Is fanrek.com Legit?

The jumpsuit I ordered arrived on time, fit perfectly and really brought my Jadzia Dax cosplay together! It was super realistic and I got lots of compliments.

Beautiful workmanship,unfortunately 3 x large is maybe a large.I am a 2 xs large,usually swim in a 3,so went up as far as I could go,due to others mentioning having to size up.but way to small for me.plus I accidently ordered 2.however,it does fit another friend, so at least it can find a good home. Love the quality and look though. If you ever adjust your sizes to western measurements,I will be furstvin line to try again.thanks.

Purchased a Star Trek jumpsuit, needed it last minute for a convention. I paid extra for 5-7 day shipping, it arrived on time (I think it maybe took 8 days instead of 7? But that's negligible, it's just an estimate afterall). The product I received looked exactly like the photos. So I guess take these reviews with a grain of salt, seems experiences vary.

I placed an order on October 12, 2023 and have yet to receive a tracking number for my order. Halloween is next weekend putting my at a tough spot. I sent them emails trying to get an update on at least a tracking number, but no response. I am not even sure if the costume will live up to the wait. You are better off paying a little more for a costume at party city than here because the process is ridiculously unreasonable.

So amazing found this Singing Monsters Duvet set for my son. Absolutely amazing quality, beautiful colors, best price out there and the customer service is top notch. Had a concern and was answered back right away with no issues. Can't wait to buy more from this company. Even got a tracking number already. Fits perfectly on my queen set. Great addition to any kids room.

I ordered a dress, shirt, and two badges. The quality is absolutely amazing and sizing is true to size. I bought an xl dress(5'7 203lbs) my husband bought the xl shirt(6'1 214)The dress arms are a little long on me but otherwise perfect. The details are truly impressive especially for the price. The magnetic badges are the only way to go and they too are amazing. Absolutely recommend buying from them.

The quality of these costumes is on par with what Paramount network used for Star Trek! Wouldn't be surprised if this company was actually the provider for Paramount!! Costumes are very well made, quality material, stitching is sturdy, and the design on the Starfleet uniforms are perfect! The sizes run maybe 1 size small (suggest going 1-2 sizes up then what you normally wear). Customer service is really great! I needed to exchange sizes, they refunded me my money in order to make the purchase of the size I needed. And so friendly too!! I also ordered the Starfleet Delta communicator pin. the magnet is really strong, and the craftsmanship put into these is phenomenal. It's not some cheap plastic piece. Strong metal!! Highly recommend these costumes for any avid Star Trek fan!

The Cyberpunk 2077 helmet was cheaply made (weak, floppy plastic), smells strongly, and when the package arrived, it looked like it had been stomped on repeatedly.Feels like something you would get from Party City for Halloween and toss afterward.

They appear as represented. They will work well for our trip to Universal Studios for The Wizarding world. I haven’t wash them yet to see how they hold up. They arrived relatively quickly although I was hoping they would arrive for Christmas.

My helmet came damaged. However, Fanrek was extremely helpful and quick to help me out via the contact form on their site. The person helping me was very kind to refund me and gave me helpful instructions to try and fix my helmet. Even though this happened, I wouldn't shy away from order from this site again.

The price was amazing for the quality of product I received. I am super happy with what I ordered which was 2 Star Trek Captain jumpsuits and two Star Trek Voyager Communicator Badges. I gave 4 stars here because of a miscommunication we had regarding shipping, I paid for 5-7 day shipping and it took about 3 weeks but they did offer to refund the shipping cost. So order earlier that you need your product for and your order should be fine!

These are good quality my son wore his other one every day all year and so we decided to order more. Thy are light. The waisted is tighter still comfortable I ordered a XL and wear M size shirts. The material is not cotton so they do not fade. The are great priced. You have to he patient and wait. We have placed several orders and never been disappointed.

I have been looking for this for a long time, I had a Next Generation red command jumpsuit back when Star Trek next Gen was on the air that I got at a convention but lost it somewhere in the move from Vegas and Seattle. When I saw your Star trek line of uniform cosplay clothes I was thrilled and excited. Though I was hesitant to buy it for it wasn't made if the other one I had, that being lycra spandex, but when I received it, I was impressed and pleased of the quality of the uniform. And the delivery was quick on coming to me and I thank you for that. If there is ever another costume I want I will consider your site
