An update to my review that happened almost 2 years ago. A couple of days ago I was contacted by Rosa from Escalation Team by an email suggesting to refund the membership fees in amount of 62.13 EUR. I haven't seen it and I received a call. It is unpleasant that this situation has happened in a first place, but It is satisfying that the company wants to make it right.

The price 💲 and ease of ordering, now just wait and see how the delivery and item are, fingers crossed 🤞...to be followed 😅...thank you Caroline for your swift response 😊, like I said though;"to be followed"... best regards Glenn...

Company is very good with some missunterstand about membership. After all you can by good cheap stuff in good price.

Update on refund Falinas:I could not believe my eyes, they have refunded on my Visa account about 150,- Europe!!!! This is the amount they we owning me. I must say that I had little faith in them promising me to refund the money if I changed my review, but I really got justice!!!I HAVE JUST BEEN CONTACTED BY OLIVER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FALINAS. IT SEEMED TO BNE A KIND MAN, HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WANTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR ME AND RETURN THE MONEY TO ME THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY VISACARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. CONDITION IS THAT I ALTER MY REVIEW. I HAVE NOW GIVEN THEM 5 STARS FOR WANTING TO DO THE RIGHT THING. AS SOON AS FALINAS HAS RETURNED THE MONEY TO ME, I WILL LET PEOPLE HERE KNOW ABOUT IT AND I WILL BE HAPPY! SO I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED ABOUT THIS!!I have been ripped off by them, I did a small order of about 15 euro. I did not receive then order now (2 months later and after writing many emails and chats...) Avoid at all costs, this website is a scam. I made an order and as soon as the money was taken from my card the order was cancelled. The order was cancelled before I even received the email confirming the order, but of course after the money was gone. When I asked the chat assistant about it they claimed a refund had been made, despite no refund being received. When challenged then then claimed it -takes the bank days to make a refund (which is factually untrue). I also asked where this company is based and the assistant repeatedly refused to tell me - firstly claiming it was on the website and to find it myself, then claiming he is unable to give out this information (despite claiming it is publicly available on their website).The fact that this order was cancelled within moments of the money being taken shows that the product they are selling was never available for sale - which is fraud.I also asked the chat assistant to delete all my personal data, which was a concept that confused him as he repeated said I 'wouldn't be charged further'. A real company understands GDPR and data protection laws - something which was these people don't (more evidence this is a fraudulent site).Please don't consider touching this website unless you want your money stolen and fraudsters to have your personal data.

I had already posted a feedback since then I have got what I wanted and even though it too a while to get here that is reasonable since 6 working days is a normal time frame but yet it took a total of 10 days managed to get of the VIP with ease even though lost some 6 euros they offered me but yes it is a valid site and you can get what you ask for provided that they keep the site updated and items in stock their issue seems to be all on the management of the site content and customer service and providing for customer relations better

This is a big fraud.Thanks good I read all of their 3 mails, after placing the order and paying, because otherwise I would not know that I became a VIP member (really do not know when this happend) and that they intent to charge me (I never gave the permission) 47 euro for this membership. And you can not cancell this membership right away, you need to wait for 24 hours.Oh my good...this is crazy!!!I just wander how this can be legal and how come after so many people complaining they can still work on line.I never sign or saw anywhere while buying anything about VIP membership. Just after I bought something I got their mails....and this makes them legal I guess! It is a well thought fraud, that's what it is!I asked them to cancel the membership and they cancelled my order also that I already payed and never asked to be cancelled.They just do what they want, don't they and after they send you an email about it and they are covered with that, saying everything is legal and correct. I never had this kind of experience on line while buying cosmetic Now I will be much more careful.Update!Today they wrote me they rufunded the money for the order they cancelled (16.30 euro) and that they want to inform me that they made a refund of 6.95 euro (not 16.30). I went to see my account and they did not refund me, they accredited 6.95 from my account without my permission. I had to move the money from this credit card to another account in the way that they can not take the money without my permission anymore. In the meantime they own me 6.75+16.30 euro now and all this lost time, because when someone steals money from your account, it is not a nice feeling!!!!Right now they are asking proofs for this review and doing everything to put it away.I think that many negative reviews should question this company, not the people that had bad experience.

Delivery took 2 weeks and then only half the order was delivered. Discovered that I had unwittingly signed up to a membership, paying 37€ per month. If I try to cancel I have to pay a penalty. This is a scam company. Avoid like a plague.

You make a subscription when buying for the first time without realizing it. They don't return the money they take from you and charge you extra money to cancel the subscription. Worst experience

Horrible scamThey get you in becoming a member with terms not clear or visible and charge you 17 euros every 14 days for nothing.. i just ordered a scale and ended up paying 3 times more in the end whereas the scale was shipped after 2 weeks with no information on delays or anythibg in between. Stay away!

Website easy to operate. Cannot understand why a delivery address was not requested? I have a different address for delivery ( which was given with the order), to my home address in Estepona. Cannot understand, why the address of the card registration was not requested? This is my first order, which hopefully will all go smoothly.

This company is obviously a scam. The say that they operate from Denmark, but their phone code is not 45, but 44. The 44 phone code is the UK, and scammers in Europe usually call from there. I have not even tried to buy anything Falinas Home after seeing this and after reading reviews about this company and the similar one, falinas.com.

21/09 /2022 : they should expose better their conditions not just by putting the price of vip or not. I had to pay 46 euros because for something that I didn't wanna. that's ridiculous.08/12/2023 : they called me yesterday saying that they are going to return my money. I'm waiting :)

the item that i order came after two weeks its exactly like the picture just that when o bought it also became a v.i.p member thing i didnt know and pay a memebership after some time. i didnt like that because i dont even recall when it happenden.i liked the product but not the options on the payment method.

“A total scam”

Having bought a phone for 54 euros, I did not get, as expected, an email with the purchase bill... after contacting falinas-home, they said the amount was for "members fee". So. No phone... I contacted the credit card company cancelling this so called "membership"... I hope this helps everyone not to be scammed by this company!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. TOOK €24 FOR A SCOOTER. HAD NO INTENTION OF SENDING IT. THEN TRIED WITHIN 24H TO TAKE A FURTHER €34. ASKED FOR REFUND TRIED TO BLUFF EH ***LEWIS***... THEN AVOIDED MY QUESTIONS YEAH SO IF I COULD GIVE A -5 STARS I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL! IT IS THEFT HOW THEY OPERATE!
