Is famiprints.com Legit?

What a great product! It was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, composer. He loved it! The print turned out very nice, very professional looking and arrived on time.

The company was very quick on getting the Famiprint out. And the Wife (sugaa) was so surprised and Happy with it she wanted it hung up immediately. Thank yall very much.

Great customer service. I did purchase the shipping protection as this was an anniversary present and I wanted to be safe. The first one did come damaged. Somewhere through the shipment, the corner got all bent. I asked them how the shipping protection worked and they got a new product on its way to me within like five minutes. New one came in great shape and looks wonderful!

I ordered their song lyric custom picture and it arrived with some blemishes that happened during shipping. I reached out with pictures of the imperfections, and David reached out and apologized right away for the inconvenience. The team reprinted my picture, packed it with love and shipped it with no questions asked. The new picture arrived in perfect condition and my wife loves her Valentines gift. I would like to start with my order of a canvas I had purchased for my brother’s wedding. Shipping was fast. The canvas was beautiful but had a little dent on the top corner. I knew this was not the company’s fault it was the shipping due to the box looked to be damaged. I contacted the company by email and got a reply soon after. I sent pictures of the canvas and box that was damaged. The company did an investigation and was indeed the shipping. Within a week I received another canvas in excellent condition and was in time for my brother’s wedding. This company and representatives take pride in their products and their customer service, care and support. Thank y’all sooo much for taking my situation and addressing it so quickly and smooth. I will would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about purchasing from them. They are Awesome!!

This place is a total scam and the reviews are a joke!!!I paid over $100 for a gift for my husband over a month ago, even paid extra for priority shipping, these people take your money and send confirmation emails saying your item shipped when reality that is a lie. It's been weeks and I haven't received anything but the same email multiple times, there is no number to call or any kind of help, all of their emails are the same.

Was incredibly pleased with my purchase. I was emailed from the company when they were concerned about the quality of my picture that I submitted which shows that they care about the final product they send out. It did take a little longer than I thought that it would but it was WELL WORTH the wait for such a personalized piece. I don't normally don't highly recommend any company but from my experience with them, I will for SURE order again from them and refer them to my family and friends. Completely satisfied overall!

This is the third Instagram Style Photo Canvas that I have purchased and it is an incredible work of art and a huge hit. It is a very unique and beautifully made canvas . The workmanship is outstanding, very vivid colors and suitable for any occasion. Very quick delivery of the item. I highly recommend and will purchase again.

The item was delayed because I asked to see a proof. Then I asked to have the name of the band added under the song title since I was already going to be late. Then the package was delayed even further and no change was ever made. I received 3 notifications that the item shipped before it ever shipped. Your customer service is very misleading and communication is poor

Was very excited for this order as it was a gift for my wife for Mothers Day. Well that excitement has turned to frustration and aggravation not only will this order not arrive on time as I've received multiple emails over the course of a week saying my order shipped. However when I track my order it says yet to ship. I've made a ticket and sent numerous emails and got one response saying it has shipped but a tracking number was not provided. Having read the reviews I have little faith that my order will arrive anytime soon and if it does it will be damaged or not up to standards as some of these emails are a few yrs old it seems little has improved.

I made this as a gift for a friend who lost his mother. They are a music family and I wanted to give them something special that would stand the test of time and be something to cherish. The music looks like an album and it can be read for the meaning of the song, and the background has the dark look of a record but the music notes can be seen on it too. It was perfect for the occasion.

I ordered the 16 x 24 inch picture wedding song canvas. It arrived well packaged and I was informed every step of the way for delivery. I used a photo on my iPhone. It came out beautiful and was not blurry. I did order a floating frame for the canvas from Amazon, which made it even more beautiful, My daughter loved it for their 1st Wedding Anniversary present.
