“Poor servise”
I ordered a t-shirt for Father's Day. I receive wrong size. I contacted customer service immediately and told them that they send me wrong size. Request them refund but they said they will send correct size with expedite shipping before Father's Day. Father's Day is already pass but till now I have not received t-shirt. “Taking Forever”
I specifically bought from this company because it had the fastest shipping rates. The website said it was 3-5 days of processing and then another 5-7 for shipping. It has been three weeks and I have still not received my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a secret Santa party so I had to go out and buy something else. This companies customer service is a joke. If it's family owned and the reps helping are the family memes then they are a very shady company. I spoke to Angela TWICE! And she cut our chat off in the middle of me trying at first to find out what's going on with my order, second time to get a refund on my order. They had this order shipped out to me using a Chinese company and then said it went to USPS, it never did. Promised before Christmas it's the 18th and it hasn't even gotten to the states yet. I purchased two t shirts from this site for my 30th wedding anniversary and the quality of the ink on the shirts look like I had washed them. On the day they were delivered I emailed them and was told they would look into it and get back with me.
