This company is outstanding. Ive used them twice now and the service is second to none! they keep the lines of communication open right up to the time that the item arrives at your door....then following up telling you that your item arrived!

I am a dissatisfied customer. I’m starting to believe that I am out $100. I place an order on Dec 11, hoping the gift would arrive by Christmas. Here it is Jan 2, and the shipping label link they sent me has not changed since December 13.I understand about the Christmas rush, but to have no resolution in three weeks, no contact from the company other than “here’s the shipping information” and the same form letters is getting old.I hope I’m wrong, but I’m not very optimistic right now. There’s nothing worse than telling someone “You’re gift hasn’t got here yet” a week after Christmas when it was ordered two weeks before Christmas.

Nice piece.does not work well in a smaller size. Would suggest adjusting personalization to coincide with the size of the piece and font color more subdued to blend in with background to look more natural. Love the concept.

Worst order I have ever placed, ordered stretch pants and received huge baggy black pants big enough for a 300 pound person. You never get anything with information on how to return something! They are awful!!!

I absolutely love what I got!!!! My husband order me a medium canvas for Mother’s Day. I loved it so much I ordered another one but different style and the largest I could. I loved that one so much that I ordered two more small ones for my mom and step mom of their favorite kinds of places or symbols! Will absolutely be ordering more 😍😍

The item looks great and I am pleased with the picture. I did have concerns over the packaging when delivered as the picture was packaged in a way that if something had been dropped or fell with enough force to have damaged the package or put a hole in the box the picture and/or frame would have definitely been damaged. That is part of the packaging issue and also a risk on delivery. As for the picture though it looks great.

Today I received an order and was beautiful. I have been ordering from Family Gifts co. for a few years now and found the products to be of excellent quality. If you plan to frame I would have it done by Family gifts as the job is excellent and price is affordable compared to other places. At one time there was a clich in the deliver of the item, but the issue was immediately resolved.

I ordered on OCTOBER 31st. They emailed me about the sweatshirt color being out of stock. So I chose a different color. I emailed them on November 20th asking for an update. Tracking number and order number. November 21st they emailed back and said that my order was sent to the post office. Still didn’t receive an order or tracking number. I emailed them again on December 1st asking for a tracking number AGAIN. I was then told they were just starting my order. But like a week ago I was told it was already sent to the post office. Once again I emailed them that they either need to send it or cancel the order. I was FINALLY given an order number but when I tried to track it on their website, it told me there was no such order. They told me it takes 2-8 business days to manufacture. It’s been over 40 days since I ordered. I emailed them today telling them to cancel and haven’t heard back. I reported them to the government scammer website and got ahold of my credit card company.

I ordered 2 wooden wall art pieces for Christmas. One piece was the Smokey Mountains then the other piece was the American Flag on the barn. I requested that the American Flag be substituted for the Police Flag. They substituted it and were easy to work with. Both gifts look perfect and I can’t wait to give them to family for Christmas!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Looks great! Ordered as a Mother’s Day gift weeks in advance. Estimated delivery was a week after Mother’s Day. Received it the day before Mother’s Day even after I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. Very pleased.

Arrived on time. Great quality. The only complaint I have is I only saw the black and white photos and wished I would have saw the color prints so the website is a little janky. But that's it everything else was a positive experience.

“Poor service and very late in delivery.”

I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. “False promises and terrible customer service”

I ordered print 11/26. It never arrived for Christmas. They provide you with fedex tracking number but item never ships. The updates are automated and completely inaccurate. I paid $100 but only received $10 refund. I rather get an honest answer in your gift will not arrive until February or something along th those lines. They have terrible customer service. I purchased something for a Christmas present 4 weeks ago. This item still has not arrived despite getting a notice saying it shipped and being provided an order number. No one in customer service could tell me where it was. I have called twice and sent emails twice. No response to the emails and the calls were a waste of time. While on one call, I could hear a rooster crowing in the back ground. Where is their customer service call center... on a farm? I strongly recommend against this company. I will update this if they ever make it right. I give them credit for their marketing efforts, it appears that they have been swamped with orders. Place order on 12/5 to receive in time for Christmas - it was a No Go. Several emails with a bogus Fedex tracking number. When I complained they sent me a different one showing delivery by end of day 12/31, that came and went. Tonight I received an update that my order was lost in transit - by lost in transit I think they mean never produced. They did send me a digital image! Along with a promise to receive it in 14 to 19 days. I just want my money back. Again I applaud their marketing team, but their customer service needs work. During the holidays, I purchased two products from this company. One arrived perfect and I loved it but the second arrived damaged, which I immediately emailed the company pictures of the box and item. They said they never received the photos, so I sent from my work account, citing the original account. They acknowledged, saying they were looking into it and would take care of it. I was very happy with the response. THREE months later, I emailed them again, they are still looking into it... Be very wary if you have an issue. I ordered an LED canvas as a gift for my best friend. I paid almost $100 dollars for it. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was just a plain canvas! I contacted via email because you can't speak with anyone and they offered me $15 credit! This was their mistake and they didn't take responsibility! I will never use them nor should anyone else! Ordered a print with family names and premium frame. After the shipping problems it arrived late, but was still in time for Christmas. However after opening, there was a spot with a missing image, so the canvas was showing from behind. But worse was the shard hardware protruding through the canvas. I placed my order November 30 it is now December 31 and I still haven't received it! I understand that there some issues with shipping and I have been patient but every time I email I get a different excuse for it not being shipped! The last time they emailed me the said it was placed after the deadline of December 8... I had to do the job of customer service and emailed my order to them and prove it was placed November 30. I ordered the Ocean Dock Color Multi-Names Premium Canvas 36 x 24 for my wife's 50th birthday, which is in mid December. Canvas arrived, well packed, slow delivery. We opened it on her birthday, she loved it, however they printed it on a damaged piece of canvas. There were 2 large puncture holes in the canvas from rear to front. Easy to tell the holes were there prior to shipping. Problem 1, lack of QA. Problem 2, customer service was nearly non-existent to have the item replaced, although their website claims 100% customer satisfaction. It took a little over a month to finally get a replacement canvas in hand. Very frustrating. Buyer beware. Tip for consumers:Have plenty of patience if there is an issue. Every customer of theirs is now a former customer. I received an email last night after clicking through from FB to their website. Bought something "in time for Valentine's". Late on Feb 12, an apologetic email arrives from owner saying they ran out of something. All orders placed in advance of cut off will ship Feb 13 (ground UPS). They didn't give you much time to find an alternative present online and had I known, I would have cancelled.

Ordering, shipment, payment, delivery was all awesome and smooth. The product in itself, not very happy. It looks faded. I'm sure it's the scenery I chose but it's not a crisp image like the advertisement showed. Not going to hang it up because of this, sadly I'd say $100 wasted.
