extremely similar to the actual clothing worn by the artist. The one problem on my end is that return shipping is extremely expensive for me as I’m in the USA. I wish there was an easier way to send it back without it being extremely expensive, (if this could be done somehow). But overall 10/100000000000000000000000000000000

I just received my whale sweater and I am NOT disappointed! It is great quality and looks exactly like on the website. Sadly, the order got lost along the way but the Fashion Chingu team handled everything like pros and in a timely manner, no less (and considering how far is coming from, it's impressive). They gave me great communication and were regularly updating me on the state of my order. They are customer service champions 🏆
