Is fanatec.com Legit?

So, ima' write this in english, so hopefully more people will understand it. I ordered a GT DD PRO From fanatac this Saturday evening. I didnt know what to expect after reading comments on this page, but i figured i'd give them the benefit of doubt. So i ordered it Saturday evening and Monday morning 0720 they had already made the package ready for pickup and was set for delivery the next day... UPS F'ed it up tho, so I had to go get it at the UPS warehouse wednesday, but thats typical UPS... FANATEC, you absolutly beautiful people !! I Love your fast shipping and LOVE your gear! It's no less than AWESOME !!!!

I received no information about my account nor any movement on my product. I spent over 1 month waiting and received no clarification about anything. My account was locked shortly after I made my purchase and I never received my products.I reached out on multiple occasions and received nothing but a paltry email asking to send a photo copy of my government ID. I sent screenshots of my registration for my account and didn't hear anything else.I can't leave a 0/5 here, but would if it was the possibility.It is a farce that they believe this is how to treat customers.

My qr1 adaptor did not align with the screw that came with it. I sendt a mail to fanatec and they are willing to send me the replacement parts free of charge. In my eyes they are a verry good company that haves a hard time right now. Perfect customer service!

Firmware update made 1.5 year-old pedals stop working. Support didn't help and said they would charge me for repair and shipping. Terrible company, buy from any other sim brand.

The customer service experience with Fanatec has been terrible. We recently ordered the Clubsport system and it did not power up after we tried to update the software.We have been reaching out to customer service to try and return components multiple times over a three week period with no response on any inquiries. There's no live chat and no response on the phone number. The only way is to try and email but then no one responds back.Tech support responded with a large list of action after about 10 days but the order support has never responded.Terrible experience and can't return/replace. This was a very expensive system to have zero support on.

Brought a BMW M4 wheel, when it arrived it was clearly a return from someone else the seals were broken and some of the packaging missing.Fanatec has ignored my request for a replacement or refund. Even PayPal refused the refund saying this is not covered.Thanks Fanatec for ignoring me again and sending second hand goods as new.

DO NOT BUY FANATEC, READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! Zero customer service, good design but I hope I never need support as they never answer emails and there is no other way to contact them, I've been waiting for a month.Buy a competitors product, or a used Fanatec in the UK as you will have the same level of support i.e. zero, but without the ridiculous delivery delay and £104 customs charge. I can only assume the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and i was really impressed with how quick everything came, i am from Serbia so i expected to wait a lot longer. Im loving my new products big thumbs up

Apalling customer service. When the product is working then fanatecistic! However, should your product have a fault and need to contact Fanatec for support, you may as well throw the product in the bin as they will ignore you for months. I thought the reviews about their cusomer service were exaggerated until it happened to me. It is that bad and a 1 star rating is far too generous for them!

There was a shiping problem and they just completely ignore me since over half a year! They owe me alot of money so they are literally trying to scam me!And i also tried to get something repaired but nothing, also getting ignored since some months. Unacceptable poor Customer Service. Dont buy anything from them.

scammers, they send you a defective product. Instead of replacing it, since it is under warranty, they say they have repaired it and send it to you with the same problem. You send it back to technical service and they say that it's your fault for using inappropriate screws for the QR when they are the ones they send you with said QR. And on top of that they want to charge you for repairing it

My experience with Fanatec Couldn't have been any better. Delivery times were quicker than I expected. Terrible lack of support when things go wrong…same narrative as those that posted before me. No response for months. I’m going to try to contact the COO @Daniel Meyberg for some traction.

First off, it took forever to get my order that I placed during the Black Friday sale, honestly, I don't care about that, but it is worth noting. Then, the pedal set I ordered (CSL Elite Pedals V2) broke after a month of mild use, so I submitted an RMA request. They had me send in my pedals and the tracking number they provided shows that the pedals were delivered at the warehouse and signed for. However, it's been five months of back-and-forth bs and they have no idea where my pedals are. They lost them and at this point, it doesn't seem like they intend on fixing the situation. I want to like Fanatec, but they shouldn't expect you to spend a fortune on their products if they aren't going to provide support. I would avoid this company.

Terrible support. Spent €3000 on various wheels and bases. Problem with an item and then never once replied to a support request. Even their own forum user have given up hoping for support. Real wished I’d spent my money elsewhere. AVOID

These guys are a joke. Can't get anything right and give zero f**ks. Even when they have acknowledged a stuff up on their behalf, multiple times, they still have no care factor to make it right quickly. 2 weeks of not even processing or communicating and when they realised and acknowledged, they still have not even shipped it and refuse to do express shipping. Missed delivery for my son's birthday and are doing nothing to make it right. It seems as though they are in the business of taking people's money and holding on to it and gambling/investing it.

I really hope you don't have an RMA with these jokers. I waited 3 months to get my out-of-the-box defective pedals back and they sent me another set of completely dead pedals WITH an existing customers Name and Shipping address on them! Expect to wait weeks if not MONTHS to get any action from these clowns. They've made an anti-customer out of me.

Product quality like qr1 or csl dd is a joke.So many issues, everyone knows about it.. No, fanatec support don't.Massive delay in shipping, awful customer service. It was my worst experience with Sim racing company. I have / had Thrustmaster, Heusinkveld, Simcube, Cube Control, Simetik, Logitech etc. Every company was better than Fanatec. I sold every piece of my equipment from fanatec and never come back.Avoid at all cost!

Ordered in november no comunication until chased and shipped end of december. Package was lost/stolen by ups tried contacting Fanatec with no luck. Ended up doing paypal claim which then they finally replied with redund this month so nearly 3 months from order. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
