The item looks great and I am pleased with the picture. I did have concerns over the packaging when delivered as the picture was packaged in a way that if something had been dropped or fell with enough force to have damaged the package or put a hole in the box the picture and/or frame would have definitely been damaged. That is part of the packaging issue and also a risk on delivery. As for the picture though it looks great.

I ordered on OCTOBER 31st. They emailed me about the sweatshirt color being out of stock. So I chose a different color. I emailed them on November 20th asking for an update. Tracking number and order number. November 21st they emailed back and said that my order was sent to the post office. Still didn’t receive an order or tracking number. I emailed them again on December 1st asking for a tracking number AGAIN. I was then told they were just starting my order. But like a week ago I was told it was already sent to the post office. Once again I emailed them that they either need to send it or cancel the order. I was FINALLY given an order number but when I tried to track it on their website, it told me there was no such order. They told me it takes 2-8 business days to manufacture. It’s been over 40 days since I ordered. I emailed them today telling them to cancel and haven’t heard back. I reported them to the government scammer website and got ahold of my credit card company.

“Poor service and very late in delivery.”

I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship.
