Is familypanda.co Legit?

I ordered our wedding song printed on canvas with my wife & my picture in the middle; our song was pretty unique and obscure, but the folks at Family Panda did an excellent job with the design - all from just the song title and artist. My wife will absolutely love this when she opens it on Christmas morning. Also, I got a little nervous ordering so close to Christmas, and sent an email asking if it would be on time. Family Panda responded and assured me it would be here a week before, and it was. I am extremely pleased with their product.

The company is doing so well, they respond to emails and do there best with everything you ask them to do. I couldn’t imagine how much more they could do for everyone involved in this business. I just wanna say thank you to everyone in this company.

I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10.They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.

Since my last review I miraculously received my order a long time after it was due. Missed Father’s Day completely. Although the company have asked if I would remove my previous review (with a discount code incentive, which I decline) I’m instead writing this. The email address is still fake on their site as was the tracking code. I would not use this company again and do not trust it.

Absolutely awful company. Ordered Dec 1 and still no item. They gave me a fake tracking number which never worked then proceeded to tell me they would begin shipping in a few days. It’s now Dec 21 and no christmas present. IM LIVID! Phone number doesn’t work either. Use a different company. Will be disputing with my bank. Scammers around the holidays are disgusting people.

Family Panda is a joy to work with. Their art and design staff are not only talented, but very professional, respectful, and open to exactly what I wanted as a finished product. They invited me along on the whole creative journey! FP makes art that is clever, very personal, as well as beautiful. I ordered map art as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law who absolutely LOVED it, and will cherish it for years to come. Satisfied with their products? If I could give Family Panda more than 5 stars, I would!

I bought a wedding canvas for my cousin and she just received it and absolutely loved it. I was nervous at first because the background picture I sent was a little blurry, but you all fixed it. She sent me a picture and it was so beautiful, more than I expected. Thank you so very much Family Panda, I will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future!

My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary, I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day! Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over. It was perfect! Thank you for delivering it in a timely fashion in such a way that there was no damage!

Exceeded Expectation! Arrived yesterday, and found it very beautiful and nicely done. This will be the unexpected (not on baby registrar) gift for my DIL for Mother's Day. I'm feeling very clever right now. (Grin!) SURPRISE!

My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

The picture came out beautiful! My son and daughter in law absolutely love it. The words to their wedding song make it even more special. They made the process so easy and quick. Would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be buying another one for my daughter who gets married in two weeks.

Wow! I ordered the Timeless Memories Canvas for my parents 60th Anniversary. It came out beautiful and they loved it. We were all so happy with the purchase. I will definitely recommend Family Panda to anyone and will purchase from them again. The customer support team was great with communications and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Amazing products! I ordered but the picture I originally sent in wasnt good, so I reached out to cancel my order. Family Panda replied with in 1 day & asked me to resend the picture. They were emailing me & staying in touch the entire process. I was very greatful that they allowed me to change my picture. It's a beautiful canvas & I'm so happy with my product & I'll use them again!

It’s a scam. Product should arrive a few days ago, they still didn’t send anything and they ignore the customer, saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week. Thieves and Scammers! I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website!

I order a canvas, pillow and two mugs from Family Panda. My order arrived in good timing. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful pictures and I would highly recommend them. I needed a wedding gift and I believe this is more than perfect.

I was looking for something that I could get my wife for our anniversary. I came across Family Panda as was a little skeptical because of how their web address looked until I read the reviews. The Website was easy to use and the communication was good. They were able to get my order to me 8 days after I placed my order. The only thing I didn't like was the freight company they use. They don't give much for communication as to where your package is at, and the information they do give isn't very accurate.

Hello I ordered an picture from you all about an week or two ago I’m just wondering will it be here before Christmas or not. I haven’t heard anything about shipping/ tracking just emails confirming you all received my money, and that you’ll give me 15% off my next order. It’ll be great to receive a message about shipping, so I know when to be looking out for the packages. Can’t someone help me with this problem?

When ordering a canvas I put a note in explaining our situation and asking if it all possible the order arrive by my parents anniversary. My mother has not been well and we were hoping this special gift would arrive for their 65th wedding anniversary. Since it was outside even the expedited window of delivery I did not expect it to happen. But on the day of their anniversary it arrived by FedEx! This is customer service beyond what I have ever experienced. This truly made the day special and I am forever grateful!

I ordered a cup from Family Panda on 28 July 2021. The customer service via email has been fantastic. They have responded very quickly to my questions. The main problem is that the cup has still not arrived and according to the tracking information Australia Post says it is still in the air and DHL say it has arrived in Australia on Sunday 8 August. Very confusing and still don't know when I should receive the product.
