My experience with Pajamas by Jenny was great. The pink Vintage Santa Pajamas are adorable! They were true to size, made with a super soft and comfortable fabric. I loved them so much I want to order two more pairs as gifts. The customer service is old time personal and attentive. A warm experience all around!! 🎅Merry 🎁 Christmas 🎄 to all!

The quality of these pajamas is amazing. So soft and comfortable. Sizes run a bit big. Customer service was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Recently Jenny made a personal effort to resolve an order I made for my Son's family xmas pjs order. Grandkids grow so fast, found I needed a larger size than I ordered for them. She not only changed order, let me keep the smaller one ( which I gave to my close friend for HER Granddaughter, perfect fit) Jenny followed up until I received it. Personal service is a rare thing nowadays...She saved my family's annual tradition of themed pjs..next yr I'm including their 3 Dogs ! 😆

I just placed my second order with Pajamas by Jenny!  I received the first set of 3 pair of Rubber Duck pajamas a couple of weeks ago.  The material is of good quality and the sizes were perfectly true to size. I am ordering 2 more of the same for additional family members.  The website is easy to use and secure. I ordered 10 Christmas pajama sets including 1 dog. They are true to their size, custom shirts were perfect, I thought I screwed up my order and they responded right away and help me fix it. The customer service was not even 1 day from responding and fixing my issue. What a way to end my day. Can’t wait to order next year a different style. I recommend Pajamas By Jenny!!!

Recently found Christmas Pajamas by Jenny online while looking for "Tropical Christmas" PJs for a charity event. Not only were the JPs super cute, but we worked with Jenny directly to ensure that all moms and daughters could get their PJs. This company made sure we had our PJs for Christmas Eve with easy and quick email responses. The PJS are adorable , fit well and are super comfortable. Pajamas didn't arrive instead it's delayed, even though we placed the order 2 weeks ahead and shipping was expressed. The Company promised to get it before Christmas; don't make promises if you can't keep them. It can ruin the mood. Probably not order here again for next Christmas and want a full refund.

When I received my order it was incorrect. I contacted customer service and within an hour they contacted me! They were more than helpful getting order corrected & reshipped immediately! Customer service is absolutely AMAZING! Quality of pjs is much better than I had anticipated. I highly recommend PJs by Jenny! I will definitely order again.

We got the festive cow pajamas for our traditional family picture. We are very pleased with the way they look and the workmanship. They also wash well as per the washing instructions. They are a little long and the belly area could have a little more allowance (at least for my husband who is average size everywhere but his belly). But overall, great pjs for a great price!

We ordered Christmas Jammie’s and received them in about 2 weeks. I received a confirmation email within 24 hours double checking the information. I had my 2 kitties faces on my set and my husband had our 2 dogs on his. They were comfortable and well made. We wore them to our family’s Christmas brunch and definitely had the most original Jammie’s there. We would absolutely order again!

My original order was out of stock but immediately Jenny reached out with another in stock option. The reason why I gave a 4 star is because my order did not arrive before Christmas. I understand during the holiday season packages are delayed however they are located in Chatsworth Ca, I assumed delivery wouldn’t be a problem. But the pajamas are made and shipped from Hong Kong. The quality is good and my grandsons loved them!

Website promised 5 days for production and if you spend over $95 you would get 3 day shipping. It has now been nearly 3 weeks, the items are being shipped from China so domestic shipping isn't even an actual option, and they are telling me that they should be picked up by DHL in the coming day(s). So since the shipping label was printed it might take 3 days alone then we still have to wait for delivery which coming from China will take weeks. Extremely disappointed and mislead by this company.
