Is farmrio.com Legit?

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Farm Rio from start to finish. The dresses are stunning, the materials are top-notch, and the customer service is outstanding. I ordered several dresses, and they arrived beautifully packaged. When I needed to make an exchange and have it sent to a different address, Erica from customer service ensured the process was seamless. The returns and exchanges were easy and completely hassle-free. I couldn’t be happier with Farm Rio—love everything about them!

I have had a very positive experience! If you order during the big sale it seems that it takes longer for customer service to get back to you, but they tell you this upfront. I accidentally typed in the wrong email so I did not get a confirmation for one of my orders. After a reply back with further explanation I received a response today with a tracking number and order confirmation. It was my mistake and customer service took care of this for me. I have received several of my final sale pieces and they are packaged beautifully, and very high quality ! I love every everything I have ordered so far. I will be a customer for life.

I ordered on item to be sent to Australia. I found the delivery time quite long and kept checking the tracking link, which didn’t give me a clear ETA. I contacted the customer support around that and unfortunately didn’t get a clearer response. In the end I never received the item. The reason why I am still giving 4 stars is that once I followed up and confirmed that I never received the item, the customer service rep was great and initiated a refund straight away. It was processed and back in my account within a couple of days. I found that process hassle free. I think generally you need to expect long international delivery times with Farm Rio. Don’t order anything for a particular event unless it’s a long time away.

I ordered a dress on August 13th and received zero updates on the shipment until today, 2 weeks later. I tried to contact customer service and no response. They had no problem in charging my credit card right away though! Reading the reviews now, it seems this is normal business for FarmRio. This is very disappointing coming from such a big brand. I don’t recommend this store.

Always a great experience , customer service is absolutely amazing. I have gotten many items where they were initially 50% off , and within the same week they were 70% off - the company refunded me the price difference and made an adjustment! The clothes are great quality and the team truly cares! Thank you so much !

I have been so impressed with Farm Rio - from their product quality and unique designs to returns and even discount matching after a purchase has been made. I've always been a fan of their brand, but after purchasing several items for full price their customer service team refunded me after the items went on sale!

I ordered on August 15 and still have not received any update on my order. My credit card was charged, yet there is nothing coming to me, no updates, no replies to my multiple emails. Reading the reviews, I'm becoming more and more convinced I will not get my order. I will have to contact my bank, go through this hassle, and this is just a big disappointment that no one is giving me any updates and leaving me hanging. I would be fine to keep waiting if only I knew what was going on. I'm thinking I will not be ordering from this company again, nor recommending them to anyone I know, unfortunately

I ordered a dress on the 10th August and have not received anything yet. There has been no update on my order and I have received no response back from my multiple emails. The chat on their website has also been useless. Judging by the other reviews this lack of communication and customer service seems to be quite normal. So disappointed that I probably won’t receive this dress in time and dreading the effort and time it will take to request a refund.

Finally received my refund from Farm Rio, since UPS lost my package! Customer service took care of it in time but they're very busy, so it took them a while.

I purchased a swimwear during the sales and had to sent it back as the size was too small. During the return process online, the website wasn't giving me the option to return it in exchange of another size (showing no stock available when there is stock available). As I wanted to reorder the upper size, I chose a refund via a gift card. One week later, the same article ( still on sale) was 50€ more expensive. When I asked the customer service to provide me with solution (full refund or match the initial price for the repurchase) none of them were granted. Even worst they block my email address so I couldn't contact them anymore.

I have a raised a ticket to match current discount and support was able to resolve and obtain the correct discount rate.I am so happy with the quick response.

I had ordered the wrong size on a sale item that I thought I might not be able to exchange, but after communicating with Erica Rosa via email she assured me they would help me to get the item in my size. I love Farm Rio and the fast and courteous customer service makes me love them even more! Thank You Erica!

I ordered 3 dresses on the 10th August and it said I would receive them in 3-6days. Farm Rio sent me an email on the 12th saying they were on their way. 10 days later and Royal Mail says they don’t have them (that they are waiting for them) and despite writing to Farm Rio over 10 times no one has replied. I have received automated responses but not a single reply. This is over £850 worth of dresses and I bought them for an upcoming holiday. So disappointed and fed up. Awful customer service. I read all the other reviews and honestly it’s like I’ve experienced a completely different company

Work with Larrisa who was very helpful on a return. The fit on a dress I bought was not right. I normally wear and xs but on this particular dress band horizontal would not go over my hips. I think something like as wrong with the fit. It took a few emailsBack and forth but Farm Rio helped to give me a refund. Thank you Farm Rio! Super fan customer!

Terrible terrible terrible! I ordered 2 items on August 2 and till now have not received them more than 2 weeks later. They sent a tracking link supposedly sending the item to Singapore via fedex but the tracking number they provided does NOT exist!. I wrote to them a few times and NO acceptable reply other than sending me the same tracking link again and another email was returned as their mailbox was FULL. Its a scam, beware of buying anything from their website.

Farm Rio went above and beyond to help me. As I love their clothes, after dealing with their customer service team recently, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
